How do you uninstall Bonjour programme while tryying unistall and re-install as per instruction from Apple while to get audio function back in my PC with Windows 7 following first attempt resulting in failure to install quicktime, please? I have full membership to CC and have been using it for 4 months. Randomly Photoshop stopped opening jpgs, so I uninstalled and re-installed. Photoshop then stopped working all together. I signed out of the app manager and when I signed back in all my info was gone and only "TRIAL VERSIONS" of CC apps were available. I paid for this software. I need to be able to download it again.

I figured out how to fix the flashing yellow screen problem that I've been having on my MBP! Yessssss!!!
I found this super handy website with the golden answer: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1379
I followed the instructions on this page and here's what I did:
Resetting NVRAM / PRAM
Shut down your Mac.
Locate the following keys on the keyboard: Command (⌘), Option, P, and R. You will need to hold these keys down simultaneously in step 4.
Turn on the computer.
Press and hold the Command-Option-P-R keys before the gray screen appears.
Hold the keys down until the computer restarts and you hear the startup sound for the second time.
Release the keys.
I went through the 6 steps above twice, just to make sure I got rid of whatever stuff was holding up my bootup process. Since I did that, my MBP boots up just like normal. No flashing yellow screen anymore!!

And offcourse that I delete my files and documents is not an Iweb problem, but because my English is not that good, that I thougt I try to tell the whole story, and hope people can read trough the lines.
Why I didn't use Iweb to upload to the server is because the server company recommanded to use file zilla. And I am a nobody with this kind of things, so I did exactly what they tell me to do.
No, i did not make a backup of Iweb and the domain file, but reading other messages on this forum showed me that I can maybe try to make empty the cashfile (?)
and otherwise I have bad luck and have to make my website again. Offcourse I have a lot of examples from all the pages (copied from the local map to my USB stick) and my website is aprox. 15 Mb, (not so big) so it will cost me a few nigths.
But I'm still hoping on a miracle :-)

I go through all the motions in troubleshooting and uninstall Itunes, but I have not got Quicktime and Apple Software Update to uninstall. I then re-install Itunes but I get an error saying that 'Service Apple Mobile failed to start. Verify you have sufficient privileges to start'. Which I have. Please help!!

When attempting to download the latest version of iTunes I receive a message that there is no installation package found (iTunes.msi). Searching my computer, I cannot locate a file with the msi designation. Tried to use the .exe file unsuccessfully. I am unable to remove the current version for the same reason. I have a large library of music that I cannot download on my iPhone4 for the same reason.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!(1) Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility installer file (msicuu2.exe) from the following Major Geeks page (use one of the links under the "DOWNLOAD LOCATIONS" thingy on the Major Geeks page):

(2) Doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file and follow the prompts to install the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. (If you're on a Windows Vista or Windows 7 system and you get a Code 800A0046 error message when doubleclicking the msicuu2.exe file, try instead right-clicking on the msicuu2.exe file and selecting "Run as administrator".)
(3) In your Start menu click All Programs and then click Windows Install Clean Up. The Windows Installer CleanUp utility window appears, listing software that is currently installed on your computer.
(4) In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any iTunes entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:
(5) Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try another iTunes install. Does it go through properly this time? -
EVERYTIME I TRY TO USE FIREFOX IT CLOSES IMMEDIATELY. I TRIED TO UNINSTALL IT BUT IT WILL NOT UNINSTALL. I have tried to remove the Apple file but ShellStreams64.dll is being used by explorer.exe. Obviously if i stop explorer I'm unable to acces the files. Is there a war round this?
I was having trouble with this myself, but I figured it out.
Click the start button and search for "cmd". Right click on it and "Run as administrator".
A DOS black screen will pop up, type "cd\" at the command prompt and press enter.
Open up "start task manager"
Click on the "processes" tab, and search for "explorer.exe". Right click on it and choose "end process". You should see your windows disappear.
Then type the filepath name of the file that you want to delete, for me it was "cd\ program files\common files\apple\internet services" at the command prompt in the DOS window. Press enter.
Then type "del shellstreams64.dll", the file should be deleted by now.
Restart "explorer.exe" by using the start task manager. Click on File and then "New Task (Run)". Type in "explorer.exe" in the box and click OK.

I updated Itunes a while ago from 9. something to 10.3
When i did this my computer usage went to 100% and basically froze. The only way to get computer working was to end tasks and processes in task manager.
I uninstalled itunes and then reinstalled it. since doing this i cannot even get itunes to open???
I cant update my phone to change handset from iphone 4 to 4s that ive had for a month now.

You may have to find the download folder for the browser you are using and launch the installer from there. Another option you may want to try is using another browser to download and install iTunes. I'm thinking this has to be a Apple update to iTunes 11.0.4.4 fix.

The Goggle Seach and Gmail text is always bold. This happened as part of upgrade to Firefox 6.0 and the 6.01 upgrade did not help.

I deleted the "new" library and repopulated the lists when re-installing. Even though I connect and the store comes up, and my login is correct, I get an error message every time. ThanksApparently, security programs like Macafee and Norton view Itunes updates as new programs and block then from access. If you add Itunes to the list of exemptions, it solves the problem.
