Turn Off Web View FireBug?

Question

I've been experimenting with the WebView control but for the life of me I can't figure out how to turn off the row of FireBug-like controls that seem to be autogenerated at the bottom of each page. These buttons might be useful to a developer trying to debug a web page, but they have no use to anyone else.

Please post a short, executable sample which displays a webview with the buttons from the image.
For instance I cannot reproduce these buttons with the following code sample:
