Timed out password

Hello all,
I have a database account that keeps getting locked. The enterprise manager simply lists the account as "Locked(timed)". This password was changed a while back, and I'm presuming an old process or service is still trying to use the old credentials to access the database. However, I can't determine which process might be the culprit...
Is there a log available (or diagnostic setting) that will give me information on all the attempted login sessions for the database?

I had also a took to this site: http://www.petefinnigan.com (famous for Oracle security topics) and I made the following with Oracle 10.2.0.1.0::
1. Modify sure your database has audit enabled (audit_trail=DB in init.ora)
2. Connect with sysdba privilges and run:
audit create session by session;
3. Try some failed attempts to your database instance
4. You should see failed login attempts displayed by:
select username, terminal, to_char(timestamp, 'DD-MON-YYYY HH24:MI:SS')
from dba_audit_session where returncode <> 0;

The last time I purchased any anything was on September 25th 2011 and the 'terms & conditions' page was last updated on October 12, 2011
Does anyone have an idea to what is going on with my iTunes version 9.2.1 (5) and I can not upgrade to a higher version my iMac does not have the intel processor chip.Thank you for your time and help with this matter. You are greatly appreciated

I am having the same problem also! I posted on here about it, but no one has responded with ideas. I called technical support and e-mailed them, the only suggestions they gave was for the to turn off my firewall. But I didn't change anything, so it shouldn't suddenly stop working. Maybe this is just an iTunes issue? But it doesn't even recognize my account anymore, and I cannot log in now.
If you happen to get an answer, will you please let me know what works for you?

How to up the timeout setting to solve password reset portal error "Authentication gate timed out waiting for a challenge response"?

We have the password portal up and running on one box and another server with FIM R2 and SharePoint 2010. All is good with the exception that our end users typically get distracted during the password registration and/or reset process and receive:
"An error has occurred. Please try again, and if the problem persists, contact your help desk or system administrator. (Error 3000) ". The timeout kicks in after 5 minutes of inactivity in the browser.
The FIM Service log shows the following:
"Authentication gate timed out waiting for a challenge response".
I have confirmed that the default password portal web.config setting is <add key="SessionTimeoutInMinutes" value="20" />.
We have also updated Microsoft.ResourceManagement.Service.exe.config per this
article to the following but with no luck:
<resourceManagementClient resourceManagementServiceBaseAddress="myAddress" timeoutInMilliseconds="600000" />
<resourceManagementService externalHostName="myHost" dataReadTimeoutInSeconds="600" dataWriteTimeoutInSeconds="600"/>
We did not update the Windows SharePoint Servicesweb.config setting per the article about since we are on SharePoint 2010.
There is no NLB or firewall in front on this server.
If anyone has any solution to how to solve this on FIM R2/SharePoint 2010 please let me know.

You could try changing the receiveTimeoutInSeconds parameter of the resourceManagementService node in your Microsoft.ResourceManagement.Service.exe.config file. However, you are warned not to do this unless instructed to by MS customer support.

Try doing it on your computer with iTunes and then sync to your iPad to see if it clears the problem.

ITunes keeps asking for my password, and every time I go to look at my account info it says my session has timed out?

I am attempting to access KiwiBank online banking using Firefox (my preferred browser). I am not exactly sure why the menu did not detect the password change or if it was stored incorrectly after you changed it? But after storing the correct password you can manage any duplicate passwords in the password manager.[[Password manager - Remember, delete and change saved passwords in Firefox]]

I upgraded to 2 - i4 phones with 2 different phone numbers. I can sign on to iCloud on 1 phone but never on the other. I have changed my my password twice but no matter what I do, I still have the same problem. Firstly, go to http://iforgot.apple.com and sign in with the ID you use for iCloud. A new password will be sent to your associated email address.
If that doesn't work, for example because it's going to an address you can't access, then you will have to contact Support. Go to https://expresslane.apple.com ; click 'See all products and services' at the bottom of the page. In the next page click 'More Products and Services, then 'Apple ID'. In the next page select 'Other Apple ID Topics' then 'Lost or forgotten Apple ID password' and click 'Continue'.

My husband forgot his apple id password but the system won't allow him to reset it - keep getting a timed out message. Help!

Of course, after he'd tried to reset it, I found the original password. But that now doesn't work and we can't reset the password. We can't even "find" the ID. Go into your router's page and disable password protection and try connecting again.

Can still only get online thru diagnostics as password keeps timing out

Ive posted before but still finding nothing to help me after the leopard install . Everytime i start mac up its says choose from network list, my netgear is there then i click it it asks me to enter password or wepkey which i do but everytime i do it says connection timeout .So go to network preferences and have to go thru the diagnotstics to get a connection when i enter wepkey there its fine and im online till the next time i start up and it back to choosing network again ......Like alot of people i never had this issue before leopard, it would have a connection as soon as i would start up no choosing from a list or having to do the diagnostic

Hi, I thought it was me.....I'm having the same problem with BT.HomeHub. and their BTYahoo mail, and BT are useless at solving the problem. I've Bookmarked both the BTYahoo Home Page, and the Mail Pages separately. The home page opens everytime, but the mail page is hit and miss with the it coming up Timed Out.
I have a question for you or anyone else out there: I've just bought my MacBook 2.2ghz -120.00GB Hard Drive. But when I look at the volume, I have HD Capacity of: 111.47GB
Available: 93.35GB
Used: 18.12GB on disk
Where's: 8.53GB gone
Am I being really dumb? I paid for 120.00GB, I know space is taken up by the Software applications.
So why have I only got 111.47GB capacity?

Have you checked to see if you credit card is out of date? You may need to update your credit card on file.......

Try to navigate to that page starting with its home page in case you are using a bookmark.
Clear the cache and remove cookies only from websites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
*Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
*Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > "Use custom settings for history" > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
