You can eirther I think go on ITunes or if you can get to settings you would just go to iCloud.

Your phone is disabled for some reason. Maybe you entered the wrong Passcode too many times. In any case you need to do just as the phone is instructing you to do. Start the latest version of atones on your computer and connect your phone. iTunes should guide you through the process of getting your phone working again. if the device I connected have caused this, shouldn't the macbook itself have some type of protection that should prevent this from happening.
because when I took it to an apple certified maintenance shop, the guy said that now it could only run while connected to the power. it won't run on batteries. and that I have to change the motherboard.
can I just replace the damaged part only, would apple consider this as a design issue and they could pay for it, or should I just buy a new motherboard for 800$.

The problem is in finding a tech shop that will/can do board level repairs on Macs. They are few. And I certainly wouldn't spend $800 on a new logic board - I would replace the computer if I had to pay that much!
You could call around to a few repair shops and see if they feel competent to isolate the problem and do a board level repair - but I'm afraid, in the end, that your search will be futile.

Stuck with a message on the touch screen - checking device

This is an officejet 8500 wireless - the computer OS is Vista 64
The touch screen on the printer is stuck with a message that says "checking device" I cannot cancel or stop unless I unplug the printer. This occured after a paper jam.

First, make sure there are no little pieces of paper left in the printer. This document can help you check it out:

If you still get the message on the screen, pull the power cord out while the printer is turned on. Wait 15 mseconds. Hold down the # and 6 keys on the front while you plug the power cord back in. This should reset the printer and, with luck, will clear the message.

That image means that it's gone into recovery mode - you will need to connect the iPad to your computer's iTunes (you will need the current version of iTunes installed on your computer)and you should be able to use that to reset your iPad back to factory defaults, you can then restore/resync your content to it.

My Safari Screen seems stuck with a tint to the screen

I tried to copy a photo and in caused my Safari screen to be stuck in one position so I can't use it. Additionally, the screen has a tint to in under the title bar and I can't get to the 3 windows behind it the window with the numbers in it.

If has a pop-up window open, if you are unable to close it then just double click your home button when the multi-task window opens hold your finder on the Safari app and when red minus sign appears touch it to close the app, then go into your settings, Safari, then click on the clear history, restart your iPad then open Safari.

My ipod was working fine and then within an hour or so it froze and turned to a blank white and hasn't gone away since. Please help me solve this problem.

Let the batttey fully drain. After charging for an hour try a reset:
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
The try a restore if necessary.
