Trouble using FilteredRowSet

I can't seem to use a FilteredRowSet, which was added in the 1.5.0 release. My compiler keeps saying that :
cannot resolve symbol: class FilteredRowSet
cannot resolve symbol: class FilteredRowSetImpl
My code includes:
import javax.sql.RowSet.*;
(have also tried : import javax.sql.rowset.* ...compiler then cannot find rowset)
FilteredRowSet frs = new FilteredRowSetImpl();
frs.populate(rs6);
Range name = new Range("" + getTime(), "" + getTime(), "Date");
frs.setFilter(name);
frs.next();
Range, here, will be a predicate-implementing class, but hasn't been written yet.
Has anyone else had this problem?

Check your JDK version - you should be importing
javax.sql.rowset.FilteredRowSet
I don't know why your import javax.sql.RowSet.*; line is passing muster, but I see that import java.util.List.*; does as well, though it doesn't allow you to use the List interface without fully qualifying it - I'm sure this behavior is gone over in the JLS, but I've not run into it (that I can recall)
Anyway, if you can't import javax.sql.rowset.FilteredRowSet then it's likely you are using a 1.4 JDK.
Have you successfully compiled your FilteredRowSetImpl?
