Trying to cancel account but waiting for ages on h...

I am trying to cancel my account as I am moving in with my partner who already has BT but trying to get through to someone is impossible. When I phone up the waiting time to speak to a person is min 10 mins, time and cost I just don't have. Does anyone know when the best time to call is? Or how I go about finding out how much cancelling is going to cost me.
My plan is:
Phone: unlimited evening and weekend plan
Internet: Total Broadband option 1
TV: BT Vision Essential
I think I have one month left on my contract.
Any advice welcome!

    It sounds like a phishing email. You can't "cancel" purchases. You've now given them your AppleID and password, so you should immediately change your password to something new and very secure.
    Also watch out for suspicicious activity on your account.

    There are no active subscriptions under the Adobe ID you used to post on the forum.

    It says   at the top      under Redeem after I touched that:

  • Printer Prints fine for Admin Account, but not for "Regular" User Account.

    Printer works perfectly when signed on as Administrator, but not when we use non-admin login.  I can see the printer - it says ready, but it won't print.. although job does not sit in printer queue.
    I did a full driver install FROM the local account, using "Run as" - but it can't find the printer.  I did a Full Driver Install from the Admin account, with no change to the non- admin account.  Any help would be most appreciated.

    I understand you can print when printing form an admin account, but otherwise can not. I would be happy to help you with this.
    If you are running Norton Antivirus, go into the Control Panel and click on Printers & Faxes, then right click on the  Printer and select Properties. In the Properties, click on the Advanced tab., and  set it to  Print Direct to Printer instead of using the Print Spooler. I think there is something in Norton that prevents the Limited Users account from accessing the Print  Spooler.

  • UltraNav and TrackPoint not working for my user account - but ok for others...

    Got a strange one on my X201T.  For some reason I can't fathom, my laptop's Trackpoint, Touchpad and all their associated buttons do not work when I log into my laptop - they did before but in the last few days, they've stopped.  My external USB still works fine when connected.
    However, if, for example, I do 'ctrl-alt-del' and lock the laptop, they start working again until the moment I'm logged back in.  Also, If I log in on a Guest account, they all work fine!  This suggests it's not the hardware, I think.
    I've looked at the Control Panel / Mouse dialogue and the options under the UltraNav tab are all greyed out - but they are not on the Guest account.  Somehow, my user account on the laptop is not allowing me to use the Trackpoint, etc.
    My external USB mouse works fine in all accounts, btw.
    I'm running Windows 7 64-bit.  I've updated drivers through Lenovo update (though none seemed related to this problem).
    Any thoughts how I can fix this?

    kokoko, I had this problem last week. I solved it by removing "thinkpad ultranav driver" and "thinkpad ultranav utility," rebooting and reinstalling them. It hasn't happened again.

    It might be a non-email message...try this:
    Homescreen > Messages > BBKey > Search
    Set as follows (may vary depending on your device OS level):
    Search Type: Local
    Name In: Any Address Field
    Subject Message: <leave blank>
    Include Encrypted Messages: Yes
    Service: All Services
    Folder: All Folders
    Show: Unopened Only
    Type: All
    That should return to you all unopened messages from all message conduits. Take action on whatever you see and that should clear up the counter.

    To create a standard account you need a valid payment method like a credit card. You do not get charged for creating an Apple ID/iTunes account..
    However, if you follow these instructions you can create a new account with out a credit card.

    This shouldn’t be an issue for us to cancel the new gift card that was sent to you and reissue one to be sent to your new address, if needed. Using your email address you provided here on the forums, I was able to pull up your purchase history. It appears you called in shortly after posting to us here on the forums and may have received assistance with this already. Is this correct? Did you receive the gift card before your relocation?
