Time and date function, how to use?

Hello everyone,
I want to know that how can we make use of these two system functions SY-TIMLO, SY-DATUM ?
What should i write in data? pbo? pai?
Should i write something like this in data?
DATA: Ok_date TYPE SY-DATUM.
DATA: Ok_time TYPE SY-TIMLO.
What should i write in pbo and pai and should i need to make changes in screen elements? do i need to create one?
Please guide and explain with an example. Thanks a lot for writing back.

Hi,
create two variables in the top include..
data :P_date type Sy-datum default sy-datum,
p_time type sy-uzeit default sy-uzeit.
Next go to screen and enter table syst...
and select datum and uzeit and drag to screen..
and rename the field to p_date for syst-date and p_time for syst-uzeit.

Why my atv can't set time and date after restoring it using itunes ?

when my atv restarting after I restored it using iTunes, it can't set the time and date.
the atv is connected to the net by wi - fi.
when I try to sign in using my apple id, I get a massage that the password is incorrect.
I have apple tv with ios 7.

The network and signal test on device won't give the full picture, for that you need a network report. Go to istumbler, netstumbler or similar, that will show true signal strength as well as any nose detected. You can also try Ethernet to help rule out WiFi issues.

Time and date messed up after using Windows

I finally found out how to fix the time! Open up Date & Time; it will take you to the Systems Preferences. Make sure that Set Date & Time Automatically is checked. That takes care of the problem.

Hello,
I used my digital camera in a different time zone and forgot to set it accordingly. Now a bunch of photos have the incorrect time and date. Can I use Photoshop CS4 (11.0.2) to change this? I only found instructions on the Internet for Elements, which I do not have.
Windows Live Photogallery was only mildly successful. In the Windows 7 Explorer the date is shown correctly, but when I go to open the file in Adobe Photoshop, the old, incorrect date is shown. That's why I hoped that I could change this for good with Photoshop.

There are several dates in the metadata. THe date shot is set by the camera and I know that you can not change that in Bridge. There are programs out there on the web that will do it.

Getting the time and date of when tracks are playing for an honours project

Hi people.
I am in 4th year at Glasgow Caledonian University studying Audio Technology. I am doing an honours project on the classification of contemporary music and what I am looking to do is retrieve information on exactly when tracks are played (time and date) on an iphone using itunes.
I know that last fm time stamps each time a track is played and running this through itunes is an option. Does anyone know of a way to get this information from itunes? I have even tried phoning apple but they say possibly only a third party app which I have had no luck finding.

Hi everyone! does anyone know how to convert .AVI files for using in iMovie without losing the original clip time and date? Handbrake, MPEG Streamclip and Evon all replace the original timecode with the date of modification. This is very frustrating when you are trying to keep the chronology right. I know that if you upload the files to iMovie from one device the chronology isn't a problem, but I'm adding video files from a couple of iPhones and a couple of camcorders. any help much appeciated.

Why the time and date is not correct when I save a waveform in txt format, using Labview 6.1?

I am using Labview 6.1 and my operation system is Windows 98. The date/time properties is configured in the Windows (time and date in the control panel is correct). I generated a waveform using Basic Function Generator.vi and saved this using the Export Waveforms to Spreadsheet File.vi. When I opened this file the date and time was wrong. Only the delta t was correct and it did not show the date neither the time, only a float number. How can I adjust the correct time?

Actually, the date/time is correct, it is expressed as seconds since January 01, 1904.
In order to print the string version of the date/time from your file, you will need to write a utility that converts the date/time to a string or series of strings in whatever format you wish. This can be done by reading the first line (I assume that is the line with the time on it), formatting the date/time into a string, and writing over this information in the file.
The waveform VIs were meant to be used internally to read and write waveform data. Any use beyond that should require you to add formatting and other information/data as necessary.

How do you add the absolute time and date to a spreadsheet file?

I am creating a spreadsheet file, and I want to write the absolute time and date to its first column. Does anybody know how to do this?

How to show two different plots with current system time and date on waveform chart

I am using one waveform chart to display the more than one value continiously. The data are comming properly but i am not getting my system (pc) time and date on x axis. It is showing default date and time (i.e.01/01/1904 5:30:45). Please give me suggestions to display the real time and date on x axis of waveform chart.

How does your data look like? Do you graph waveform data types, dynamic data, or plain arrays/clustes? In the case of plain arrays, you need to set x0 to the absolute start time of your data, e.g. with a property node.
I you would attach your code (or an image) we could offer more specific advice. There are too many possibilities.

I installed the HP Office Jet 4622 All-in-one Printer and everything works wonderfu. However on the test page for the fax the time and date are showing Jan-00-00 00:00AM. I do not know how to change the date and time. Please help. Thanks.

Use the Setup (wrench icon) button on the front of the printer to look through the settings menu to set the printer time and date.

Does anyone know how I can include the time and date in the
body of a form mailer? Our system allows the receiver of each
submitted form to copy the body of the form entries and paste them
into either Excel or FileMaker for database building. They would

Can you not use when the email's timestamp?
Also, in z7's script, beware the common mistakes, if you try
to retype it - .getDate() gives the day of the month (1-31), but
.getDay() gets the day of the week (1-7). To make it more
confusing, .getMonth() gets the month (0-11), so you have to add
one to make it human-readable. The script posted is correct, but I
went round and round with my PC when I tried to do that the first
time!
