Open the Applications tray, tap MyAccounts.
Tap Add Account
Tap Email Accouns
Select an email account to add
Enter the username and password. Some of the more popular email accounts will be able to set up automatically.If you are unsuccessful with setting up your account automatically, touch Other from the email accounts screen and deselect automatically configure account by removing the checkmark. Use the chart listed below for the more popular email settings.
Tap Next.
Tap Incoming Server.
Enter the appropriate information.
Tap Outgoing Server.
Enter the appropriate information.
Tap Ok.
Tap OK.
During the connection, you may be asked to complete a manual set-up if your email provider is not recognized, your email address/password is incorrect, or if your email provider has restrictions on mobile email set-up. Please check with your email provider to obtain any of that detail. You will need your password, login name, POP3 or IMAP port, and server settings to complete a Manual set-up. If you have this information ready, proceed to next section regarding Manual setup. We have listed a chart of manual settings for some POP3/IMAP email providers at the bottom of this FAQ.

To delete either your Personal or Exchange email account, follow these steps:
From the home screen, tap Apps

Touch the email account you wish to remove
Once you are in the account Take you finger an gently roll the page up to were you can See REMOVE ACCOUNT

Can't SEND email from Telus account in Alberta, Canada, unless I go to web mail. Does anyone know how to set up the Outgoing server? Incoming is fine. Outgoing used to work. Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
Or this - Delete the account in Mail and then set it up again. Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Accounts Tap on the Account, then on the red button that says Remove Account.

I am unable to change my iCloud email address on my iphone. It is changed and verified in my account and when I log in to Cloud on my PC its fine. However when I go through the settings on my iphone (3GS) it still coming up with my now inactive old email address.

Make sure you don't delete any info when you see those prompts.

Unable to update payment information to complete iCloud storage renewal, tried over 4 times and different cards
I had the same issue, Sent Email offering £7.99 for 25 GB. Then sent me an Email at 2.52AM saying I needed to update my payment method although they had just refunded to it. Then 7 hours later, I had tried to before work at 7AM and thought, "as it won't let me do that on my iphone, I'll do it at lunch." Sadly at 9:56 am UK time, They reduced my storage.
Having Wasted an hour on the phone tonight, they first tried to explain that £7.99 is More than £0.79 times 12. Doh!
That was followed with lots of being on hold and then being told "We can't go back, We Can't make a refund. We agree it was short notice and that we didn't do it well, there are lots of issues about this and also that we never offered you that (till the saw the email)" So no better off and now having to pay more for same service. That's pretty poor service all around. I have to upgrade as All my files, Backups and Emails are inoperative Till I do so.
That's pretty bad for a company of this size, Guess they need some more bad press at the moment. -

If you follow the steps very carefully and do as each says, this will solve your problem.. Now i am very happy i can actually install iTunes and use it for my iPod.
Remember to be carefully with the steps as the things you will be deleting are very important to your comp.

I've downloaded and installed the trial version of Indesign cs5.5 on a mac mini lion server just 2 weeks back.. Tried using the same nstaller on another mac mini with lion server and I got this error

I assumed that maybe I have to download the complete DMG on the machine I have to install on and so I downloaded it again but I still get the same error on installation..

Can someone help me. I am using an iPad mini with iOS 7.0.4 with wifi connection. Have had no problems until recently when I was unable to update apps and then noticed that some apps would open but no data would be available in apps like intelicast and Pinterest. I have restored the iPad and now I am unable to download any of my previously purchased apps.
1. Make sure iPad is using the latest software
2. Settings>General>Date and Time>Set Automatically>On
3. Make sure Time Zone is correct
4. Reset iPad. Hold the Sleep and Home button down until you see the Apple Logo. -
ICloud: reminders in iCal all over the place, unable to sort
Since I have switched my .me account to iCloud I have been unable to auto sort reminders in iCal on my Mac by date as I used to be able to before the switch.
Before I had the option to sort by date when I clicked on the small triangle on the right side of "reminders". Now there are only all different icloud reminder categories shown.
Surprisingly, when Im using safari and login to ical in icloud reminders are sorted by date as I want it.
Any of you experiencing the same problem or knowing how to solve this issue?
Thanks a lot!I just talked to Apple Express service over this same problem. I went to the trouble of transferring my to-do list onto icloud Reminders - where each item can be given a priority ranking and where you are then given options for how to sort the list of Reminders you entered. I chose "by priority" of course, but you can also choose alphabetically, etc. However, of course, the point of doing all this is so that the Reminders are available on your actual device - my iphone. I then found that the Reminders list was an unsorted jumble on my iphone. Even when I tap out a Reminder on my iphone itself and choose a priority, the item remains at the bottom of the list as the last thing I typed in. Apple Express Support "explains" that the priority ranking and the sorting choices are "not supported". They offered me "an article" that explains this in detail. In other words, engaging with the Reminder function and choosing priorities and choosing sort orders is all just a cruel joke wasting your time. I would have been better off just printing off my Reminders list on paper and circling the high priority items in red ink. Oh - but you can't print it out either.

The steps in the Action do not seem to be generalized commands that I can apply to any folder of .ai files.I'd recommend to exactly describe what you're doing. How did you set up your action? Which settings did you choose in the Batch Process dialog? What exactly went wrong? What did you expect instead?

Ok so what have you done with iSync in Maverick?
I have a Blackberry Curve 9320 and until I "upgraded" to maverick I was able to sync my calendar and contacts using Blackberry desktop. Now I see the error sync service disabled. Looking on your help there doesn't seem to be anything that tells me how to enable sync ..
However, hunting around I can find sync services but am unable to do anything with them - i.e. no preferences, etc.
