Theme 15 tabs

Sorry, I posted this question before but accidentally closed it without getting the answer for it. Is there anyway to re-write the following in CSS (div blocks)? I changed the header background image and would like to replace the standard tabs with the ones in theme 15, which uses table-based templates.

Hi,
The modern themes like theme 4 may not be attractive to everyone. What I would like to do is to create a generic, base template for the new applications for use and for further customizations based on the application. The reason why I want to choose one of the css-based themes to work on is that, with css, the same look and feel should appear in different browsers. Plus, it is easier to read and to modify the "div" blocks in the templates - compared to the table-based themes. Our old applications, migrated into APEX 4.0.2, are still using the old themes.
By the way, have you ever looked at the Oracle Fusion Applications look and feel? Does it look good and consistent in terms of application design?

I deleted the THEMES TAB and cannot restore it What do I do now ? version 6.0.1

Start Firefox in <u>[[Safe Mode]]</u> to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

When watching a slideshow I could always access music from my iTunes folder. Suddenly today I can only hear music under the 'theme' tab. I can see my music in iTunes but when I double click on it nothing happens!

In iTunes go File -> Library -> Organise Library -> Reorganise Library.
Then quit and restart iPhoto.
Credit to user keysandfood who figured that one out.

Tabs view issue with any appearance theme

I try new Firefox version Aurora (30.0 a2).
When I use any visual appearance theme rounded tabs look terrible.
Tabs are rounded but theme tabs looks rectangular.

Different Tabs Position under Different Themes

Hi All,
Into my current Application I'm using Theme 10 with Two level Tabs.
I have changed current theme from 10 to Theme 15 and into this new theme tabs appear horizontally btw Header & Region Frame so instead of appearlng horizontally upward can I change the position same as Theme 10 (vertically)? if yes how can anybody give me some sample or example link?

Hi Deep,
This can be achieved by editing the templates in your chosen theme. Unfortunately this requires a knowledge of html and css if you whish to make huge changes. Fortunately, good results can still be achieved with a little knowledge and some trial and error. Start with the theme that most closely resembles your requirements from a structural point of view, such as tab levels and placement, and then tweak for colours and fonts and positions etc.
There will be plenty of threads on this forum regarding this and several books and tutorials cover modifying thems and templates. The web is also full of resources and tutorials for html and css.
The other alternative is to hire someone with the right knowledge to create your theme and I know there are also several commercial sources of third party themes.

No longer able to select customized color theme for a collection page?

Previously I have been able to select a custom colour theme for my collections in Public Site Manager by clicking on Collections > Configure Selected Collection > Theme
The ‘theme’ tab is no longer showing – see screenshot –
Does this mean we can longer apply a custom theme (custom colours etc.) to our collection pages?
It seems we can still create themes (see screenshot below) but we’re no longer able to apply them to collection pages. Is anyone else seeing this?

What I don't understand is - if Apple have got rid of themes on collection pages - then I would expect a generic theme to be applied retrospectively to all existing collection pages. What I see however is my custom theme on all my existing pages i.e. no change - but when I create a new collection obviously I now don't have the option to apply the custom theme - so I get a generic white on dark grey theme on new collection pages. In summay my existing pages have my custom theme applied and a few new pages have the generic theme and there's way for me to make them all look consistent.

How do I change (or delete) a theme?

I've got a movie ready to burn to a DVD and the movie has a theme in it that I don't want. I can't see where you delete it and when I go into the map view, I can click on it but I can't delete it.

I've never deleted themes from map view so I don't know how effective this is. When I try that it tends to delete my entire movie or slideshow.
To change a Theme use the Themes tab for best results w/in iDVD.

To choose a theme:
Click the Themes button.
Choose a group of themes from the pop-up menu at the top of the Themes pane.
Customized themes you saved are listed under Favorites. Choose All if you want to see all the available themes.
Click the triangle next to a theme family to see the different menu designs for the theme.
If you click the top-level theme instead of the triangle, iDVD asks if you want to use this theme for all the menus in your project. If you click OK, all the menus in the project change to this theme.
Click the theme you want to use for the current menu. After a short pause, the menu changes to the theme you selected.

If you mean the Firefox add-on ''Personas,'' On top of the Firefox Web Browser, go to Tools, then to Add-ons, and go into the ''Themes'' tab. Switch tabs in XCode "Organizer"

Dear everyone,
I recent wrote a very small AppleScript as part of my whole automation script. What I wanna do it start Xcode -> choose "Window" from the menu -> click on "Organizer" from the menu -> click on "Device" button from "Organizer" -> choose "Editor" from menu -> Click on "Refresh from Developer Portal". The incomplete code is provided in the following.
Actually the only problem I have got so far is this step "click on "Device" button from "Organizer"" because sometime the focus is not on "Device" but other tabs (don't know how to attach a screenshot to this forum) and I have no idea of how to switch between them. I know I can use "Select Next Tab" menu item to switch to the next one but how to decide which tab (maybe by tab name) I have already switched to?
Actually I even do not know whether I should call them "tabs". They maybe "button". I tried using "button" but it did not work for it.
Any hint is much appreciated!

Forms 6i event when change canvas tab

When I open up a new tab, why can't I type in the address bar?

I downloaded Firefox 4.0 recently and every time I open a new tab, I am not able to type in the address bar. I have to open up multiple pages in my task bar rather than having them tabbed in one browser. This was happening to me when I was using the beta version also.

I'm hoping that that's not the case. My only add-ons are Adobe Acrobat 9.0.0332, Java Deployment Toolkit 6.0.22.4, Java Platform SE 6 U22, and Shockwave Flash 100.2.153.1. Which is stuff that I need in order to do most things on the net.

I lost all my color themes in the update from Kuler to Color CC.

When I went to use the Kuler app on my phone, I saw it is now Color CC. All of the color themes are gone! How can I retrieve them? I've logged into my Adobe acct and they are not there. Please help!

Please take a look at these steps below. Let me know if this guidance does not help.
If you have signed in to your Color (aka Kuler) app before, your themes are safe. Most likely, your themes are all synced to the Color service. Here’s how to find them:
Website: navigate to color.adobe.com and sign in. Click on the "My Themes" tab. Your colors should be showing up there. Note, at this moment in time, you cannot save themes from the color.adobe.com website directly to a library. This only works with the iOS application.
iPhone/iPad: if you aren’t seeing your themes, but you are signed in, the problem is most likely solved by switching the library you are using. You can do this by tapping the menu bar at the top of the theme gallery. From here, you will see a menu that allows you to select to either save themes to color.dobe.com or to a CC library. Your old themes are stored in the color.adobe.com option.
Desktop software: (I.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, inDesign) you can always find your colors on the Color Themes panel. This is located in Windows/Extensions/Color Themes for PS and ID. And, Windows/Color Themes for Ai. If you are looking for a color that you saved to a library from the mobile app, you can find this in Window/Library. Note, you must have the most current versions of PS, AI, and ID for this to work.
If you have never signed in to the app before, you themes are not saved. The only option you will have, at this point, is to restore your phone from a back-up via iTunes. Note, we’re working to release a new update that will allow users to carry themes forward to the updated version. And, I’m really sorry about any problems this may have caused. Import 3.1 apex themes to 3.0

Hi friends,
I am using Apex 3.0 and i want to use the themes which is available with Apex 3.1.
So is it possible to do an export and import 3.1 themes to 3.0 ??

Edit your application, and then click on Import/Export > Export > Select the Themes tab and then choose the Theme to export.
Repeat the above process for importing, but choose Import.

Getting back old themes in Keynote 13

I upgraded to the new Keynote, and while I like some of the new Apple themes, I'm missing a few that they decided to get rid of. Specifcally, I used the "Imagine" and "Story" themes all the time (I teach), and now they're gone??
Is there any way to get them back?
I use keynote every single day, and I think this might be one of the biggest Apple changes I've ever had to get used to (and I've been using Macs for 20+ years)!

If you upgraded from iWork '09, you should still have a copy of Keynote 5.x in your Applications folder. It is probably in an iWork '09 folder now. Anyways, if you still have it then you should be able to create documents using those two themes. Once you do that, you can then open them in Keynote 6 and go to "Save Theme…" in the File menu. Then you will be asked if you want add it to your theme chooser. After adding it, you will now see a My Themes tab in the theme chooser in Keynote 6. Hope that helps.

Presenter 8- Theme Editor Preview stopped working

When I click on the Theme Tab the pop up window for the Theme Editor shows but the preview display has the Adobe Presenter pre-load screen and nothing else.
This was OK in the trial version and then it stopped. I just purchased the license and uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing changed.
I did a repair for MS Office 2010 thinking that maybe my Powerpoint got messed up.
I can change the theme but then I have to preview the current slide to see if I got what i wanted. .

Am having same problem. Checked in PowerPint Options/Add-Ins, and it listed the Adobe Presenter PowerPoint COM Addin's location as C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Presenter 8\MenuLauncher.dll. This suggests I'm actually running Presenter 8. Am I reading this correctly?

Themes suddenly stopped working after trying new theme

I installed a theme in TB and it looked nice, so I decided to try it in FF36.04. It worked, but when I tried to go back to my old theme (Same author), it didn't work and the area at the top went black with just the usual text. I tried to go back to my old theme (same Author) which has worked fine for years. When I went to Add-ons | themes it lists the various themes, but doesn't display pics. If you go to the specific page of the theme (via add-ons) it only shows the author and theme name along with the disable/remove button, no picture or any other details. This is the same for all themes.
I tried adding a new theme at random and it worked and displayed the picture in the themes tab, but the others still don't work. They show different colours if I enable different themes, which I assume is the background. I've tried all the usual things, going back to default (seems OK), tried restarting FF, Rebooting laptop, etc. but nothing gets my old theme back that I've had for years.
Because a new theme worked, I could presumably remove all my old themes and go and download them and install them again, but something went wrong and I'd like to fix whatever it is, rather than perhaps leave a hidden problem.
Any suggestions?
***Edit - Just updated to FF37.0.1 and no change. I have noticed though that the theme I tried to add originally (the one when the problem started) is not actually in the list of themes! It did work at first, it was when I went to change back to my old theme that the problem started.

A bit more information.
I found the lightweighttheme-header and lightweighttheme-footer would change to HTML files if I set the default FF theme. I renamed those for safe keeping and copied the picture files of the same name from TB, which I confirmed were the correct pictures.
Restarted FF and no change (tried changing personas, etc). It did not create a lwthemes directory. I copied the 2 files from the lwthemes directory of TB over to a new lwthemes under FF's xxxxx.default and started FF again, but still no change.
I checked the prefs.js and found the 'A Tropical State of Mind' referenced in numerous places, along with other personas. Also found these settings -

I changed the '''lightweightThemes.persisted.footerURL''' and headerURL to true and I now have the correct pictures back in FF - However when I go to the ad-ons | Appearance, the list of personas still has no pictures and the individual pages for those personas are the same (blank other than the name and buttons), even the 'A tropical state of mind' one that is now showing correctly at the top of FF. It has updated the files in the lwthemes directory.
I then tried to select another persona with no picture and it's now back to the same problem with just the background (presumably) up, even when changing back to the tropical one that was just working.
