I need to use my phone and wish I did not update my phone I have not been able to use it all day How can I reset it so I can use it again It says to sign in with apple id that was used to set up this i phone. I have tried every passcode and ID that I have ever used

Are you sure it's your ID? Activation lock will require the ID and password that was originally used to activate the phone in order to reactivate. If the phone had a previous owner, it's their ID and password that is required, not yours.

It appears the 15" 2.2 ghz isn't worth spending $400 more for, but you get the 1GB Radeon 6750M that has four times the VRAM than the 15" 2.0Ghz model and about 167% more performance. High settings on all current games with over 50 fps.
If your not into 3D gaming or just light weight, then the 2.0 Ghz (last years performance) will suffice on low-medium settings at about 30 fps.
The 13" is rather poor as it has integrated graphics. 30 fps on only some games.
The high res screen is a excellent choice and the anti-glare is great for viewing just about anywhere.
No messy films to replace at $30-$40 a pop.
A lot of people bring the glossy screens back once they hear about the anti-glare.

In my opinion the extra $400 for another 2-3 years of use out of the computer is worth it.
Quad cores are more than enough for most uses for most people for many years, it's just a slow card is going to make the machine feel slow in rendering graphics in the future.

If you have an iPad 1, the max iOS is 5.1.1. For newer iPads, the current iOS is 6.0.1. The Settings>General>Software Update only appears if you have iOS 5.0 or higher currently installed.

Is anyone having problems with iCloud not properly working on their MAC?

it seems like iCloud works great between my iPhone 4S and my MACBOOK, particularly with Mail, they seem to sync perfectly however, the same does not happen with my iMac! With iCloud are all your systems suppose to sync the same? if so what should I be doing to make sure I'm using iCloud properly?

Are you guys by anychance on Optimum Online? My family is having the same issue; they are able to access all services on their 3G devices, and I can access their accounts from my home, which is not on Optimum -- only having this issue through Optimum's cable internet.

I can't sign into Apps Store after changing my apple ID

i just changed my Apple ID and now I can't access my Apple Store or Update my Apps on my IPhone. I tried logging into my Apple Account in the Settings menu. The account verification shows my proper ID, but when I put in the password, it doesn't recognize the Password, just clears the screen then asks me for my password again. Please help.

The Mavericks on the Air is probably machine specific since it came pre-installed, so it wouldn't work on your computer. See if your friend will let you access the App Store, where you can sign in using your Apple ID and download the installer. You can use this free program to copy the installer and update your computer.

I Have been trying to sign into both iMessage and FaceTime on all my apple devices. And it won't sign into either one of them. I know the password is correct because I am able to use iTunes and iCloud.
but its only with my Apple ID. I signed into FaceTime with my friends account and it worked perfectly fine.

I can't get into iTunes Store at all, iTunes no longer sends me new music Tuesday updates. What's up with all that?

I can't get into iTunes music store at all. It's just a blank page that says the music store may be busy, check my internet connection. Also I no longer receive information from iTunes on new releases Tuesdays. It's like they're mad and don't want to talk to me anymore.

Need help! Can not print a Pages item???

I am completely new to mac. I have just switched from windows and have been experimenting with pages am only used to publisher. I have created a poster in Pages using a template and it will not print, it spools. I have looked at everything imaginable trying to figure out what the problem is and am getting absolutely no where. We tried emailing it as a pdf so that we could maybe print it out from another workstation using windows. It attached put failed to send from both yahoo and gmail.
I have been considering purchasing IWork, but don't know after all this hassle.
If anyone out there can advise, please do. I am becoming a v. frustrated new mac user.

2. How big is the PDF file?
3. What printer do you have?
4. What did "fail to send" look like? An error message? A time out when you press the "send" button or the "attach file" button?
I would probably put the PDF on a memory stick or an SD Card from my camera and transfer it to the other machine, but it is strange that it does not print from the Mac.

Help I can't sign into wifi !!

You first go into your device and if the network is showing click it and select "forget network"
Turn off the iPhone completely, keep it off. Now
Go over to your broadband modem and unplug it.
Go over to your wireless router, unplug it.
Wait a few minutes. Then turn the broadband modem back on and make sure its all cycled back up.
Then do the same for your wireless router. Make sure its fully cycled on and stable.
Now turn on your iPhone/iPad and wait for it to fully load up.
Click on WiFi and see if the device finds your network.
Click on your ssid and enter your password.
You should now be connected and hopefully will stay that way

Need help guys...after installing iTunes 10.4 to my iMac i3 (10.6.8), i can't sign into it but i have no problem to sign into iTunes 10.3 version and below

Close your iTunes,
Go to command Prompt -
(Win 7/Vista) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES, right mouse click "Command Prompt", choose "Run as Administrator".
(Win XP SP2 & above) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES/Command Prompt
In the "Command Prompt" screen, type in
netsh winsock reset
Hit "ENTER" key
Restart your computer.
If you do get a prompt after restart windows to remap LSP, just click NO.
Now launch your iTunes, sign-in and see if it is working now.
If you are still having these type of problems after trying the winsock reset, refer to this article to identify which software in your system is inserting LSP:
