The rescue email to reset my security questions isn't one of my email accounts. How do I change the rescue email?
Apple store is saying my security questions are wrong. The rescue email does not belong to me and there seems to be no way to change it. When I try to buy something it tells me to go to my security questions to verify my account. Then all that happens :( please help!

I have tried many times to ask for sending an email to reset my security questions from last night till now.
But I still have not received an email about how to reset my security questions.
I am sure that my rescue email is correct.

If you established a rescue email address, there will be a link on the "Passwords & Security" page of id.apple.com. Clicking the link will send the reset to your rescue email address (NOTE: This is not the same address as your Apple ID email)
If there is no link on the page, then you didn't establish a rescue email address. Contact AppleCare at 800.694.7466, and ask for account security. You will need to answer some questions to verify your identity, AND you will need access to a computer to generate a temporary support pin.

I cannot purchase anything at the itunes store because I am being ask for my security questions, but I don't remember the answers. I tried going to appleied.apple.com but I won't allow me to change my security answerswithout answering the original questions. How do you change you security questions with out knowing them? Start here, and reset your security questions, you will receive an email to your rescue address, use the link in the email and reset your security questions.
If that doesn't help or you don't have a rescue address, you might try contacting Apple through iTunes Store Support -

I have some problem with my Apple ID..I forgot my Apple security questions..but the "send an email to reset your security questions and answers to rescue email is not be available".

You are checking your rescue email account - an alternate/secondary email address is a different setting/address on an iTunes account. If it's not in the spam nor inbox then you could try requesting it again, or contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

You cannot(without correctly answering two of the questions) and need to ask Apple to reset them; ways of doing so include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

You can edit or delete your rescue email address using the Apple ID website. To edit your rescue email address:
Navigate to appleid.apple.com using your web browser.
Click "Manage your account"
When prompted, sign in using your Apple ID and password.
Click Password & Security
You'll be asked to answer 2 of your 3 security questions before you can make any modifications. If you are unable to remember your answers, you can choose to send an email to your rescue email to reset your security questions. (

Didn't the link to contact the iTunes Store staff in the 'Additional Information' section of that article work for you? If that option doesn't appear or work, only Apple itself can reset the questions.

Are you able to receive any mail at all? If not, make sure that all of your information for mail is accurate in settings again. if you still have nothing, go to your email through safari. (example: www.yahoo.com) If you do not see the emails here either, it is a problem with the password reset server not your mail app.
