Touch Button for pictures

I just got my blackberry curve 8520, 2days ago! My sister have the white one and i have the black one and there are some differences. One of them is that when viewing the pictures,I can't use the touch button to view the next one! can someone have an answer for this? thanksss! xx

lol, It worked, I just turned it off and on again... gee, if I had known it was as simple as that... I feel like I asked a computer question and had forgotten to plug the computer in... Thanks!

Information needed: Disabling front-facing touch buttons for full Kiosk mode

I am wanting to create a kiosk using the ideacentre A300 series. I can configure Windows 8 to function like a kiosk, but I can't get the physical buttons on the computer to either turn off, or to disable temporarily (I realize the buttons cannot be configured by windows).
If anyone has any information regarding this request or if they have any information in regards to what type of touch interaction the display has (touch sensitive by heat, pressure, etc.).

Lightroom,Cant get the permanent delete button for pictures.

On Lightroom4+5 I try to remove some of my pictures permanently, cant get the window with the tree delete buttons. I use a Mac. It must be a simle thing...but i fell over this one a few times...

Switch to folder view, grid mode (or if not grid mode, context menu of selected photos in filmstrip).
If you want to permanently delete pictures whilst viewing a collection, consider splat-delete instead:
Windows: Ctrl-Shift-Alt-Delete
Mac: Cmd-Shift-Option-Delete

You can't do that.
And before you decide to store any music that you own on a computer at work, talk to your IT department. Many organizations do not permit it for legal reasons. Standard policies are that anything stored on company owned computers is the property of the company. It could not be legally stored on their machines unless you transfer the licenses and all copies, physical and digital, to the company, meaning you no longer own the music. If they were to be audited and could not prove that they own the music, they would be subject to copyright violation penalties. Just use your iPod when you're at the office if you want to listen to music.

If you go to Apple, they will not replace your battery, but exchange your iPod for a refurbished iPod of the same model with a new battery. Therefore you will lose everything that is not backed up. If you change it yourself or have a third party change it, you will most likely not lose anything (but still best to make a backup as lllaass suggested).

- If in recovery mode the screen will have an iTunes logo with an USB plug.
- Have you tried connecting it to your computer for a n hw and then see if it appears in iTunes. If it does restore the iPod.

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode
How to put iPod touch / iPhone into DFU mode « Karthik's scribblings
- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

If you can't get it to shut down or restart when holding down the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons and you can't get it recognized in iTunes to restore it, the iPod may have suffered a hardware failure and will need to go to Apple for service. Someone else here may have additional suggestions, though.
There is no "fifth generation" iPod touch, by the way, just for the sake of clarity; not yet, anyway.

Try closing the Camera app via the taskbar and see if it works properly when you re-open the app : from the home screen (i.e. not with the Camera app 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the Camera app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
And by restart do you mean a soft-reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear (you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot). If not, and if closing the app doesn't fix it, then you could try that.

Took my phone to the Apple store this week and they told me it was a hardware/screen malfunction. They replaced the screen for free since it was under warranty. Now it works fine again!
