Goods Issue to Customer not done

Dear All,
We have customize service module. We can select Return, Goods Issue to Customer, Inventory Transfer activity from activity tab on Service call itself.
Problem is..first i have return material from Customer , then i have transfer inventory from branch whs to repair center whs and now i like to issue material to customer after repairing.
When i am doing Goods issue to customer, it is giving error i.e. Inventory falls below minimum level.
Can any body guide me for this.

HI Chintesh,
Check out whether in the item master  you have selected " Manage Inventory By Warehouse" and whether you have maintained  the stock figure in the Required (Purchase UoM) field,the Minimum and the Maximum field in the items rows. In the Required (Purchase UoM) field the system displays the quantity needed to keep the stock at the minimum level.
The system:
1.   Issues alerts when the quantity goes below the minimum (Release Stock Below Minimum Level in Document Settings must be selected)
2.    Does not let you enter stock documents when stock reaches maximum quantity

    Create a cost center for customer and issue the goods with respect to this cost center in MB1A transaction using movement type 201.
    Then all the issues will be tracked based on this cost center.

    Please help me on this issue.while doing PGI for the delivery i am getting the following error message."Good issue from delivery not possible due to credit block "The simple credit check is assigned for the sales document type.iam doing free of charge delivery.
    What are all the possible ways to get such error

    but system behavior is not set in transaction OVA8, means combination of risk categories and 03 is not set.
    I think you are checking the wrong risk category, please check once again the Risk category of the payer in FD32, what is it assigned and also check OVA8 with this risk category.
    If you find the above settings are correct as per your observation, try to create a fresh cycle so that you will get the correct results as per your settings in delivery.
    In your case what you are saying is correct, may be the risk category is changed recently this you can check the change log of the payer customer in FD32( if any change takes place).
    If possible try to past the screen shot of both.

  • CO-PA for good issue documents are not created

    Dear All
    We are using both account & cost based CO-PA , actually the problem is this that when we are doing the sales cycle, after billing my CO-PA document created  but the same when I do delivery COGS document not created  ,actually for sales I am taking the sales data from condition type(assignment of condition type to CO-PA value filed) and for COGS , I have assigned the COGS  GL accounts in TRANSACTION Code OKB9 (automatic determine the profitability segment) also the same GL accounts I have assigned  with value field in
    Assignment PA transfer structure
    Now when I am doing sales cycle , CO-PA document has been created when I am doing billing but when I am doing Good issue , CO-PA not created  but if I go and check the GL account of  COGS account I found the all detail of my profitability segment which hit this GL account
    Please help in this regard.

    I assume that problem relates to billing in make-to-stock scenario. Since COPA document is automatically created with billing. Please note the following -
    1. COGS GL account is not created as cost element.
    2. There is no CO / COPA document at the time of delivery.
    3. Condition type ‘VPRS’ should exist in SD pricing. It is updated form material master.
    4. Condition type ‘VPRS’ should be assigned to COPA value field (just like PR00 / price).
    5. Revenue and COGS value fields are updated at the time of billing.

  • Goods issue form is not opening

    With one of my user, Good issue form is not opening. As he has got full Authorizations for Goods Issue, when we click the Goods issue option, something happens but then FORM  does not  appear.

  • With out goods issue confirmation should not be done

    User status to my is not a good solution if you are really looking to restrict confirmation if goods are not Issued, the reason why I am saying is that you can have referance of user status with respect to "GMPS"-Goods movement posted status.
    The major draw back is that SAP sets this status for partial goods movement or even incase GR alone is done, so how can this really help...

  • How to reverse goods issue for delivery note by using IDoc

    Hi all,
    I would like to reverse goods issue and picking request for delivery note by using inbound IDoc.
    I used message type SHPCON and IDoc type DEVLRY03 for posting goods issue in inbound processing and it's work but I couldn't find solution for posting reverse goods issue.
    Pls let me know which IDoc type or any ways for posting goods issue reversal and cancelling picking request.

              For this requirements we can actually follow two Approaches that I can think of. Here they are.
    Approach 1
             Little Complex Approach. What we can do is to make use of the Same Function Module (Posting Program) IDOC_INPUT_DELVRY to do the Delivery Updates (Except reversing the Goods Issue). During this,  we can make use of one of the Customer Functions available in the Enhancement V55K0001 and satisfy our Requirement.
    Approach 2
            We can actually code a Custom Posting Program (Function Module) in which the first part will take care of updating the Delivery & if the PGI is done, then we can make use of the Function Module BAPI_GOODSMVT_CANCEL to reverse the PGI.
            I think the later Approach is much easier rather than going for the Standard Function Module (Posting Program), Exits and find a place where we have to find another Enhancement Spot / Enhancement where we can call the above FM to Cancel the Goods Movement.

  • Error during goods issue-Posting period not open

    Hi ,
    I am getting an error during goods issue which says posting period not open.I guess that we have had deliveries that were created and in process while crossing over from one financial period to another quite frequently before, but we were still able to goods issue them in the next period. Can anyone tell me why this error happens and if there is any work around for this?

    Hi,
    Goods issue takes place, say on a given date and this should be updated, so that the plant valuation changes are recorded. But the periods need to opened to do this. Normally there are two posting periods available, one is in MM, done by t.code MMPV and the other in FI, t.code is OB52.
    So, in MMPV we need have the current month as the posting period. But in your case it was allowing, probably because you have marked the indicator " allow posting in previous period " in MMRV t.code as our friend just conveyed.

  • Goods Issue total should not calculate based on Info price * Quantity

    Hi,
    The total amount in Goods Issue taken from "Info Price * Quantity" which doesn't ties back to the value posted to Journal Entry. It should calculate according to the actual unit price instead of info price, the info price is meaningless in the Goods Issue, why does the system capture the total based on that? Goods Issue total amount should match with what is posted to journal entry, it will confused the users if  it's not the same .

    I tested in the B1 system 2007A. Yes, the total of row is calculated by Info price * Quantity, not item cost * quantity.
    We can see, before really add the goods issue document, the field 'Item Cost' is display blank and only after added the document, you can see the Item Cost is displayed in field 'Item Cost'.
    That is because in some cases the item cost only could be known after real added the documents. For example, when the item is managed by FIFO.
    Thus, Item cost may not be able to know before real added. The field 'Total' cannot catch cost price and then use a info price to calculate a total and just for your info only.

  • Goods Issue error - batches not defined for delivery item

    Hi,
    We are getting a Goods Issue error  u201CThe batches are not defined for delivery item 000010u201D.   We are only getting this error for a material that is being shipped against a particular third party sales scheduling agreement.  We went live in 2007 and we had no issues, but when we had to create a new Sched Agreement this year, for third party sales, we started to get this error.  However, if we re-activate the old scheduling agreement we do not get the error.  We have a batch job that executes the following steps:
    1.     VL06IG (collective goods receipt)
    2.     VL10 (collective delivery)
    3.     VL06O (collective GI)
    We have compared the 2 scheduling agreements and see no difference.  We are assuming it has something to do with how the scheduling agreement was setup, but are not sure.  Any suggestions on how to correct this problem would be much appreciated.

    Dear Murali,
    The material has not changed at all.  I'm not sure what you mean by maintaining batches while receipt of the material.
    If I re-open the old scheduling agreement, we do not get the error message.  However, as soon as we use the new SD scheduling agreement, we get the error.  We are using the same material master on both scheduling agreements.

  • In Stpo transport, load and goods issue line is not appear

    I am creating the STPO's (Different company codes) in items details -> Del.sch-> transport, load date and goods issue is not appear. The Delivery date is 25.02.2008. next day the user as change the del.date from 25th to 26th. transport,load date and goods issue is appear.
    Anybody plz tell me how its happen like this, and tell the root cause.

    Hi Nilima,
    When running off RSA3, it will use a dialog process while when called from the PC it will be using a background process.  Check the 'abap/time' setting in rz11.
    Moreover, if it took only two hours to process last month, it is improbable that data has increased to such a large extent in a month's time.
    It is possible that new jobs have been added on the R/3 side that runs at this time.
    It may be a good idea to try and run this Process Chain when the R/3 system is lightly loaded. 
    Discuss this with the Basis Team.

    Hi Gurus, I am having problem That when I am doing goods issue in MB1A t code the document is posting but it is not displaying in production order.but when I am doing same goods issue in MIGO the document is displaying in Production order.when I am doing same goods issue in another plant with MB1A the document is showing.so where is the problem??is there any setting with plant and T code combination??what exactly is the error??why it is not showing in particular t code in particular plant.Please guide me.

  • New Movement type for Goods Issue to Customer

    I have a scenario. I need to Issue Material to customer internally.
    I have created a new movement type by copying Movement type 201.
    I have made all the settings as required. But when i go to Transaction code MIGO, and use my new movement i am not able to get the customer data fielld.
    I have made the following settings for the new movement type.
    1. I hAve activated customer field for the new movement type. in "Field Selection Enjoy Transaction"

    Please check whether you have added MIGO in ALLOWED TRANSACTION session

  • Strange issue - Excel summing not done

    We have a report where we have some data shown for revenue along with its Project & period .
    But when we export it on excel & trying summing the revenue returned we cannot.
    it works for some prj njum & it doesnt for few of them.. straange.. we even casted the column as Integer and also changed the data format to currency..

    You're not going to like this, but Excel doens't import formats the way you might expect. You say you tried changing the format in Excel to number and currency and it still won't aggregate the column. Try doing this. Assuming that you have done the Format>Cells and changed the column type to number (or currency), double-click one of the cells. Double click another cell. Now try to add sum these two cells. They will now take on the attributes of the "number" format (or "currency").
    Double-clicking makes the cell take on the actual format set from the Format menu. If your report is small, you can double-click all your cells. I remember way back when I had this problem, of being able to doing this en masse, but I can't remember what I did. If I remember, I'll post it. If you figure it out, please post it. I want to know.
