Unable to Copy from PO to AP Invoice

Forum,
I have one user with a 2007A SP01 PL09 system who is unable to use the 'Copy From' Purchase Order option in the AP Invoice screen. If they open the Purchase Order screen and use the 'Copy To' it works. Any other user it works fine on.
Upon checking this users authorisations, they are set to 'Full Authorisations for everything.
Any ideas?

Noticed after raising this that it's because of the item/service type. I hadn't selected the correct one.

Hello Everyone!
I have encounter problem in A / P credit memo. If I clicked on the Copy from A/P Down payment the list of invoices do not appear.
List seems to be empty. I've checked on the A/P down payment and the account is still open and the is an existing downpayment.

if the DPI is not shown in the matrix when you select AP Down Payment from the 'Copy From' menu in the credit memo, then that DPI has been paid or credited already. Only open DPIs can be used as base document for a credit memo.
To check, you should open the DPI, rightclick & select 'Applied/Reconciled Transactions'. That will show you the documents this DPI is reconciled with & guide you to the payment/credit note standing on it. If it's a payment, you can cancel the payment & thus re-open the DPI. It can then be used as base for a credit memo. You'll need to check with the accountant what to do with the payment.

VPRS copied from Sales Order to invoice is different

Hi experts,
I have a query in VPRS costs. Below is the setting for VPRS.
In MM03 Acctg view the Price Control is S & Std. Price is $10
In item category TAN 'determine costs' is ticked
In the cond type VPRS cond cat is g (cost)
In Pricing Procedure below is selected for VPRS,
statistical value :- checked
subtotal :- B
an requirement :- 4
In Sales Order the VPRS copies correctly the std price $10. But when creating invoice VPRS shows $21.
Is there some setting in the copy control? Pls share your ideas.

To achieve that the actual costs of the business transaction are included in the VPRS condition, the condition category must be 'G' - Cost. Only in this case, the costs may be taken from the goods issue (or the invoice verification, goods receipt or purchase order). Settings 'S' or 'T' take the value from the valuation segment of the material master only.
Go to the detail display of the VPRS condition. If the condition control (KSTEU) is set to 'H', the cost was taken from the goods issue. If it set to 'A', it was redetermined from the valuation segment of the material master, in case of 'D' or 'E' it was copied from the preceding document.

Sales Office copying from Sales order to Invoice ( order related billing)

In sales invoice (vf01) is there any field for Sales Office.
In order related billing . how we can copy sales office from sales order to Invoice.

In Invoice you can find Salees office filed In the Item data >in the Item Detail tab>under Sales Order Data here you can get the sales office which you enter in the sales order.

Rounding Off Value is not copying from Sales Order to Invoice

Hi Experts,
In Pricing Procedure i maintained DIFF- Rounding Off Condition type with the following Combinations.
Print:X
Requirement:13
Cal Type: 16
Bas Type: 4
When i create sales order the system is calculating Rounding Off after saving the sales order.The requirement is that it should shows the rounding off value before saving the sales order.Secondly when i make invoice the rounding off value is not copying from the saved sales order.After i save the invoice in VF02 the rounding off value is coming .

Cond type DIFF has cond catgory L Generally new when copying. So the value from sales order will not be copied, it will be redetermined in invoice.
Also rounding off cond is to round the total value which can change in invoice based on the invoice qty.

Text is not copying from sales ord to invoice in combined billing scenario

Hi,
My client is having a scenario where they are creating a single invoice for 2 sales orders of different sales order types. However, we are facing issue as the header text from the 1st sales order only is getting copied to invoice. The header text of 2nd sales order is not getting copied to invoice.
The text ids of 1st sales order & 2nd sales order are different and the text prcedure of the invoice is having text ids of both the sales order types.
Can any one help to resolve this issue?

6230i unable to copy from phone to SIM

Hy there again. I have an old 6230i (still use it cause i like it) and a N95. I am having problems with 6230i. When i try to copy a number from phone memory to SIM memory an error occurs saying 1 contact not copyed. I tryed to copy all numbers, i tryed to copy one by one but still the same problem. My sim card is new so i can't blame it. What sould I do?

of course i have. i'm not that stupid
i think the software is the problem. I found out something new:
set the phone to use only sim memory (the phone shows you only sim contacts id ou have any and saves every number you want in sim)
try to store a number and the error message occurs again
if you try to find the number on sim you cant;t find it
restart the phone and open contacts
you will find there the contact you tryed to copy or enter

Unable to copy from iPad to Laptop

I am updating my iPad, and when I do, I keep getting the following error:
"Attempting to copy to the disk "Macintosh HD" failed. An unknown error occurred (-4)."
Any ideas why this is happening?

I get this error message when transferring purchases from iPhone 5s to iTunes. Any solutions?

Restored folder EMPTY, unable to Copy from TM Backup

I'm trying to restore my iTunes Music folder. I've done a Restore thru TM, and have tried to copy the folder from my TM drive itself, but both times the restored folder is empty (when viewed thru TinkerTool, TT shows a .DS_Store file).
The files on the backup drive ARE there, and will copy when I select them individually, but not when I select the entire folder. Only the folder is copied, not the content.
Disk Utility says the drive is fine.
I upgraded to Snow Leopard a couple of weeks ago, but haven't had to restore anything until now. I haven't had a TM backup failure notice. I've had no other OS issues.

Are you sure the music files - AAC, mp3 etc are in the folders?
If they are would not a 'Consolidate' work perhaps?

Unable to copy from digital editions library to device (nook), states cannot copy.

Unable to Copy from my Mac to my external drive? Can you help!

I am a Ex-Windows user who has just invested in a Mac and as you can imagine my knowledge is very limited so im looking for a little help please!
When i connect my Maxtor 350gb external hard drive to my Macbook via its USB lead it appears on the desktop as you would expect but if i try to drag and drop and sort of file onto it i get the following message...
the item "file name" could not be moved because "External HD" cannot be modified
Can someone advise me as to how i can resolve this issue please.

first of all: WELCOME TO THE DISCUSSIONS!
How did you format that external drive? Open disk utility and select the external drive in the sidebar. Now read what is written in the bottom part of the window. It will say something like "partition-scheme" and when you select the volume it should say something about the "Format".
There are Windows formats and partition schemes that can be read by MacOS X but are read-only. In this case you will have to reformat the drive.

Unable to copy SO to AR - Invoice

Version 8.8 SP:00 PL:15
I am getting the following message when using the 'Copy From' option within AR-Invoice having selected 2 sales orders:
"This user is not authorised to use gross profit method"
I have checked the 'Gross Profit' option is set to 'Full Authorisation'. I have also found a similar issue logged on this forum where the problem seemed to be down to the fact the user in question was a logistics user and whilst this is the case in this instance, the user in question was able to perform this same task on their old 2007 A system. Has anything changed between versions?

Flowing of the Condition type from Sales Order to invoice

Dear All,
I'm facing a problme in the copying the condition types from Sales order to Invoice.
The details are as mentioed below:
I have a Condition type CONC and made the Copy of the Condition typs as ZDIS.So that CONC's value will be debited and ZDIS' value will be credited in the FI..
But ALL the condition types which i have mentioed including tax and discounts condition types are copying from Sales order to invoice.Except CONC.
I have checked all the copy controls,i'm sure those are OK.Bcoz other condition types are working perfectly fine.
What could be the reason for this???
Will be any setting for on condition type level for copy controls???
Please Guide me its URGENT.

I am unable to copy or Sync songs from my iTunes library to my iPhone

I took a new IPhone 5 on the 2nd Nov in India; I am unable to copy or Sync songs from my iTunes library to my iPhone ( The IPhone symbol appears on my ITunes screen , But when I drag the songs my library to IPhone I am unable to Sync songs ) Can anyone help me with this issue and the main reason for me to take an IPhone 5 is for it would be handy for me during travelling as I can use it as IPod too

Connect your phone to itunes as you have been doing.
In the sidebar, select you phone and then on the main part of the iTunes window, select Music.
Check the Sync Music box and then you can either sync all music, or select the tracks/albums/artists/genres as you wish.
Once selected, at the bottom right on the maon iTunes window, select Sync.
Music will now be copied to you phone.
