Tried to buy on News Stand or in the App Store and Shutterfly comes on the page with no way to remove it???
How can I remove Shutterfly from my App Store sight and it appears on my Newsstand sight also ,I evenbought it to later delete it and I can't get it off
Close the Sam's Club app completely and then reboot your iPad.
Double tap the home button and you will see apps lined up going left to right across the screen. Swipe to get to the Sam's Club app and then swipe "up" on the app preview thumbnail to close it.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

Skip the iCloud sign in for now.

How can I authorize this device to purchase in app store and itunes? I can only use my iphone and ipda, but it does not allow me to use this new device i just bought... I can-t find the menu where i should do that
thanks for your helpIf the new device is an iOS device then signing into your iTunes account on the device should be sufficient. Normally you do that when you set up the device for the first time.
Otherwise, open the App Store app, go to the Featured pane, swipe to the bottom, tap Sign In and choose to use an existing Apple ID. Fill in your username and password and tap OK.
iOS devices can only be associated with a given Apple ID every 90 days. -
HT1519 Do I need to buy a new battery ASAP if the cycle count is way over limit?
My macbook OS X 10.6.8 (late 2007) is listed as having a maximum battery cycle of 300; my system reports 415 cycles and I have never calibrated. Do I need to buy a new battery ASAP? Would calibrating help?

I guess I have more then one Apple ID accounts and I own a little money on both and I am willing to pay and when I try to update and put my new payment method in my iPhone it tells me I need to contact iTunes support, the apple id I'm useing now is xxxxxxx and I know that I had one with xxxxxxx but apple won't let me use that one anymore it just say account nolonger promitted. Please help

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; this can be done by phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, or clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed in either article, filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

I have been trying to download apps from the app store and every time it tells me there is a problem with my previous billing and direct me to put in new billing information and every time i do that it still will not let me download any apps.

Whenever i try to buy a new song or download an app my ipod says that "your apple id has been disabled" i have changed my password several times and it still says the same thing. What can i do???

That error message is usually indicative of a problem with the App Store. If you look through the forums, you'll see that a number of people are experiencing the problem. Try again tomorrow.

If I buy a new MacBook Air will the Apple Store help me transfer everything from my old MacBook Pro?
Will Apple help to copy over all the settings, apps, programs, files, etc. from an old MacBook Pro 15" on OS X 10.6.8 to a new MacBook Air 15"? Will it work easily and painlessly? Will they help me set it back to factory once everything is copied so that it can be sold or given to someone else? Will they charge for this?

I had an iphone 4s and it worked nice with facetime and imessage using my phone number but it was stolen on December so I buy a new iphone 4s using the same cellphone number but now imessage and facetime does not work with my number, it only works with my apple ID. my iphone 6 plus after updating to IOS 8.2 seems to have a problem with the touch id witch doesn't work neither in home unlock nor in app store and when i'm trying to add a new fingerprint it says ''failed unable to complete touch id setup.Please go back and try again'' . I have multiple fingerprints and none of them appear to work.

My remote for my Apple TV just stopped working and I have tried putting in a new battery, re-pairing the remote, resetting the device by unplugging it, and I checked the infared coming from the remote is working. The light just blinks at me 3 times what else can I try to fix it?
Have you tried unpairing the remote? You do this by pointing your remote at the Apple TV and holding the MENU and Left buttons down together for 6 seconds.
