Trouble Loading Webpages -- urgent/one allows access to Citrix environment

I need access to a webpage w/in a Citrix environment to allow me to work at home. I was able to do this fine on my Powerbook G4 with 10.4.11. Just bought a MacBook Pro preloaded with Snow Leopard, and can no longer access the webpage. Also have trouble with sites using Java, Twitter won't load at all, and have some problem downloading graphics in my my email client. Use both Safari and Firefox with similar results. Really, really need some help here!

Hi, downloaded Citrix 11.0.0 in hopes of solving the problem, and it's not working either.
Here's what I got on terminal:

The default VM is client.
