TS3899 When I try to send an email on iPad, it goes to outbox and stays there? I get a message that I have exceeded my output limit. I don't think this is accurate because I don't send that many messages. Maybe 30 a day. Please advise. Thanks
Question? When I try to send out email on my ad address, it goes to the outbox and stays there. The message is something like, you have exceeded your limit on messages so your message will be stored in the outbox. I don't send more than 30 emails a day, and i use two other email addresses. What can I do?
Change the password on that e-mail account. It's possible that your account has been hacked/spoofed and spammers have used it to blast out junk, leaving you to 'pay the price'. If it's one where you can contact the company, contact them and ask them what's going on. (if this is g-mail, yahoo, hotmail, don't bother, there's no way to contact any sort of support)

I rebooted like you said and the email was sent with the attachment and I recieved it on at my other email address.
I then went back to my Photos and selected another Pic and emailed it out and it seams to work again.
Do we need to reboot the Ipad ocassionally?

My computer got really slow after updating to latest version of Firefox. I checked all processes and I was testing the system. THe CPU usage goes between 2 and 70 percent staying around 25% on average, when I check my e-mail. As soon as I click on Google taskbar (without even typing in anything) the CPU usage jumps to 100% and STAYS at 100 %, and computer extremely slow.

I'm trying to access my email and it tells me it cannot access the server
Lots of possibilities:
The server is down (likely if it has worked up until now)
You did not enter the server name correctly in setting it up
You misspelled your login name
The passcode you entered is incorrect
The port you entered is not supported by the server
The server requires SSL and you did not enable it
The server does not support SSL and you DID enable it
The network you are using is blocking access to email servers -
When adding an email address to my address book often it will stay in the address book until I close Thunderbird then it disappears and it won't pop up as a valid address when I am composing a note.
This usually means that the address book data file is corrupt.
I'd suggest you export your misbehaving address book to an LDIF file, delete the original address book then re-import its data from the LDIF file.
Note that you won't be allowed to delete either ''Personal Address Book'' (PAB) nor ''Collected Addresses'' (CA) within Thunderbird. You'll have to close Thunderbird, open its profile and delete:
''abook.mab'' for PAB, or
''history.mab'' for CA.
When you next run Thunderbird, it'll create a new empty address book to replace the one you deleted. Import your address to a new temporary address book, then move the Contacts (drag-and-drop) into the preferred address book. -
I want to uninstall Acrobat reader. I got support in the community to access my HD and to send to trash the internet plugs in for PDF viewer, but when I try to download a PDF from internet a black screen appears and preview doesn't open

Triple-click the line of text below to select it, the copy the selected text to the Clipboard (command-C):

In the Finder, select
Go ▹ Go to Folder
from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-G. Paste into the text box that opens (command-V), then press return.
From the folder that opens, remove any items that have the letters “PDF” in the name. You may be prompted for your login password. Then quit and relaunch Safari, and test.
The "Silverlight" web plugin distributed by Microsoft can also interfere with PDF display in Safari, so you may need to remove it as well, if it's present.
If you still have the issue, repeat with this line:
~/Library/Internet Plug-ins
If you don’t like the results of this procedure, restore the items from the backup you made before you started. Relaunch Safari again. -
I keep getting an error pop-up when I try to access my email. The pop-up says Cannot Get Mail The connection to the server failed. I get this pop-up on both my iPhone 5 and my iPad. I can still access my email, but the pop-up is real annoying. Can someone please help me with this? -Stu

It sounds like you're seeing an alert message when opening Mail on your iOS devices. Do you have multiple email accounts setup on the devices? Take a look at the article below, it provides suggestions that will resolve most issues that cause an alert like that to appear in when starting the Mail app.

My ipad2 freezes when i try to delete a email that has a 78mb pdf file attatched. Is there any other way to delete this file other than the email program?
If it's not MobileMe, use Safari to access the server directly and delet from there. If it is MobileMe, do the same thing but from your computer as the iPad Safari won't connect to MobileMe mail.

When I try to access my email I can see mail the preview page but when I click to go to inbox it bounces back out to my password again. I re-enter password and it does the same again. I've found only way to access is if I clear cookies and history first which obviously I would rather not have to do everytime. Anyone got any answers for this one please.Hello,

BEfore you try to Restore it, try a simple Reset.
Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears (ignore the Slide to Power Off option that shows up first). -
Firefox freezes when I try to open my emails and use the internet, what can I do?
Use Mozilla Firefox to see my emails and use the internet from about one week when I try to see my emails or use the internet it takes me to another wed site or gets freezes I am worry about because I don't know what's going up. This is the first time it happening to me. It says Firefox can not work properly it will close and I can lose some information, or click to star a new session but it never starts again it got freeze and I have to shut down the computer.
Use internet explorer as your default until this issue is resolved. Under Firefox, hotmail live will not load my email folders. No problem using internet explorer.
