Tracking target folder

Hi guys.
Its possible locate a particular e-mail and display the folder where it is? (Outlook)
Through powershell.
It would be like the following example?
Search-Mailbox -Identity "Name" -SearchQuery "Subject:'Test'" -TargetMailbox "[email protected]" -TargetFolder * -LogOnly -LogLevel Full
Thanks.

Yes, the target folder in target mailbox will have an attachment with a csv report that will have folder name where it found the mail with that subject...
Here is the sample csv output where it found the mail with subject a line at two places, one in a test folder and one in sent item folder...
Mailbox,Folder,Subject,Read,Sent,Received,Sender Display Name,Sender Email Address,Importance,Sensitivity,Message ID,Flag Complete Time, Flag Complete Date,Flag Request,Flag Status,Flag Subject,Is Flag Set For Recipient,Item Color,Task Status,Start Date,Due

  • Not Enough Disk Space In Target Folder PLEASE HELP!

I've produced a project with 10 menus and 21 tracks totaling 3.1 gigs and I can not burn it. Each time I get the remark "Not Enough Disk Space In Target Folder." I have 8.8 gigs on my internal harddrive and various externals.
PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP. I fear I will seriously threaten my job if I can't get this done tomorrow.

    Hi
Select just Build and check the destination location and set a drive with enough space. Then you can burn using that build.
I have 8.8 gigs on my internal harddrive and various externals.
    How big is that drive?
    Hope that helps !

  • Splitting a document,in output options you select the target folder to be "the same folder selected at start"? Where is that folder?

When splitting a document, in output options you can select the target folder to be "the same folder selected at start", but where is that folder?  I assumed it would be the original location of the source file but in my test the split files are not there just the source file.

Have you checked My Documents? You might close Acrobat and reopen, then see what folder comes up when you select File>Open.

  • Source patching and track targeting, What is it mainly used for?

Im reading adobe premier pro cc in a classroom book, and I still dont understand what source track and target track mean, or atleast what they are mainly used for.
    Why do people use it?
In what work scenario is it mainly used in?

ShooterNZ is right as far as Source Patching. It's intended chiefly for controlling which track(s) a clip lands on when inserted via shortcut, although it also affects behavior when dragging content to the timelines.
Track targetting controls the Timeline's behavior for a variety of editing and selection actions. For example, the shortcut D selects one or more clips at the playhead. Try parking the playhead over two or more clips stacked in the Timeline, then target various combinations of tracks and see what happens when you press "D."

  • Import target folder templates

I would like to rationalise my current workflow by eliminating Breeze Systems' Downloader Pro, but in order to do that I need to be able to set an import's target folder from a template.
What I want to be able to do is have Lightroom calculate a target folder name based on the metadata from the image it is importing, creating the target folder before import if necessary. Downloader Pro allows you to set the target folder based on all kinds of metadata, but the ones I use are a per-import "job code" that I supply interactively before the import, various date manipulations (based on the capture time/date), and camera name variants from the EXIF. Given that I end up with a folder structure like this:
        \Photos\<YYYY>\<YYYY>-<MM>\<job code>\<short camera name>_<image-number>.nef
    e.g.
        \Photos\2009\2009-06\My Job Code\d60_01234.nef
and the only part I have to remember to supply before starting is the job code ("My Job Code" above) and Downloader pops up a dialog to ensure that I don't forget.
This, combined with import presets would make for a superb import system.
    Cheers,
    Simon

    +1
While I use a different format (\<YY>\<month number>-<month name>\<job code>), I really want more control over the import folder structure, along the lines of how file renaming works.
I managed to fudge this in LR1 by using the internationalization codes (link long-forgotten) but it would be nice to have this "really" solved.

  • Find and Read the Target Spreadsheet File from Target Folder

I'm trying to find and read the target spreadsheet file from the target folder. Please help. Thanks.
    Solved!
    Go to Solution.

If you know the folder, you could do a List Folder Contents to get a list of files in that folder.  You can then just use Array Index to get the file you want.

I have a good solution for my previous post: MDM tracking exception folder with question how to monitor exceptions folder Now I am looking for any kind of tool to monitor ready folders. Hi,
AutoSys  - designed for Workflow Automation. Sequence of steps to be done at a specified time & can be used for Scheduling & Monitoring.
It will work on windows also.
In the AutoSys :  we have to follow below steps.
    1. In the Job editor we will create the Jobs(dependencies).
    2. In the Job flow monitoring we will monitor the workflow.
    3. create the script in the destination server(Ex: MDM Server -- where you want to track Ready folders).
    4. At the specified time the Autosys Job will invoke the script & it will look into specified inbound / out bound port ready folders.  It will provide no of files struck in the folder & file names.
    Sending mails is also possible.
    Hope this may help you.
    Thanks & Regards,
    Srinivas

  • FCP X version 10.1.1.  When Sharing to DVD I get the following alert " There was an error burning your discd.  Not enough Disk Space in Target Folder"  I have 700GB   free.  Where is this target folder located?  how can I fix this problem? not space prob

Sharing to DVD I get the following alert " There was an error burning your disc.  Not enough Disk Space in Target Folder"  I have 700GB   free.  Where is this target folder located?  How can I fix this problem? This is definitely not a space problem.
Since starting with FCP X, there has been tons of issues, now that the product actually works with the exception above, makes it impossible to share the production.  Has Apple fixed this problem.  is there a knowledge base article on this?
On another note, One reason I have not purchased support on FCP X is because you sold a product that never worked for almost an entire year or more.   Now I can finally finish my project,  I cannot share it.....Really.  This has to be fixed now, I am loosing money as I typed this.
    Regards,
    Rob Harris

Just curious, why would repairing permissions, rebooting ( rebooted 2 times already today) or creating a new user possibly fix this.
I cannot create a new user, that is way too much work.  I will repair permissions again,  I repaired permissions just a few days ago. Then I will reboot, login and turn off App Nap and rerun the Share DVD.
There must be something seriously wrong with the OS if your are suggesting creating another user.   WOW!

  • Not enough disk space in target folder?

I am trying to burn a 3.7GB project on a dvd that holds 4.7 GB. The log says there's not enough disk space in the target folder. I've never had this problem before - what's going on and how do I fix it?
    PowerBook G4   Mac OS X (10.4.3)

not enough disk space in the target folder.
This refers to the hard disk where DVD SP does the build. 'The target' is usually set to a folder called something like 'DVDStudioProDisc' somewhere on your main internal hard-drive. You need to have at least (say) 5GB free space on your working drive for the build. How much disk space do you have left?
BTW it is possible to change the build drive & folder location in settings.

  • Is this now where to ask DVD Studio Pro questions?  If not, please let me know where.  Here's my question:  Using DVD Studio Pro 3, when trying to burn a disc which is 4.5GB, I get error message "Not eough disk space in target folder".  What to do?

Thanks.  Unfortunately, I need to make a master DVD that can then be duplicated in bulk as a single layer disc.  This surprises me because I tried burning a different DVD project that has worked in the past which is also 4.5 GB and now I could not burn that either.  I also reencoded some material to get the new project down to 4.4 GB but it still would not burn.  Any ideas are appreciated.

  • Keyboard shortcut for soloing a single track for track targeting

Is there a keyboard shortcut that would allow me to solo one track for track targeting while turning off all others?
    Thanks!

I dont think there is one that does both actions.
There is one that will toggle tracks.though.
I have those set up for video on keys 1 - 9  and audio on keys shift1 - shift 9.
There is another available for "all" but I use Shift Click.

  • Search-Mailbox not attaching the infected emails in target folder and deleting the contents in exchange 2010 & 2013 coexistence

    Dear All,
I have an issue with deleting circulated spam emails in my environment through search-mailbox
    We have Exchange 2010 & 2013  CU5 environment
I followed the search and destroy document for exchange 2010
    http://windowsitpro.com/exchange-server-2010/search-destroy-email-content-exchange-2010
Added the user to Discovery Management group
Created a new role group as below
New-RoleGroup "Mailbox Import-Export Management" -Roles "Mailbox Import Export"
Add-RoleGroupMember "Mailbox Import-Export Management" -Member Administrator
    I ran the below commands
Search-Mailbox -Identity "[email protected]" -SearchQuery "Subject:'report'" -TargetMailbox "Administrator" -TargetFolder "Filter" -LogOnly -LogLevel Full
The above command gets completed successfully and sends the log report  however im unable to see any attachments
Similarly the deletecontent also gets completed successfully and logs result. But it does not delete the infected emails
Search-Mailbox -Identity  "[email protected]" -SearchQuery "Subject:'report'" -TargetMailbox "administrator" -TargetFolder "filter" -deletecontent -LogLevel Full
Any idea why it is not fetching the infected emails in zip file and why it is not deleting but it is able to log in the target folder
    Any help much appreciated

  • "Target folder cannot be an existing non-CVS location"

I recently installed 9.03 with cvs 1.11.2. I set up a password server for cvs, and imported a project into that cvs server. I went ahead and selected the "check out after importing" option, thinking that it would make my original directory that I imported from become cvs'd. But when I selected the directory to checkout to, it tells me "Target folder cannot be an existing non-CVS location." It works fine if I select a new directory, but I'm happy with my current directory structure. Shouldn't I be able to check out the files into the current directory and overwrite the existing files? I thought that this worked in 9.02. Any ideas?
    Andrew

From what I gather, this is a limitation of CVS itself: you can't check out to a directory which contains existing files unless that directory is a CVS sandbox.
The easiest way to work around this is to rename the original import directory after the import has completed. E.g. if you're importing from:
    c:\mycvswork\mymodule
Then, after the import has completed, rename this directory to
    c:\mycvswork\mymodule_bak
And you should be able to checkout to c:\mycvswork\mymodule.
