Trade preference GTS 10.0 - Issue a customer's declaration

Dear,
when trying to issue the customer declaration, the system finds no entries.
Although, in the worklist for Billing document, the pro forma is there, the product is assigned to the administrative unit and active for LTVD, the customer is also activated for LTVD.
though, no entry is found when trying to actually issue the customer's declaration

Hi Assen,
revocation works only in case of change eg. price of invoice is lower than threshold or there is new negative calculation. Of course invoice date must be than after calculation date.
In case you have edit in debug you can get rid of entries in /SAPSLL/PREVD and /SAPSLL/PREVITM tables. Don't do this in production.

    Create a cost center for customer and issue the goods with respect to this cost center in MB1A transaction using movement type 201.
    Then all the issues will be tracked based on this cost center.

  • Goods Issue to Customer not done

    Dear All,
    We have customize service module. We can select Return, Goods Issue to Customer, Inventory Transfer activity from activity tab on Service call itself.
    Problem is..first i have return material from Customer , then i have transfer inventory from branch whs to repair center whs and now i like to issue material to customer after repairing.
    When i am doing Goods issue to customer, it is giving error i.e. Inventory falls below minimum level.
    Can any body guide me for this.

    HI Chintesh,
    Check out whether in the item master  you have selected " Manage Inventory By Warehouse" and whether you have maintained  the stock figure in the Required (Purchase UoM) field,the Minimum and the Maximum field in the items rows. In the Required (Purchase UoM) field the system displays the quantity needed to keep the stock at the minimum level.
    The system:
    1.   Issues alerts when the quantity goes below the minimum (Release Stock Below Minimum Level in Document Settings must be selected)
    2.    Does not let you enter stock documents when stock reaches maximum quantity

    In this program he used do-enddo twice. I mean nested do-endo.
    How can we increase the performance.
    And when we did the code inspector it displays 9 errors 'Char. strings w/o text elements will not be translated'.
    Is there any performance issue for this error?

    No, this is just not so clean programming. As for the rest, Please Read before Posting in the Performance and Tuning Forum and learn how to find out where the showstoppers really are.

  • Issues with Custom Chart

    Hi,
    I am facing some issues with custom charts.
    1. X Axis value is getting cut off. Given date as x axis parameter and last 2 digits of date is getting cut off. (format like 19-Apr-2011T00:00:00). And this value cut of happening only for custom chart.
    2. On right click of the custom chart, when i am selecting Preview, it opens a new pop up window with and error as Error: "Application error occurred during the request processing.". No preview is being generated.
    3. In Server Scaling, i checked Use global auto scaling, and many times it is showing improper y axis or mutiple y axis values with the same value or it is displaying improper global range

    Muzammil,
    Without seeing your data and your chart configuration, it is difficult to understand exactly the issues you are encountering.  I have the same JRE and the same version and build of MII as you.  I have no difficulty with the scaling or with Global Range, but problems displaying the date in my tests.
    I would suggest the you enter a ticket into the SAP Support System, and enclose a  copy of your data (run the query, use Browser with Content Type = text/xml) and export a copy of you display template.
    Lastly, what type of query are you using - sql, tag?

  • Issues with Custom Settings

    Is anyone else having issues with custom settings on 10.8.2?
    I am trying to configure basic office 2011 settings based on the keys located at http://afp548.com/mediawiki/index.php/Office_2011_Settings using a device group.
    However, when I log into an authenticated user's machine and load pref setter I can see that the customizations are not found on the newly managed machine.  I know the push updates are working, but for custom settings I seem to be getting nothing.
    My questions:
    - Am I just flat our doing it wrong? (meaing, should the plist files be copied over)
    - Are there common issues to look out for?
    - Can anyone share basic custom settings they have that work?

    Thats a bad idea. Office dos not react well to having it's prefences copied from one machine.

  • Customs export declaration not getting created

    Hello everyone .. i need help of your expertise
    I am creating billing document on R/3 and we have made it such that the F2 document flows onto GTS and creates a Customs export declaration
    The issue here is i have created the billing docs but i cannot find them on GTS.
    I checked the value of the goods is not equal to zero
    Checked the SM58 to see of any RFC log is there at the time of document creation and time .
    checked SLg1 on GTS to see if any log , but no log is there .
    It is basically an export order from EU country to a non EU country
    and i checked the billing doc and it is export relevant
    The document is flagged to go into GTS in document control settings on R/3
    Plant , company code and everything is mapped.
    It is an intercompany customer transaction.
    When i try to pull up the CULOEX by using the reference doc # from feeder system its saying no documents found
    in test environment the billing doc is flowing onto GTS and creating CULOEX succesfully.
    The sales order and delivery docs basically passed the compliance test and they are good.
    Can someone suggest me where else i need to go and look at .

    Could you let us know the current status of the issue? If it is resolved could you pls share us how you have done it as it is the most occurring issue and leaves no clue too? If not resolved, Could you check whether the Badi /SAPSLL/IF_EX_CTRL_SD0C_R3 is activated in R/3 or not?

    Hi Ram,
    As the error message straight away tells , you need to activate Legal Regulation for Customs Management ( in standard case, it will be ACE) for US country through the below path:
    SPRO-->SAP Global Trade Services-->Customs Management-->Activate Leagl Regulation for Customs Management at Country/Country Group level

  • Trade Preference customizing in ECC - Control Settings for BOM Transfer

    Hi,
    i am struggeling what i should customize in the field "BOM Application for GTS" in ECC customizing activity "Control Transfer of Bills of Product for Preference and Re-Export".
    Should i use SD01 or PP01 or PI01. As far as i know my company is using classic production orders as well as process orders.
    Does anyone know the impact on the field?
    Is it only relevant for exception cases like "sales order BOMS"? I have found this thread and there SD01 was maintained:

    I`m not sure if you still need help with this one. If your customer only uses production order boms then PP01 is the right choice for you....

  • Horrible Issues With Customer Service

    I have never in my life received such horrible customer service from a company.  I swear that in order to rectify the screw-ups of my order for my move, I had to call the customer service line NO LESS than 10 separate times, if not more, with a total of at least 9 hours on the phone (more likely 12), quite a bit of it on hold, and most often not during peak hours. 
    I had originally wanted my residential triple play service transferred, but was told I could only cancel instead of transfer.  After I was on the phone for an hour discussing the options, I was told that my bill would be $10 less per month than I currently have ($140 instead of $150).  I agreed to it, and was sent a receipt stating that I would be paying $175 a month, which was not what I was told, so I had to call in again, speak to another rep for an hour again, so I could get the same rate as I previously had. 
    Later, I wasn't told that I had to turn all my old equipment in; I thought I would just take it with me.  I received an automated email stating I would have to return all equipment otherwise I would be charged for holding onto it.  In order to clarify the situation, I had to call in again, and was on hold for ANOTHER hour, and was told nope, had to turn it in, unless I wanted another needlessly complicated situation by the rep.  And I was told I HAD to ship it in.  I later figured out on my own that I could go to a location to turn in the equipment. 
    I had originally wanted the service turned on the weekend of June 7, but was told they could not do weekends, so I scheduled for the 9th.  I called back later, still over 2 weeks out, changing it to the 6th, but was informed that the original rep had lied to me and said I could do it on the weekend.  So I scheduled that.  I got a call back later from another rep saying that it could NOT be done on the weekend, so I changed it again to the 6th this time.  Again, all these calls were at least a half hour to an hour each. 
    I found out later that the last customer service rep I spoke with didn't annotate that even though I was cancelling the TRIPLE PLAY package, that the phone was to be cancelled at the same time as the internet and tv.  So, one day before I move and the my service is shut down, do I get a call from customer service saying that Whoops!  Even though the installation was Friday, and it was currently Thursday evening (the 5th of June), because they had in their notes that the phone cancellation was on Saturday (Again, not what was confirmed with the last rep - they were all to be cancelled together), that they hadn't sent out the package with the required equipment.  I was justifiably furious.  I asked them to overnight ship it, and they stated they would.  That did not happen.
    I came home from work on Friday evening at 7pm, and did not see the shipment.  I checked the tracking link, and it said it wasn't even shipped. I had to call in yet again to ask the status, only to find *whoops* It hadn't shipped.  Thankfully, this was the first rep who actually followed through on what they said to me, and felt terrible about my situation (as I had, at the time, been on the phone for a combined minimum of 6 hours) and he gave me $20 off each month for a year.  I felt much better that I was actually taken seriously and that perhaps the issues might be over as soon as I got the equipment. 
    I finally did get it Monday afternoon and was able to set it up by Wednesday due to some issues with power at the house. After that, I kept having DVR box problems, and was again on the phone for another two hours in 2 days (at midnight, no less!) and it turns out, I had to bring in the DVR to trade it in, because I sure as heckfire was not going to wait another 3 days minimum to get a new one shipped out to me.  Once it was replaced, everything seemed fine. 
    Now, I'm having troubles paying my bill online.  Yesterday I spent my entire lunch hour on the phone with a representative who didn't understand my request, and so we went in circles, where he treated me like I was a **bleep**, as if I didn't know how to log in to the site.  I just want to pay my bill online, but my username is still linked to my old account and hasn't been transferred to my new account.  I prefer paying my bills online, and I am unable to do so, because of the inability of customer service to transfer my old account online to my current one.  The representative basically said he'd talk to the web team, but reading between the lines he gave me no guarantee that this would get transferred over.  I have never in my life had such a difficult time with a service.  I do realize that I have had some compensation for the time that I have had to take out of my life trying to get all of these issues fixed, but, in the end, this much effort on my part for this transition is completely unacceptable.

    This has not occurred.  I was sent an email this morning stating that my account was fixed, and for my inconvenience I got a free On Demand movie (which I don't care about).  I want to pay my bill online, but it's still set up with the old account.  If this does not get remedied by today, I will be bringing the entire situation up to the regional president.  This is completely unacceptable.

  • Deployment Issues with Custom TS variables set for client

    Good Day folks!
    I have come across an interesting issue that I have not been able to find a quick fix as such I am looking for some ideas where to trouble shoot my issue moving forwards.
    So the Issue:
    I have a TS that deploys a Windows 8.1 SOE image, this is done first by using a PXE boot PE image for an “unknown” systems to load a Custom HTA. This HTA allows me manually add the system to SCCM and add it to a required deployments collection that has the
    8.1 SOE deployed to it.
    The HTA also sets a few custom variables for the system resource things like system location, Machine Domain etc. 
    Once the HTA has run the system then has a delay to allow for the resource to show up tin the 8.1 deployment collection and then closes.
    Now all this appears to work fine, the system is added to the collection, reboots and the deployment runs from start to finish without error.
     I can also check the system resource and the variables are present.
    The problem I have found is that the custom variables for this resource are not being used by the TS after reboot.. upon further investigation I found that these variables are not even being retrieved ( ran a VB script to save all the variables from the
    TS to a txt file to check this )  Because of this the TS is bypassing some needed TS Tasks.
    A few interesting things to note:
    System appears to be added again when AD discovery is run…. So it causes a Duplicate.
    Client Dose connect to SCCM server after deployment but is not receiving deployments ( is getting some policy )
    Worked with SCCM 2012 but not 2012 R2
    So it appears that when the system reboots from the HTA PE step it has identified itself as an unknown system again…. Even though it has been manually added…
     I am interested to know if first of all if others would agree with this and second how SCCM while running a TS matches itself up to a system to retrieve the custom set variables before client install etc... Or a good place to start looking
    to dig up more information!  Or anything else!
