TS1382 Lost my playlists on itunes that were on another computer now I had to start from scratch with a new itunes which will not allow me to import my playlists from ipod to itunes ???
My itunes music which was on an old PC and lost it all and had to re-install new itunes but cannot upload music from my ipod back into itunes to re-create my playlists again....how can this be done?

I am trying to use photomerge compose. I open one standard jpeg image and one image that is my business logo in a png format. When I select the png image, to extract the logo from it, it appears as all white and will not allow me to select the logo from it. It has worked in the past but I downloaded the update today and photomerge will not work correctly. Any ideas?

How do you expect anyone to help when we don't know a darned thing about the file, abut your setup, exact version of Photoshop and your OS, machine specs, etc.?

ITunes will not allow me to put songs on my Ipod...
I updated my itunes and ipod and everything. I've had my ipod for a year now and have never had a problem like this. I drag my songs from my music folder onto my ipod itunes area and it says it's putting it on my ipod but when it finishes the song(s) are nowhere to be found. I have like 2500 songs on my ipod and numerous videos so it's not like I've never done this before. It only happened when I updated to the new iTunes so I figured I'd uninstall it and put back the old itunes I had which was iTunes6.0.5 and I get this error now when I try and open it:

Can anyone either please tell me how to fix that error or tell me how to fix the problem with the new iTunes because I'll re-install it if someone can help. Thanks.I installed itunes 06 and now it will not allow me to put my purchased songs on my ipod. I get the notice that my computer is not authorized. Yet, each time I try to authorize it, I receive the notice that authorization was successful and there is only one computer authorized. I never had this problem before I installed itunes '06. Can anyone help? It sounds like the same problem the person before me had.

I have an ipod touch and have had it for about six months. I have not had any trouble with it but now it will not let me sync- I have downloaded cds to itunes but when I sync my ipod it does not put the cds on my ipod. I have downloaded new versions of itunes and synced multiple times but it still will not let me put them on my ipod. Any ideas on how to help with my problem?

I have tried rebooting it. nothing seems to help. it always ends up with the same screen a picture prompting me to hook up via usb to itunes.Then without fail i get an error message. itunes connpt connect to the ipod touch because it is locked with a passcode. you need to enter the passcode on the ipod touch first. unfortunately the touch will not show any other screen but the connect to itunes.
Connect the iPod touch to your iTunes library in Recovery Mode and restore it to factory setting. See this article for instructions on getting your device into Recovery Mode.

My system is, OS Yosmite. iMac 21.5. 2.7 GHz. intel core 15. 4GB 1333 MHz.
It is showing that I have one update; I click on update and I get the ID/password drop down. that is showing my wrong ID. I have logged into apple without problems but the app store will not recognise my new Apple ID and password. I am unable to change it in the dropdown.
I have had this problem since I updated to Yosmite??
Is there something I can do to rectify this problem. I have changed my ID and password but still nothing happens.

3. Change your Apple ID temporarily
If signing out and back in to iMessage or FaceTime didn't work, try these steps:
1. Change your Apple ID to the Apple ID you used previously. You shouldn't need to verify the email address.
2. Tap Settings > iCloud and try to sign out.
3. Change your Apple ID to the new email address that you want to use. You'll need to verify the email address.
4. Tap Settings > iCloud and sign in with the new Apple ID.

I deleted random bands and certain songs that I no longer wish to have on my iTunes or my iPod. So, they're all off of my iTunes, but still on my iPod. How do I delete only the items on my iPod that are no longer on my iTunes? Is there a way to sync them so ONLY what is on my iTunes appears on my iPod?
If you are synching all music that you have in iTunes on your computer then, when you next sync, any music not in iTunes but on the iPod should be removed.

i am trying to delete songs from my ipod 160 GB, and i do not have the ability to. I've tried delete key, right clicking, and edit. when i go to edit, delete option is there but grey'd out...please help i'd like to switch up my music. i also tried rebooting the computer, and also reinstalled itunes.
To delete a track from your phone (you are in the 'on my device' music section ?) then just select/highlight the track and press the delete button on your keyboard.

Ever since I enabled I-phone Radio, the icons turned red & whenever I choose any of my purchased songs, an error pop-up appaers telling me my song does not have radio station creation options. Indeed, now I do not even see meny options for browsing or choosing ANY of my created playlists anymore & I cannot find a method to turn off/disable the RADIO MODE...HELP ANYONE...
What iPhone do you have? You can check in settings>>general>> about.
If you have a 3G you cannot update beyond iOS 4.2.1. The 3G is over 4 years old an was discontinued over 2 1/2 years ago. You need the latest ios to run the latest versions of some apps. If you have a 3GS you can update.
If your phone is not responding, reset it by pressing and holding down both the home button ad lock/ sleep button simultaneously until the Apple logo appears. -
Okay my Apple TV is now asking me to go,to iTunes on my computer and verify my payment information. I only ever redeem iTunes cards and currently have a credit of dollars 26. I want to purchase but cannot because of this. In addition it is taking forever to access the iTunes Store and more often than not I get a message iTunes Store currently not available. I bought a song from the iTunes store, and it will not allow me to move it to my iPod because it says I "am not authorized to play it on this computer." But I know I bought it because the cost of the song was deducted from my gift card money.
Can anyone help me with this? I am not pleased.Have you gone to the iTunes Store menu > Authorize Computer and enter your Apple ID and password when prompted?
Then try synching the song to your iPod again. -

Jusat the other day i started getting prompted for Security Information required when trying to download apps. on my Ipodtouvh 4Gen. Typically when I download an app. I get asked for my apple ID and then it will allow the download. This new prompt pops up after it looks like the app is downloading. It gives me the option to cancel which will not allow the download or I have to select Security information. It then brings me to a screen where it asked for three questions but as I put the questions and answers in it bumps me back to the screen of the app I was trying to doenload. Any clues???
this has recently been happening to other people. We think that it is a fault at apples end of the line. However in the cases i have seen the problem fixes itself and it goes back to normal after a day or 2 you just have to wait!
