Toshiba Satelite A305-S6858 Reboots and could not load Vista Normally but can run Safemode only

Please help me... I love this Toshiba Satelite A305-S6858 and I keep getting this problem. I already tried to disable legacy support and the memory test says 4GB is working fine. Please help me.

Let's start here.
Boot into Safe Mode and open System Properties (sysdm.cpl). On the Advanced tab, click the Settings button at the bottom (under Startup and Recovery).
What is the state of the Automatically restart check box? If it's checked, clear it.
What is the state of the two fields at the bottom? Set things for a mini-dump as shown below.
Does that give you a blue screen when you boot normally?

after a recent not so succesful time machine restore, and after turning internal hard drive and ssd on my macbook pro late 2008 into a fusion drive, I get these error messages in the system preference : could not load iCloud preference pane and could not load internet accounts preference pane. I noted that Mail, Calendar, notes etc all sync to my various device, but on my mac, I can't access the accounts feature. Can anyone help me resolve this issue ? I searched all over the net with no success...

iMac (Processor 3.2GHz, 8GB 1600MHz DDR3, 3TB HD) Running Mavericks (10.9.4), I have the exact same problem. Local Apple Store unable to help. Turned to my AppleCare Program. They say their techs have never come across this issue this was what was done:
Have downloaded & new copy of OS X = same issue.
Deleted OS X Reinstalled OS X on blank drive - restored all my data from backup = now have no MS Office, no Adobe Photoshop Elements, no iWeb, no Parallels, no VMWare, no iPhoto in fact, nothing of "my" machine. (but problem is still there)
Advised to do an "Internet Restore" from good Backup (over 24 hours to complete); when complete, machine restarts = a circle with a cross diagonally through it and the spinning wheel. (It goes no further no matter how many times you reboot)
Now on my own, booted using "Command + R" to start in Recovery mode. Changed all permissions in Disk Utility. Rebooted. = my machine is back - all data intact and all programs there & working BUT problem persists.
I have now turned to Communities. Followed everything people said worked for them but in my case, after a reboot, I still cannot load iCloud OR Internet Accounts Preferences panes!!
If I add a calendar item on my iMac it will not sync with either my iPad or iPhone. If I add a calendar item on either my iPhone or my iPad that item will sync with the other device but will not sync to my iMac. The same is true for Contacts as well. Extremely annoying to have to type it in all the time. This is Apple for heavens sake and therefore it should work!!

I didn't go forward with '9' because of its size and it didn't appear to provide advantages for the cost.
How do I uninstall it when conventional methods fail. Message received in Windows Installer is, ' The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.' Elements 9 cannot be used.

- Did the other users who successfully connected have iDevices?
- Frequently you have to open Safari/a browser and agree to the terms and conditions of the wifi spot before yo can get to the internet. Some wifi spots use Flash or Java to log on which the iPod (and other iDevices) do not support)
- Have you tried resetting network settings: Settings:General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
- Does you Ipod successfully connect at home?.

Since Motion 2 can't find "shader normal", it endlessly writes this error to a log file and in the process SLOWS the program down considerably.
I'm using a dual 2.5 G5, Motion 2, ATI 9800 Pro video card, 4GB RAM.
It seems like this might be a video card problem since that's what the error log may refer to (could not find normal shader).
Has anyone else encountered this issue, or know of a fix?

Haven't seen it before but you'd have to give us some additional information. Most, not all, Motion errors are caused by bad media files or the user attempting to perform an illegal operation like dividing by zero.
But yea, these look like OpenGL or GPU errors. Try dropping by the mfr's site to see if there are new drivers, a reset application or a user forum?

Why do I get "error code 3: Could not load front panel" when I run my executable.

I have a LV 8.5 VI that controls only an agilent spectum analyzer. The agilent VIs call DLLs rather than SCPI commands. I created an application and an installer to load on a non LV machine and ran setup which was successful. When I run the EXE I get "error code 3: Could not load front panel" for each of my agilent spectrum analyzer VIs. I have to click "OK" about ten times, once for each VI. (My executable runs fine on all machines that have labview 8.5) The front panel does load with a broken arrow. The errors listed when the arrow is clicked for all of the Agilent VIs state: Missing subVI AGE444xInitialize.VI (or close.VI or read.VI etc.)
There is an AGE444x32.DLL in the data folder with the EXE file so I included as support both the DLL and all of the agilent drivers in the application build. Still no luck. I have built the application and installer about 6 times in various forms. I NEED AIR SUPPORT.
Unfortunately I do not have access to the internet at my jobsite so bear with me.

Tns error could not connect to database but can tnsping and sqlplus

The new install OBIEE 10.1.3.4.1, with two Linux RH/64 Bit servers set up and running, but can't get to 11g database when running reports.
Error: nqsError 17001 Oracle Error Code 12154, message ORA-12154: TNS could not resolve the connect identifier specified at OCI call OCIServerAttach. nQSError 17014 could not connect to Oracle database

oc4j is running.
jdk is installed
/setup/user.sh variables and libs set

oracle client installed with lib32
can tnsping the database from here using SID
can sqplus login to the database from here
changed connection pool offiline and uploaded new .rpd
this script does not work /setup . sa-cli.sh to test client, nothing happens, also unable to connect to BI Server in online mode from Windows client 32bit.

saw server is running
set odbc AnalyticsWeb DSN to point to BI Server 1
Since I can ping and connect with tns, why is presentation server throwing errors?

Copy the tnsname.ora file from Oracle Database serve onto the client PC.

I am a tech at a failing company. Unfortuneatly some users still need ADI installed and working with very limited resources to troubleshoot oracle. I am getting the error - ( Could not connect to the database - ora-12545: tns:name lookup failure )when the user tries to log on to ADI. Any suggestions? I would really appreciate it. We are on Windows NT on an NT network. Oracle 8.05 client installed and ADI 6.0.

Main image is not loading in dreamweaver, but can see it everywhere else

I have an image that I need to imagemap, but it will not show up in Dreamweaver and I cant figure out why. I checked the link to the image and it worked, and the page works fine when I preview in firefox, but I still need to imagemap it. I saved the html page from photoshop with save for web and devices. Its all one big image, no slices. I've tried closing and restarting Dreamweaver a few times, but it doesnt work. I've imagemapped other simular pages and they loaded fine.

This should never be in the head of the document:

I wouldn't bet big money on it, but those errant tags might be what are causing your troubles.

Unpredictably, Firefox hangs and does not load websites. It can be closed, but will not restart without shutting down the Firefox.exe *32 process via task manager.

This happens during almost every session I am online with Firefox on this computer alone. I have been using FF for years without issue.

Way too complicated to solve the problem of "firefox is already running ....etc." and there must be a more simple solution to this problem which occurs once in awhile.
It seems to me that Mozilla developers can find a better solution and one that allows control-alternate-delete to fix the problem.
Otherwise, it is just resort to the old reboot solution.

How to deal with "There was an error opening this document, the file is damaged and could not be"

Hello, everyone:
I open one pdf document with Adobe Reader 9.3, but it appeared that "There was an error opening this document, the file is damaged and could not be repaired".. and I found that another several pdf document in the same folder that I have not opened for a long time is also "damaged and could not be repaired".
But in the same folder, other documents of different types are ok, does that mean there is something wrong with my hard drive?
Has anyone else run into this issue or have any suggestions?

It could be that the directory is damaged. It could be that at one time you had a virus that did damage, it is hard to say. Do you have a good backup?

Hi, can anyone assit. I am compiling a pdf by inserting several documents and am unable to delete specific pages. I have used this function on a previous Adobe Pro version but have a problem editing.

I use this feature once a month to extract / delete some 200 pages from an 800 page file. I found the release notes for 10.1.4 stated that this issue was fixed. I updated my Acrobat to the 10.1.4 release and i was still having the problem. I finally fixed it by disabling the Win XP compatability feature that i had enabled in the properties of the Acrobat executable. I had enabled this feature a couple of months ago as a fix to this specific problem, now it's not necessary.
Environ: Win 7 32-bit and Acrobat X, 10.1.4.

Could not load front panel

I was given an application by a hardware vendor (a test program for their device) that was built via Labview (I have only the .exe). When I try to start it, I get a bunch of "could not load front panel" errors, all of the form:
LabVIEW: Resource not found.
An error occurred loading VI '[x].vi'. LabVIEW load error code 3: Could not load front panel.
[x] is the only difference among the four errors I get, where [x] is:
* NI_AAL_Pro.lvlib:Unwrap Phase.vi
* NI_AAL_Pro.lvlib:Real FFT.vi
* NI_AAL_Pro.lvlibcaled Time Domain Window (DBL).vi
* NI_AAL_Base.lvlib:Mean.vi
Basically every post I can find on ni.com about "could not load front panel" suggests that this is a build-time problem, i.e. that the developer forgot to check a box that would force the missing components to be included, which doesn't help unfortunately... but here's the twist: when I move this to another machine, it works fine. I don't have LabView installed on either machine. Both are Win8.1 x64. I believe the application was built with LabView 2010.
The only relevant difference between the machines that I can think of is that on the machine where the application *doesn't* work, I use many National Instruments device and have installed DAQmx. You'd think that if anything, that would install missing components and make this *less* likely to happen.
Since encountering this problem, I've tried to install every Labview 2010 runtime SP/patch I could find, but unless I'm missing something, there's not really a definitive place I can do to make sure I have all the patches or get a single cumulative rollup.
Any ideas? I don't have access to LabView or the source .vi, but the fact that it works on a second machine suggests there's hope. I really want it to run on my primary machine, where all the relevant hardware is.

Is it possible that one machine only has the minimum run time engine (~42MB) installed? You need the full standard version (~180MB).
