Two different  base prices in pricing procedure .

Dear all  ,
We have scenario in that we want to post the base price into two different component of  35% and 65 % to different GL .
So i created one base price condition for 100% value ( ZBAS)
which is statistical .
Then two conditions for 35 % ( ZO35 ) and 65 % (ZO65 )
however in pricing procedure only one condition is getting active at time .
Can u suggest any solution to map this scenario .
Thanks & rgds

Hi,
Make condition categore as Price for one condition type and discount for other one.
while selection discount condition make Positive/Negative field as blank.
It will definetly work.
Reward if it helpful.

  • How to display modified condition base value in Pricing Procedure?

    Hi everyone:
I used a formula to change the condition base value (via the VOFM transaction) of various price conditions that are assigned to the same material. In this way, I can distribute the total quantity of the item line in smaller quantities for each price condition.
Now the problem is that in the conditions tab of the sales order, I can not see the Condition Base Value of each Price Condition, and that's a little confusing.
Did Anyone know's a way to show the modified Condition Base Value in the Pricing Procedure of the Condition Tab?
    Thanks a lot,
    Ginno Giuffra

    Thanks JJ:
Yes,  I can found the modified base value in the condition details, but I still need to show it in the Pricing Procedure scheme.
It is curious that the table options does not allow you to add that field to the escheme.
Does anyone knows a user exit wich can modifye the table?
    Thanks again,
    Ginno Giuffra

  • Condition Type JSRT not picking Condition Base Value in Pricing Procedure

    Hi Friends,
In a procedure System is not picking condition base value for condition type JSRT. I have checked the tax procedure and found alternative Cal Type is 17 and is working fine for Domestic vendors.
Friends i need your help in sorting out this issue. Pls suggest what I can check in order to sort out this issue.
    Rgds, Krishan Raheja

    Hello!
In TAXINN the base value for the condition JSRT is picked up from step 100.
I suggest that you change the "From" value to 100 instead of whatever you may be using
Then test the transaction once again. This will not affect your normal service tax calculation either. So please make this change & try using S1 for planned delivery cost.
    Hope this helps !
    Cheers!

  • Different Tax base in pricing procedure for a single sales order for different line item material.

    Hi,
I have a scenario wherein in a sales order, for two different material, the tax base of pricing should get triggered on the basis of sold to party and the material entered at line item level.
Logic triggers on the basis of Region of Customer & a unique field in the Material Master but problem comes in the calculation of Tax base as the sequence of condition type (from – to)  is already defined in the pricing procedure to pick from a particular step but in second line item the base is different i.e. the sequence of condition types that are maintained in pricing procedure should be different for Tax to calculate differently.
Kindly suggest if the same can be handled in a single pricing procedure and dynamically taking care of condition type sequence through Alt Cal Base Formula, so far I’ve tried both Alt Cal Formula & Base but it is not working
Client doesn’t want to go ahead by creating two different orders (through separate Pricing Procedure) for that. They want to have both materials in same order.
Kindly suggest a suitable way to handle this scenario.
    Regards,
    Aashika Agarwal

    Hi,
Click on the ''check availability'' button at item overview and then click on ''One-time delivery'' on the top. This will ensure that you will have only one delivery for whatever quantity is confirmed on that date.
If you want to apply this rule for all orders across a sales area, then you can do the below configuration step :
SPRO->sales and distribution->basic functions->availability check with ATP logic->Define default settings-> Here in avail. checking rule select A (one time delivery). This will ensure that all orders created for a particular sales area will have only one delivery.
    Hope this helps.

  • Can I assign more than one Pricing procedures to the one vendor.

    Hi Gurus,
Can I assign more than one Pricing procedures to the one vendor.
If possible, where it can assign &give the procedure.
    My client requirement is :
Vendor supply the goods from two different countries. So, pricing procedure is different because taxes are differ in two countries and currency also differs.
If goods are supplying from country u2018Au2019 ,automatically pricing procedure for that country  was trigger. How the system know , which pricing schema is required.
    Give me solution

    Hi,
Extend your vendor to new purchase organisation.  Assaign new pricing procedure to this Purchase organisation.
Use different Purchase organisation while creating POs for the same vendor  procuring from different countries.

  • Inclusion of two condition types in pricing procedure

    Dear Sir,
There is a import pricing procedure ZIMPRT in SAP system. The client wants to include two condition types
    ZPOR= Port handling charges
    ZFCP+CLEARING AND FORWARDING CHARGES.
iIs it possible to do so.I?
What are the factors I need to consider for iincorporating two condition types in Import Pricing Procedure
    Regards
    Manash Das

    Hi,
Yes you can do it & as needed you can includes two condition types {ZPOR (Port handling charges) and ZFCP (CLEARING AND FORWARDING CHARGES)} in import pricing procedure ZIMPRT. As already have condition types in import pricing procedure ZIMPRT, you need to take care following:
1.u201CStepu201D for both condition types ZPOR & ZFCP (position of the both condition types) in which sequence and exactly where both of the conditions with in a import procedure
2.u201CFromu201D: Which is base to the both condition types ZPOR & ZFCP for calculating further value.
3.u201CFrom & Tou201D: What are the ranges between the steps from and to can be used to specify the range between both condition types.
4.Both condition types ZPOR & ZFCP are preferred for manual entry or automatic.
5.Both values of condition types ZPOR & ZFCP are needed to be given deletion option, if needed.
6.Both condition types ZPOR & ZFCP needed accounting key & accrual key or not which further needed to be captured all related respective cost to separate G/L account( where accrual key assigned  to G/L account in OBYC t.code)

  • Different pricing procedure between CRM and ERP

    Hello,
we`re using a CRM system which is connected to a ERP system. As not all pricing conditions from ERP are needed in CRM (an in addition the ERP pricing procedure is very complex), we would like to use a different (with less conditions) pricing procedure ind CRM.
But now, when we transfer an order from CRM to ERP, the pricing procedure from ERP gets downloaded into the order in CRM and the prices are lost. Therefore I have 2 questions:
    1. Is it not possible to have a different pricing procedure in CRM than in ERP?
    2. Is it possible to stop transferring the pricing procedure from ERP back to CRM when transferring orders?
Thank you in acvance for your help
    Jan

    Hi, Jan.
    1. Is it not possible to have a different pricing procedure in CRM than in ERP?
Yes. You can use different  pricing procedure for you business documents.
We use this for quotation management with inergation CRM-ERP.
But, You must use same Condition Types and other objects.
    Denis.

  • Rebate Settlement and Pricing Procedures

    Hello,
I need to define two different rebate basis in the pricing procedure for two different rebate agreements, and both of them can occur simultaneously in the price conditions of the sale document. As the two rebate basis are gathered in the KOMP-BONBA subtotal, the sales volume of each rebate agreement is the sum the two rebate basis, not the corresponding one. There is any way to have two different rebate basis and recover each of them in the corresponding rebate agreement?
    Than you very much
    Best regards
    Silvia

    Hi Silvia,
Have you tried using different sub totals field for Rebate?
You may use any of the available sub total fields KZWI1-KZWI6.
In the pricing procedure, specify the different subtotal field in the condition subtotal column.
    Try if this helps you..

  • 3 base prices, none required

My client has 3 different base prices (copy of PR00) and one is used for each division.
They have one pricing procedure and one order type.
They manually enter a base price depending on the division by selecting the correct pricing condition type.  Sometimes users forget to enter one of the 3 base prices causing invoices to go out with only discounts and surcharges, no base.
Since all 3 base prices are on the pricing procedure and they manually enter the valid base price on the order, how can you make one mandatory?
I don't think you can use condition exclusion for this since there are no pricing master records set up, it's all manual entry.
    Thanks in advance.
    Pam

    Dear Pam,
You want to ensure that your users have to maintain one base price as per the division before saving the sales order and moving to delivery.
I feel this could be done through the standard system itself. I tried working on your scenario and here are the results:
    1. Pricing Procedure snapshot:
In the pricing procedure, I have maintained 3 base price condition types (copy of PR00) and checked them for manual entry. Then at step 40 - Gross Value, assign a subtotal 1. This could be the base for calculating your discounts also. The Gross value would pick up the manual price condition entered by the user and store it in Subtotal1 - KZWI1.
    2. Maintain In-Completion Log with the field KZWI1 at the item level.
This way you ensure, if the subtotal 1 is incomplete you would get a message accordingly for completion.
    3. Create Sales Order to check the results:
I created a Sales Order and checked the Item Conditions, Subtotal was showing 0. I tried saving the doc, the system gave me a incomplete doc message once I manually entered the value for HR00, everything worked fine and I was able to save the doc.
I hope this addresses your issue.

  • Separate Pricing Procedure

    Dear Experts,
I have quantity contracts and value contracts. In addition I have the standard pricing procedure RVAA001. Is it necessary to have separate pricing procedure and condition types maintained for Quantity and Value Contract?
OR can I assign the same pricing procedure to the contract condition type? Is there any way to avoid too many pricing procedures?
    Await your guidance.

    Hi Grushat,
You can define different  customer and document pricing procedure and assign them to the document type. You can maintain the same pricing procedure or you can create another procdeure specific to the contract.Determine pricing procedure with new doc. price procedure and cust. price proce. and sale area.
Award points if this help you

  • Vendor info record and pricing procedure

    Hi,
          When we create PO,
1.How the system will determine info record in that PO?
2.What is the need and role of this info record in PO?
3.What are the factors determines pricing procedure in PO?
       Plz send me detailed information.

1.How the system will determine info record in that PO?
Info record is an information record between Material & Vendor..
the Info record will have the combination of
    Vendor, Material,Purchasing Org & Plant
If you raise any PO basing on this combination the info record will trigger automatically
2.What is the need and role of this info record in PO?
The details maintained in MMD are Valuation purpose only,
for procurement the info record is used to get the details automatically,
Like Basic Price, Discount, Purchase Value Key,Scales etc...
3.What are the factors determines pricing procedure in PO?
Price determination is based on Vendor Schema & Purchase Org Schema..
basing on the above combination Pricing procedure will be determined.
But where to pick up the price of Pricing procedure depends upon the Access Sequence.
In the access sequence we will define where to search first & next etc..

  • Copy prices between documents assigned to different pricing procedures

Different pricing procedures are assigned to sales document & Billing document -- however some of the condition types are common in the two procedures-- would the pricing get copied for the those common conditions if the copy control is set to copy (pricing type "G")
    Appreciate your responses.

Pricing Type = G is to copy the pricing and redetermine taxes so it should based on if that is all in the copy control. We do not have a different pricing procedure for both, we just copy the values from the order and/or the freight document.
When I have these types of questions, I always run a test order in dev and it answers many questions. Good Luck.

  • Different pricing procedures for two different items in a sales order.

    Hi ,
In a sales order I have two items , one is TAN item and other item is TAD (services).. Since the tax structure is different for above mentioned items, user wants to apply two different pricing procecdures for two items in a sales order.
Can any one suggest how to get this functionality.
    Thanks,
    Ashok S

    Dear Ashok,
As Rithivika rightly mentioned that in one sales oder you can't get two pricing procedures.
Because pricing procedure determination will takes place based on these combination
Sales areaDocument pricing procedureCustomer pricing procedure-->Pricing procedure.
So If you want different pricing procedure either one of the combination should be different.
    But you try this
You can maintain service related tax condition types also in the same procedure, but when you maintain condition record you can maintain material wise.
So when you create sales order system will pick the pricing based on the material(standard item or service item).
I hope this will help you,
    Regards,
    Murali.
