I buy it yesterday but cannt download it, I try to reinstall many time! Cannt download !

Unfortunately, I need to connect both devices (Extreme and Timecapsule) via wireless. The ADSL router is not conveniently located to allow me to cable them directly. They are both being used to drive a bank of non networkable printers and external harddrives via the USB ports on each.
My frustration with myself is I had it setup, but failed to record for future, the trick in how to unhide the "join network option". I then had a failed firmware update from Apple and then needed to reset the routers and bang the settings were gone.
The Security setting is not an issue I know those I am using WPA2 personal.
I would be grateful for the wireless setup if you have it handy...

You cannot buy an app yourself and then give the file to someone else. The download is tied to your iTunes Store account and cannot be authorized and used by anyone who does not have your account information. You need to use the Gift This App option that will appear when you click the arrow to the right of the app's price:
You'll be asked the name of the recipient and given the option to either have the redemption code emailed to them or for you to print out a gift certificate with the code. The recipient then redeems the code though their own iTunes Store account to download the app.

Thanks Kurt! I had tried all that and had tried closing both programmes from the application monitor, but SyncServices Agent refused to close. I tried closing Launchd which is their mother application, but that just caused the screen go go blank. In the end the two programmes let themselves be closed next time I tried the installation process so all was well. Thanks for your help!

Are you using a Mini DisplayPort or a Mini-DVI adapter on your MacBook? What input are you using on the TV, VGA, DVI, Composite, Component or HDMI?
Also it would help to know which one of the 21 different models of MacBook you have. To see which model you have go to the Apple in the upper left corner and select About This Mac, then click on More Info. When System Profiler comes up check the Model Identifier.
And the make and model of your TV.

Expanding on what deggie said, with an iPad 1 the app you're using must support video out. Only the iPad 2 can mirror the screen. The apps included with the iPad that output to external monitors are given here:

First, to prevent this from happening again, turn off "In App purchases" in the Restrictions settings on your iPod. You may also want to turn off the ability to install apps, to prevent purchases in case the child gets hold of your iTunes Store account information, and set the password to be required immediately. As to a refund, that's not automatic since the terms of sale for the iTunes Store state that all sales are final. You can contact the iTunes Store, explain the reason for your request, and ask, though:

They're usually pretty lenient in the case of inadvertent purchases by children. No guarantees, though, just as if your child was in a store and ate a bunch of food (in other words, something that can't just be returned).
