Unable to shop

A user is unable to shop.
On checking user in bbp_check_users.....address consistency error
error message "error determining address for employee"
Also on checking the BP of the user in t.code BP, on clicking relationship tab getting error "person address combination doesn't exist"
please advice.

Hello,
This symptom is mentioned in the following note, which has a report to repair such BP.                                                                               
836353 - Correction Report for inconsistencies in BUT052/ADCP tables 
Also, you can use the following procedure if report does not work.
1) Go to transaction PPOMA_BBP.                                                     
2) Identify the position of user A which is currently tied to org unit X.                                                                               
3) Move this position manually to a completely different org unit say Y (BP -> 12) and save.
4) Check if the Relationships in the BP transaction now reflects this new assignment.
5) If yes, then move the user's position again back to the desired org unit X (BP -> 11) and save.
6) Check if the Relationships in the BP transaction now reflects this new assignment.
                                                                                This way any inconsistency in the relationship of users can be corrected by performing the above procedure.

    In Applications/Utilities open the Keychain Access app.
    Use the Menu for the app and select Keychain First Aid.
    (it has a Verify option first).
    Next check the Login (top left) and Password (Bottom Left)  and then the right hand list and see if the dates are current.
    Some items should be dated Today (or the last Computer Start up time).

    The add to cart tab is no longer shown or doesn't work on sites I normally use.

    Restore Previous Session should be an option available under the History options:

    If that only restores your last (update) session, you might be out of luck.
    Since I'm constantly browsing a PLETHORA of tabs, and don't like to re-bookmark all of them, AND still have them persist a FF restart, I use Session Manager:

    It also has a "backup" feature, which backs up your current session every "x" minutes.

    Part of the validation for credit cards is that they need to be registered to exactly the same name and address that you have on your iTunes account, which prepaid cards tend not to be. Do you have a proper credit card that you could use ? Or are iTunes gift cards available in your country so that you could try using them as your payment method ?
    Until you have a valid payment method on your account and what you owe iTunes has been paid off then you won't be able to download any item from the store, including free apps (and updates to apps).

    An iPod shuffle is not associated with an Apple ID in any way, so I don't understand what it is you're asking or being told. It's also very difficult to try and decode your post what with the total lack of punctuation. Please post back and explain in more detail - with punctuation, please - what it is you're having problems with. If you're having problems purchasing from the iTunes Store, as it seems from what I can glean from your post, that has nothing to do with your iPod.

  • ID required for credit card purchase in store

    I visited Best Buy store number 1421 on Saturday, March 1, 2014 at approximately 3:30 PM. I selected my desired item and went to the checkout area. I gave him my phone number to look up my rewards information and verified the info. I then presented a signed MasterCard credit card for payment (which had the same name as the info now showing on his screen), whereupon the clerk asked for my ID. I declined. He then stated that he could not process the transaction without seeing my ID. I again declined, and stated that I would not be completing the transaction. At this point, he went to check with someone else (presumably a manager) and returned with the same story. I left without purchasing my item.
    Please inform your managers and employees of proper practices when dealing with credit card transactions.
    I have notified MasterCard of this non-compliance concerning the merchant agreement and will be unable to shop with Best Buy if this practice continues.

    We'll need more information before anyone can be of much help. What model iPhone is it, what versions of iOS are running on the iPad 2 now, what exactly are you trying to update, and what version of iTunes are you running? And what exactly is going wrong (include error messages if any).
    Once we have that information, someone here can probably offer advice. Note that you cannot sync content or upgrade iOS wirelessly until you get your iPhone and iPad up to iOS 5 and that requires that you connect those devices to your computer via the Dock-USB cable.

    For SRM 550 , Go to check status --> Reach to the bottom of Screen and edit the cart using CHANGE button
    For SRM 7.0- You will ve to use POWL , Edit button may be disabled in POWL due to performance reason. Open the cart in detail mode and hit EDIT to change the held cart.
    From your problem description, you seem to be on SRM 5.0

    Hi Hareesha,
    As Sreedhar has rightly said the issue is definitely with the correctness of the data.
    Check the assignment of WBS to the proper business area which you are using to create the shopping cart.Check your org. structure and attributes and their assignments once again.
    Neverthless some OSS notes for your reference if in case you can not able to make P.Os or the SC's / P.Os are not getting transfered to back end R/3.
    <b>Note 727897 - WBS element conversion in extended classic scenario</b>
    <b>Note 1000184 - Account assignment error when document transfer to back end</b>
    Even after validating the data if the problem still persists please explain it clearly with the errors for further help.

    From where he is buying the Services - free text or catalog or service masters.
    Do you have other users having same problem?
    Have you built a custom role in your landscape. Assign SAP All to his role temporarily and see if that happens again. If so, activate the Trace on his id and ask him to order a service SC to find out where he is missing the authorizations....

    I think, the user is having authorization role problem or Do this
    <u>Also check, in the Extended search option, include the options, Bought on behalf of as checked ('X')  and Include Completed Shopping carts as 'X' with Time Frame - (LAst Year) and Status = ALL</u>
    <b>Refer to Transaction BBP_MON_SC (Monitor Shopping cart ) to check it whether it's pending in with whom and at what status.</b>
    <i>Also, alternatively, you can refer to BBP_PD transaction, Specify the Shopping cart number there in the Object_ID field and you will get the details.</i>

    I am running iTunes 7.3.2 on Windows 2000. I can access the iTunes store and could move selections to my shopping cart until it became full, but I cannot access my shopping cart. I get the message, "We could not complete your iTunes request. An unknown error occurred (5002). There was an error in the iTunes Store. Please try again later." I've had this message for several days. Now I'm being told to delete or purchase items in the cart because it is full, but I can't access the cart. Argh! Any suggestions?

    Hi ... I am also have the Shopping Cart related problem. It started yesterday afternoon - or at least that's when I noticed it. I was already logged into the iTunes Store, and made some selections. I went to check out, and then was prompted for my password to complete the purchase. This time, I noticed that it asked me to save my password for future purchases. I did not recall seeing this previously. I selected the option, and entered my password. My password was rejected twice. I went to look it up and verified it was correct.
    I came back to my computer, and after fumbling around with logging in, logging out, rebooting, etc, I was able to finally make it in, but I was told that my credit card information was out of date or incorrect. I went through and posted all of my details. I was able to finally make the purchase, but have yet to be able to make the download. Whenever I attempt to retrieve my purchases, I am prompted with a message 'Unable to check for purchases. The iTunes Store is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.' Fortunately, the purchase doesn't seem to have posted to my credit card .... yet.
    I contacted support yesterday. No response, not even canned or auto acknowledge. This is very disappointing. First to have the problem, then not to get a prompt resolution - not even prompt auto receipt acknowledgement. Then I come here and see a lot of similar problems, all with similar lack of responsiveness but what seems clearly a larger problem on Apple's end.
    If Apple wants to play in the consumer entertainment business, prompt responsiveness is expected for on demand sales. Else, they'll find another source. It's not true what one poster here said - you're not locked into Apple for your media. You might need to use iTunes to sync your media devices, but I have iPods and an Apple TV, and the media that feeds them isn't all from the iTunes Store, not even a quarter of it.
    EDIT: After poking around some more, I did find a post about going to your profile and cleaning up your information there. I did notice that my email address was incorrect (which would explain the lack of response from support). I've updated that, but it may take a while to update for all resources, such as iTunes Store. I'll post an update if it resolves the issue.

    Apple software on Windows: May see performance issues and blank iTunes Store
    (If there's a SpeedBit LSP showing up in Autoruns, it's usually best to just uninstall your SpeedBit Video Accelerator.)
