Trouble with outbound Queue

Hy guys,
i've implemented a file to idoc scenario. The scenario works, at least until today..Today a problem occurred: a message sent about 4 hours ago is in "Scheduling for outbound processing" status in sxi_monitor.
I''ve just checked the smq2 transaction and no queued messages  are present. The trouble is that in Queue ID i find "PACKAGE" and not the id i expect to be. I've already read the troubleshooting guide and nothing is explained about.
Could anybody help me?
Thank you a lot...
Bye Bye,
Sonya.

Hi,
Messages with one of the following statuses must be scheduled in queues.
1 = message is scheduled (Commit takes place)
9 = message is in automatic retry mode
12 = scheduled for output processing
16 = manual restart with version
An irreparable error is created by the manual deletion of such queue entries. Messages whose queue entries were deleted are not processed further and remain in this status.
Using this report you can search for such messages and cancel the processing of such a message if necessary. It is not possible to reschedule messages whose queue entries were deleted.
This occurs because Use of the exchange infrastructure manual deletion of queue entries.
Solution of this problem is to
Create the 'RSXMB_CHECK_MSG_QUEUE' report.
Enter 'Check message queue' as the title
Specify '1 Executable program' as the type
Enter 'SXMSPERSIST' as the package
Start the 'RSXMB_CHECK_MSG_QUEUE' report (for example, in transaction SE38).
The selection interface has three parts.
Messages
Message status
Optional
In the 'Messages' section, you can use the following radio buttons
Check all messages
Check specified messages only
to establish whether all messages should be checked or whether only the message IDs specified in the 'Specify messages' subsection should be checked. A pipeline ID must always be specified.
You must specify the Message Status that the messages to be checked should have in the section 'Message status'. There are four possibilities.
1:Message scheduled
9: Message is in automatic retry mode
12: Scheduled for Outbound Processing
16: Manual Restart for Version
At least one status must be selected
In the stage 'Optional' you can select whether a test run (Option 'Test run') should be performed and whether a log (option 'Show log') should be displayed on the screen.
If you have not set the 'Test run' option, the message processing of the selected messages that are not scheduled in a queue is terminated. These messages can now only be archived and then deleted. You must therefore always execute with the 'Test run' and 'Show log' options first and check the selected messages.
If you want to replace the English texts, maintain the following text symbols for the report. (The number on the left is the text symbol):
001 'Cancel message processing?'
002 'Do you really want to cancel the selected messages?'
003 'Messages'
004 'Message status'
005 'Optional'
006 'Specify messages'
007 'Message ID'
008 'Pipeline ID'
009 '1: Message is scheduled (commit takes place)'
010 '12: Scheduled for outbound processing'
011 'Test run'
012 'Display log'
013 'Check all messages'
014 'Only check specified messages'
015 '9: Message is in automatic retry mode'
016 '16: Manual restart for version'
017 'Message ID not specified'
018 'Pipeline ID not specified'
019 'Check Pipeline ID'
020 'Check message status'
021 ' 1'
022 ' 9'
023 '12'
024 '16'
025 'Processing canceled'
026 'Statistic'
027 'Checked messages:'
028 'Messages scheduled in queues:'
029 'Messages not scheduled in queues:'
030 'History changed'
031 'History not found'
032 'QRFC entry found. Reorganization not possible'
033 'QRFC entry not found. Reorganization possible'
034 'QRFC entry not found. Message selected for archiving'
035 'Messages:'
036 'Status:'
037 'Queue:'
038 'TID not found. (No QRFC entry)'

  • Trouble with Minimum Queue Time Hook

    Hello,
We have a custom hook named Minimum Queue Time Hook (SY520_T). It works as designed, but we have a slight issue with this cause of the setup of our routing.
    Let me explain.
We use this queue time hook so that after lacquer operation it goes to functional testing. So we need 24 hours before we can put the product to functional testing (24 hours is the time the lacquer takes to dry up.).
Our routing is like this CCO > (pre_Start checks if 24 hours have passed)FT > DONE
now. the problem arises when there is a FAIL in FT.
SO the routing is like this: CCO > FT (OPEN NC) > FT REP > FT > DONE
Now after FT REP it goes back to FT again which checks the pre_Start hook. Now this stirs things up and tells, the FT that there has not been 24 hours passed since the last operation.
So the question is. Is there a script or somekind of way to bypass the second time it checks the pre_Start hook and it ignores the min que time hook?

    Well,
I explained the routing part a bit badly. The routing is CCO > FT > ADE > DONE/SCRAP
IF it fails in FT it goes to FT REP and then again to the same FT! FT REP is only necessary when there are OPEN NC-s.
So we can't use FT2 in routing cause it's the same resource and at the same place.
Here is the picture of the routing:
    Link:[http://i.imgur.com/vrXWy.jpg]
Because the hook is designed to be in the routing, not in the resource, I can't follow your advice.
Is there any other way to bypass the pre-start check when it comes from a rerouting operation?

for example the queue holding the object GWA_ACTVCHAR at the moment says: "Table is not declared as a table or view in the ABAP Dictionary"
or the Queue for the "BUPA_MAIN" says: " funktionsmodul for object BUPA_MAIN is not unique in table

how do i setup the RFC-Destination to the Mapbox in CRM 7.0 or could it be something else

    Hi,
I have come across this language error but in different scenario :
The master data was maintained in two languages (english and japanese) when tried to run some standard report with a selection option as period i encountered the language error. Than i did run the report in decending order of the dates (reduced valid from date like from nov 10 to nov 9) on trial and error basis.
I found that b/w some period one of the material was not activated for japanese language in basic data 1 view.
    hope this is useful.

  • Middleware problem -Outbound queue is stuck in SAP R/3 system with message

    Hi Middleware gurus ,
We are stuck with a serious issue . We are trying to download Business partners from SAP R/3 4.6c system to SAP CRM 5.2 system using CRM Middleware
Previously we did a successful Initial download of 2 Business partners from SAP R/3 to CRM . Their BP numbers in CRM are 001 and 002 . The Delta load is working fine for the both the BPs which are already downloaded
Now , the real problem is when we are trying to download a new Business partner . When we set the Filter ( BP no 003 ) in MW adaptor object CUSTOMER_MAIN and start the Initial load again , we see that the Outbound queue is getting stuck with message “STOP” .
There are two queues generated in SAP R/3 system with names “MASS_CRM_CUSTOME” and “R3AD_CUSTOME” . The status for both the queues is “STOP” and when go for details it mentions “sapsuck ..SAPMSSY1 “ -Message no. SR 053.
Even we checked the txn SMW01, the Bdocs message is "Recived ( Intermediate state) " for Bdoc type BUPA_MAIN.
We really don’t as to why the Initial load worked fine with 2 BPs  and later when want to do more BP Initial Load the Outbound queue is getting stuck
Also , by unlocking the 2nd queue “R3AD_CUSTOME” we are able to release it , but the first queue “MASS_CRM_CUSTOME*” is stuck

We checked on this . Actually the RFC is used for connecting to SAP R/3 system.
We also raised an OSS message on this and found a reply that in transaction CRMM_BUPA_MAP, we can map the required BP . But the SAP support guy recived an error received the error:
An RFC link is not maintained in the Middleware
    Message no. CRM_BUPA_MAPPING051
We have set the RFC link , but still the problem continues!!!

BP and Materials are replicating well.
    My Issue is,
while checking queues in SMQ1 (Outbound Queue in ECC Side), i am getting many queues are pending also
    status as "SYSFAIL".
    QUEUE Names are R3AD_000000123,R3AD_000000139,R3AD_000000141... R3AD_*,etc..
I tried to unlock the queues and activated, afterthat also queue status is "SYSFAIL". Then i checked in CRM side

Maintain a filter in ECC go to Tcode SM30 , then go to table/view and enter CRMRFCPAR click maintain and enter
    User CRM
    Object Name SALESDOCUMENT

this will stop the flow of ecc sales documents to crm
this will also stop Bdcos in SMW01

  • More Trouble with queue permissions

In my last message I was having trouble with enqueuing to a queue using a PL/SQL wrapper around my java eneque class. I was getting this message:
    JMS-173: Queue Table BPTEST2.COMMAND_TABLE not

It turned out I did not set the correct authorization on the stored procedure. I needed to add the clause AUTHID CURRENT_USER and my problem was fixed.
Now i have attempted to take this one step further and execute the stored procedure from a trigger. Now I am back to the same error. Is there a way to set the authorization in a trigger? If not, whose authorization is the trigger running under, the definer or oracle itself?

  • Help with status of inbound/outbound queues

    Hello SDN XI experts!
I hope one of you can offer some assistance with an XI issue we have, as we currently have no XI resource on site and we're stuck in dire straits!
We have had some problems with our inbound and outbound queues in XI, and a search of the net and SDN hasn't helped yet. Basically, if I go in to transaction SMQ1 or SMQ2, I can see that there are files (or do you call them messages?) are building up in our queues with the status READY. To process these files through XI, I am going in to transaction SMQ1 and SMQ2 periodically, and activating the queue. This sets the status to RUNNING, and the files/messages are processed successfully.
What I'm after is how do I either:
    a) set the queues so that they are always in status RUNNING;
    b) schedule a job to activate the queues periodically; or
    c) is there some other thing I am missing?
Sorry if this is a bit vague, but I have no experience of XI at all. If I haven't provided enough info, please ask some questions. Anything you can do to help would be great as I'm manually doing this ten times a day and it's getting tiresome!

Thanks for all your help guys, it's much appreciated as I have ZERO experience with XI...
I have uploaded a screenshot of SMQR to the web, apologies for the quality, but I only have MS Paint on this desktop:
    http://img405.imageshack.us/img405/7202/smqrws8.jpg
Luckily, some files have started to queue up again, so I could take some more screen shots! Here is the view of SMQ2:
    http://img166.imageshack.us/img166/7086/smq2mv6.jpg
And then when I double click a queue, you see this screen with the queue in the status READY:
    http://img248.imageshack.us/img248/3935/smq22ed6.jpg
Until I go in to SMQ2, double click the queue, highlight it and press activate, the files/messages will just stay in XI. After I press the Activate button on the application toolbar in the third image, the files are processed successfully. i.e. If you go in to SXMB_MONI they have a little chequered flag next to them.
Thanks for all your time guys, points will be awarded if you can help me out!

  • Outbound Queue in ECC with CRM Destination

    Dear experts
In ECC - t-code SMQ1, outbound queues R3AD_SALESDOxxxx in destination to the CRM system are in SYSFAIL.
I think those queues are created when an ECC user changes or creates a sales document in ECC. But we don't synchronise sales documents between ECC and CRM.
What are the settings to avoid this outbound queue to be created?
    Thanks in advance,
    Regards, Stephanie

    Hello Stephanie.
Please remove the following table entry in your ECC system:
TBE31 (Application components by Publish & Subscribe interface)
    - The following entries must exist for a successful data exchange:
                     Event            00501014
                     Obj.class        BUSPROCESSND

  • I am having trouble with app updates on my iOS 5 iPhone never getting beyond the "waiting" state.

I am having trouble with app updates on my iOS 5 iPhone never getting beyond the "waiting" state. I have tried signing out/in of my account, rebooting and removing/re-installing the apps.  This started shortly after going to iOS 5 but I am not certain if that is related.  All updates that I try now are stuck in "waiting".  I also tried removing the apps and then installing via iTunes desktop sync with no improvement.  The only thing that I have not tried so far is a restore to a prior iPhone backup.  I have not been able to find anything to indciate what the updates on waiting on.  There is plenty of space on the iPhone (16gb available).  Any suggestions on what to try next?

    Hello there, Missy.
First thing I would recommend is to check your downloads queue to make sure there is not an interrupted download per the following Knowledge Base article:
iTunes: How to resume interrupted iTunes Store downloads
    http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1725
If your download was interrupted using your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
    1. From the Home screen, tap the iTunes app.
    2. For iPhone or iPod touch, tap More > Downloads. For iPad, tap Downloads.
    3. Enter your account name and password if prompted.
    4. Tap the blue download arrow to resume.
If you can't complete the download on your iOS device, you can download it in iTunes on your Mac or PC and then sync it to your iOS device. You can also transfer purchases from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to a computer.
For Apps, you can also try tapping on the application icon to resume the download, as outline in this featured discussion:
App updates won't download on my...: Apple Support Communities
    https://discussions.apple.com/thread/4111336
Try tapping the App, so that it changes to Paused instead of Waiting, then tap it again to resume the install.
Make sure you don't have any paused downloads in other apps either, like the App Store or iTunes Store.
If that doesn't do it, try resetting or restoring the iPhone.

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities.
    Cheers,

  • CRM 5.0 outbound queues to Mobile sales

    Hi all,
We have upgraded from CRM 3.0 to CRM 5.0.
I am looking at the outbound queues in SMQ1 that are bound to Mobile sales Sites and am not finding any data bundles other than the name of the Replication Object name in the LUW's of these queues.
But in CRM 3.0 I am able to see detailed data bundles for any of the queues.
Does this mean no data is actually being passed from CRM to Mobile Sales.
At this point of time  I dont have my commstation up and running to verify this. So I am curious to know how else can I check this?
    Thanks.

    Hi KP,
This is the default behaviour in 5.0...the queues are fine and you can go ahead with the sync using Conntrans.

  • Distributed queue usage with custom queue listeners in cluster

    Hi,
Can someone help in solving the issue. We have a web application which will create consumers(threads in infinite loop) for an inbound queue(name comes from DB table) and after doing certain process result will be pushed to outbound queue(name comes from DB table).
When application runs in single managed server(without clustering) every thing works fine.
If I want to deploy the same application in two managed servers (with are under same cluster) which talks to same DB how to handle above scenario
    1. Create 2 JMS servers one on each managed server(on different machines)
    2. Create queue one for each JMS server
    3. Create distributed queue and add above two queues as members of it
    4. Create connection factory and target it to cluster
After creating above instrastructure(similar infrastructure will be created for inbound and outbound queue), can I use distributed queue JNDI name to create listeners(threads) to read messages? Or do I need to create listeners for each individual member in the distributed queue?
I know that while sending message to distributed queue, I can create sender on distributed queue and weblogic automatically takes care of sending the message to appropriate member in the DQ, but how it works for distributed queue?
Also, want to know how can I access distributed queue? For example, if managed server 1 is accessed by http://10.11.134.24:7001 and managed server 2 is accessed by http://10.11.134.25:7001. which URL I need use in JNDI context provider URL to access distributed queue? can I use any URL will it make any difference?
Generally for servlets/JSPs we create proxy server to access it through cluster, instead of directly using managed server URLs. But how it works for distributed queue?
    Thanks

              Yes.
It turns out that if replicate local queue jndi name in cluster is set to false
the message did not get forward :(

  • Gerneric Datasources and Outbound Queue

    Dear Experts,
I've got some generic Datasources (Delta and Full Update) that work properly with productive BW-System.
Now I'm starting to build up an developement system (wrong order I know) and want to load data using the mentioned Datasources from time to time to get relevant data for testing.
Problem now is, that the generic delta Datasources fail accourding to doublicate keys (loading to dev-system) although in the basic tables for these datasources no doublicate keys are existing (or even are possible due to the table key).
I realized in smq1, that every time when data is transfered to productive BW-System, the counter to the queue for dev-System is incremented. When I delete all the entries in smq1 all the updates for dev-System work fine.
In one of the threads here I read, that generic Datasources do not have outbound queues. (Re: Generic Data Source issue).
So is there any way to turn of the outbound queues for specific (generic) Datasources? I do not want to turn them of in general as we use standard delta Datasources for Controlling.
Or how is the "normal" way to transfer data to a dev-System?
(One more information: productive system is 3.5; dev-system is 7.1.)
    Thank you in advance
    Kind regards
    Philip

  • No Change Document in outbound queue for customer status in table VBUP

    Hello all,
we face the following issue. A customer status (UVP04), changed by a customer program, is not written in the outbound queue (lbwq) to transfer it in the business warehouse.
I checked several Function modules (VERKBELG_WRITE_DOCUMENT, MCEX_UPDATE_CALL_11.....) without success.
    Any help would be appreciated.

Solution found: Dummy change with VA02, that generates a new record in the outbound queue.

  • Can't create a new account at ePrintCenter - trouble with the server for 2 weeks.

Hi. I'm trying to create an account at ePrintCenter and all the time getting mesage 'Возникла проблема с сервером. Проблема будет устранена в ближайшее время. Приносим извинения за неудобства.' (A trouble with the server, wait, bla bla bla). When will it be fixed?

For those who are experiencing ongoing issues with their web services, you can attempt to try the following steps that may help resolve your problems.
1.) Completely shut down your printer and restart it
2.) If you have prints that have not printed, log into ePrint Center (or create an account if you do not have one) and then look for your printer status. If printer status is green but you still have pending jobs, delete the pending jobs one at a time (Starting with the oldest first). There may be a print job stuck in the queue that further restricts other jobs from completing.
    a. If option 1 or 2 above still doesn’t work, removing web services and re-adding web services will cause the printer to reattach to the cloud.
    b. Please note that if you attempt option 3, you will get a new eprint email address (and lose your custom one with no ability to get it back) furthermore, you will need to re-add your printer back to your ePC account.
