What does this mean? Has anyone seen before?

Most e-mail servers impose limits on how many messages you can send per day and how many different e-mail addresses you can send messages to per day. This is a measure to prevent spam, and you're unlikely to hit those limits unless you're sending messages to a very large group of people. Generally, those limits are somewhere in the hundreds.
If you haven't been sending that much e-mail, or to that many recipients, then your e-mail account may have been hacked and used to send spam. See:

If [email protected] account does not show, go to settings > mail > icloud account > add "[email protected]" And, until this issue is resolved, set mail to send from [email protected]

Try reentering the password in your iCloud mail settings.

Possibly. Do you have other devices and will they connect?
One possible thing that it could be is that the USB port on your iPad has gone bad. It happened to mine. Couldn't sync, could barely charge (it said 'not charging' even when plugged into the wall)
I'd take it to the apple store, see if they can replicate it, and if they can, then they can diagnose it. Just back it up before you go, in case they do exchange it.

I have an issue where the calendar server on my 10.8.4 machine all of a sudden got hung. I get a message that says "Operation: CalDavAccountRefreshQueueableOperation". It is currently stuck in a "STARTING" status. Has anyone seen this before?

I have tried repairing permissions. I have tried stopping the service both from the Server app and terminal. I have searched and searched online and can't figure this out. Any assistance is greatly appreciated!

Hi there,
You're running an old version of Safari. Before troubleshooting, try updating it to the latest version: 6.0. You can do this by clicking the Apple logo in the top left, then clicking Software update.
You can also update to the latest version of OS X, 10.8 Mountain Lion, from the Mac App Store for $19.99, which will automatically install Safari 6 as well, but this isn't essential, only reccomended.

Samsung S5 camera images have vertical bars/gradient in them. Has anyone seen this before?

Low light conditions produce vertical bars in the image, see attached.
I downloaded another camera app and it too produces these bars.
It would seem that there is a hardware issue with the sensor.
In outdoor images these are not noticeable but I believe they are still there since as the light increases they get lighter. At some point the gradient simply blends together when there is enough light.
This is my second phone in less than 10 days, it seems getting a fully functional S5 is difficult.

Having a camera on your smartphone that doesn't work is understandably frustrating but we will work to get this issue resolved for you. Are you having the same issue with the front facing camera? I can't send any more e-mails from my iphone 4S anymore. The message I get reads: A copy has been placed in your outbox. Sending failed because you exceeded your sending limit. My contract offers unlimited data so that can't be the problem. The problem occurred after I tried to send a photo with an address change notification to about 50 addressees from my addressbook. I have deleted that mail from my outbox but can still not send any mails.

Since you have deleted the message and are still experiencing issues sending email, I would check out the following article and follow the troubleshooting steps within (which I pasted below):

If you are unable to send or receive email, try the following steps:
Restart the iOS device.
Tap Safari and attempt to load a webpage to ensure that the device has Internet access. If you're unable to load a webpage, try the Wi-Fi assistant.
Try an alternative Internet connection.
If your email is provided by your Internet provider, try connecting from the home network.
If your iOS device has an active cellular data plan, try to disable Wi-Fi: Tap Settings > Wi-Fi and turn off Wi-Fi.
If not, try a different Wi-Fi network.
Log in to your email provider's website to ensure that the account is active and the password is correct.
Delete the account from Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars and then add the email account again on the iOS device.

You need to free up space on your boot drive.

Make sure you are signed in with your Apple ID. Try reindexing Spotlight.

I'm getting a pop up box saying "Sorry, an error has occured. You have exceeded your storage quota".

I'm getting a pop up box saying "Sorry, an error has occured. You have exceeded your storage quota" but I'm only at 2GB out of 20GB. Everytime I try to upload more photos I get this pop up. I'm not uploading any big files. I can't even upload 1 file under 1GB. Is there something I can do to fix this issue or is it a Creative Cloud technical issue.

Please clear you cache and cookies in Chrome via chrome://settings/
Restart Chrome and sign in again. You should be able to upload now.
If this does not work reply here again or email me at [email protected] We will get the issue resolved.

Have you shared your AppleID with anyone - family member or spouse? Any given AppleID can only be associated with 10 devices at a time (five of which can be computers). Once you reach that limit, the 90 day timeout applies before that AppleID can be associated with another, new, device.

All you can do is wait the 90 days, sorry but I know of no way around that. If you think the message indicates an error though, then use the Express Lane web support pages to send a note to the AppleID support folks.

It's a really bad idea to post your iPhone's serial number and I've asked the Hosts to remove it.
Any one device can create only three iCloud accounts. As you have apparently already created three accounts (or if it's a used phone the previous owner did) you cannot create any more one it. This is tied to the hardware, not the account, and there is no way round it.
You can create a new iCloud account on another iOS device or on a Mac, and then you will be able to sign into that on your iPhone.
