Trouble with moving carousel

Question

I have a flash carousel for a portfolio page on my website
but I can’t get the thumbnail to stop moving when the mouse
hovers over. This is the actionscript:

That's Actionscript 2 code. You should post it in the AS2
forum so that others there might benefit from a solution and more
people with experience with the code might help.
Here's a suggestion...
First, get rid of that attempt at the end of your code.
Next, introduce another variable... var okToSpin = true;
In your rollover function set this variable to false
(okayToSpin = false;)
In your rollout function change it back to true
In your mover function, encapsulate all the code with a
conditional...
if(okToSpin){
// other code in mover function
}
