To avoid additional page in SF

Hi All,
i have followed the following for displaying each VBELN on a NEW page.
But if i trying to print 2 VBELN , then an additional empty page also coming in the print-preview as a 3rd page.
if i used the EVEN sort Begin then, at the very first i am getting empty page and 2 nd and the 3rd are my required pages.
How do i avoid this ?
Go to TABLE node-> DATA tab ->Sort Criteria, Give the field name which you want to have a page break and then TICK the coloumn named "EVENT ON SORT END".Then it will create one sub node under main area in table node, then right click on that node CREATE->FLOW LOGIC-> COMMAND.In the command node tick "go to new page" and give the page no.
Thanks
KR

after removing the command node blank page is not getting triggered. all the BILLing Document numbers are printing on same page.
but i want to print each billing document number on a separate page ...

  • Hello Apple community... I am trying to combine multiple pdf's into one, using preview, but when I drag the additional pages they show up as separate documents.

I am trying to combine multiple pdf's into one, using preview, but when I drag the additional pages they show up as separate documents.  When I drag the doc in a line would show up in the past, and if I went above th eline all was good.  It doesn't have a line, and no matter what I try I am having no success.
    Please help!

According to an Apple Support article, unless there are unforeseen issues
in file ownership or permissions, the combining of .PDFs should be simple.

  • Text flow to additional pages at end of document, how to set up in InDesign CS5

I've added additional pages to a document in InDesign CS5 -- but how do I set up my document so when text is supposed to get pushed to the additional pages the text flows from page to page on these extra added pages? Right now I've added additional pages to the end of my document and when the text from the original document gets pushed past the end it disappears and not continued on the additional pages.
    Thanks,
    Jeff

Yeah, container may not be the best word to describe a book, which is why I put it in quotes, and I certainly didn't mean to imply that you can no longer open and edit the files outside the book. Doing that, however, means next time you open the book ID will complain and ask you to update things. No big deal, but if you open through the book panel it will save the changes through the book and that won't happen. No difference to the inidividual files.
Historically - as in *roff and other UNIX-based processing programs like xroff, nroff, etc - books that were published from multiple individual component files, were produced by the use of a "makefile." You'd need to create the makefile by typing the names of the component files in the book order, along withtheir specifications, such as starting page side, starting page number, etc. You'd save the makefile with a name to preserve all this information, then you'd run the "make" command-line command in which you'd name the makefile, and include arguments such as which printer, how many copies, even a job priority, to avoid unnecessarily hogging the network bandwidth and free the printer for higher-priority jobs. As GUI capable hardware and software progressed, command-line makefiles became GUI book files - still, basically lists of component files and processing instructions.
One important value of book files that don't contain component files is that different book files can control the processing of the same component files in different ways, as well as produce books that use some of the same files and some different files - for different audiences, different product sets, etc. Yes, opening a book file may warn that component files have changed - a good warning to the user to pay attention - and they offer a way to update the collection of component files so that the book file produces the desired result. Here's where some folks may be surprised when they find that sometimes a print or export dialog box, either retains or forgets the settings used for the previous run; the result may be printing multiple copies instead of one, printing to a different printer than expected, or exporting a PDF that's not suitable for the desired printer.
The short story is that while book processing lists that are separate from the component files offer flexibility and reusability, but they also require that the user pays attention.
Did I commingle Autoflow and Smart Text Reflow in some way? I didn't think so.
Not at all. I'm just extra-sensitive to my own experiences with not having taking pains to keep clear on the differences between these similar-sounding terms.
My point was that HOW your text was put into the file to begin with, coupled with how your settings for STR are configured, is going to control whether subsequent editing triggers reflow. It's possible to have STR enabled and not have it work because you've limited it to master text frames and you haven't actually used any. An understanding of how autoflow works when placing text is important to being able to troubleshoot why STR is not behaving as expected (not to mention why text frames may not be adjusting if you edit the master page).
One reason for the confusions that come from working with Smart Text Reflow is that there's no indication in the UI, that STR is enabled, and when it's enabled, there's no indication in the UI of which STR settings are in effect, except by seeing the behavior. Are pages added at the end or story, section, or document? You may see them added in the Pages panel, if it's open, on screen, and if the appropriate portion of the document is in view; you may see them added on screen if the appropriate portion of the document is on screen - the end of story, section, or document.
In InDesign's Help, Smart Text Reflow is covered in only a few paragraphs. As you noted, there's much more to it.

  • How to add/create additional page in Crystal Report Layout SAP B1

    Hi,
I wanna ask about How to add/create additional page in Crystal Report Layout SAP B1 ?
I want when user print Purchase Order then on last page also print some page like Penalty Clause etc.
Pls help me to find the solution.
    Br,
    Thomas Marsetyo

    Hi,
In your report footer, set it to create a new page before it is printed (In 'Section Expert', select the Report Footer -> 'Paging' tab -> Check 'New Page Before' checkbox). Throw your Terms & Conditions into the Report Footer section.
If you already have a Report Footer that you want to keep, just split the footer into two sections (Right-click the Report Footer section -> 'Insert Section Below') and follow the same procedure for the newly created section.

  • Scan additional pages into a PDF document

I have a PDF document which I created by scanning pages into it. I have re-opened the document and want to scan additional pages. Is there any way I can do this that does not involved scanning into a new document and either dragging the pages into my original, or combining the document. In other words, can I scan pages directly into an open document?

You can append your scans to a document. Specify the output option in the scan dialog of Acrobat.

  • Add additional pages and remove pages in pdf form

    Hi all,
I'm trying to achieve 2 things with my form:
How can I remove the first blank page (its giving me a headache)
How can I script the 'add page' button to automatically add unlimited additional pages (page 4 to be precise) to my form?
My form is in the link below. I would appreciate your help.
    Thanks.

    Hi,
If you select page1 and go to the Object > Pagination palette and change the Place from "Top of next page" to "Follow previous". The additional page will disappear.
To add new instances of page3, you need to go to the Object > Binding palette and specify that that subform is to be repeated.
Then in the click event of the add page button, you would have the following JavaScript (please note that "_" is shortand for instanceManager).
    _Page3.addInstance(true);
    Here is your form back.

  • Numbers creates additional pages

When I create a Numbers spreadsheet, how come there are additional pages that are printed when I print? How do I get rid of those. I only have data on one page, but at least 3 - 4 other pages print also.
I also don't know how to get rid of those faint grid lines.

    Ming Ming,
When you check your work in Print View, as WWJD suggested, make sure that you have reduced the size of your table to just the minimum number of rows and columns necessary to hold your data, so that the table does not extend onto adjacent pages. Do this by deleting unneeded rows and columns.
To eliminate the faint lines, make all the Cell Borders White. Use the Inspector to select a weight and the color White for all the Cell Borders.

  • Additional pages in multipart spool requests.

    Hello,
does anybody also encountered the problem, that for some printers additional pages between the files of a multipart spool request are printed? The page just contains @PJL. It occurs with our own printouts and also with FP_TEST_00.
    Device type is HPLJ4.
In addtition, we want to use a stapling functionality on another printer, but that printer does treat the multipart print as one printout. So the stapling is by part and not by spool request, It may be the same cause.
    Any idea?
    Kind regards

  • Additional pages not numbered

I have noticed the additional pages I've added to a themed photobook are missing page numbers.  The original pages all show the numbers.  Is there any way to get the page number to show on the new pages? I'm using iPhoto '09.

try turning them off and back on
And see if they are in the preview -
Before ordering your book preview it using this method - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1040 - and save the resulting PDF for reference - the delivered book will match it.

  • Add additional page to Remittance Advice

    Hello Experts,
I am working on Remittance Script.
In Remittance Advice  , there are three pages, FIRST,NEXT and LAST.
I need to add additional page to the existing Remittance layout.
This page should show the additional data for all PO/SES related to the invoice and should be printed before the last page which just contains summary.
I am able to add the additional page with CONTROL_FORM but am not sure how to print the data
on it. I tried creating an additional main window but it says there can be only one main window (which already exists in the layout)
there can be multiple pages with the PO/SES data.
Requst you to please help me in this.
    Many thanks in advance,
    Priyanka Gaur

    Hi,
Try to check for the Page name equal to your summary page in Main window and print the details which you want to present only in that page. You can use the symbol &ITCTG-TDPAGE& to get the current page.

  • How do I insert additional pages inside a footnoted document with accompanying text boxes and still keep pages below syncronized?

Is there a way to insert additional pages into a lengthy document containing continuous footnotes at the bottom of each page and accompanying text boxes on most pages without losing the syncronization of text and text box information on the pages below?

Footnotes do not work for text in textboxes, and you can keep on adding text after existing text so I am not sure what you are asking for.
