Unable to access i tunes store

Question

i need help. i am unable to use itunes store. when i go to click on the store menu it says connection failed no network connectivity. i have checked my firewall, antivirus settings, turned pop up blocker off. flushed my dns, checked ssl and tsl and ran itunes diagnostics with no luck. when i run the diagnostic this is what i get

thank you for your help.indeed the firewall protection was the problem. under my norton security it blocked all itunes communication. to fix the problem it right clicked on the norton icon in the bottom right coner of my screen. opened the nortons security. opened the personal firewall option and clicked configure. then selected programs from that menu. scrolled down to the itunes icon and clicked on it. then selected the modify option and selected permit all itunes. now itunes works great. thanks again
