Unable to view bt bill for 3 months so far

It all started around March with this "new updated" software
The bill simply doesn't show
My own view is that the software is deliberately useless to try and force customers to use direct debit
There's no simple html option either, just pages of bad script which don't work and hang your computer

    U r Problem is not clear...if u r getting # for characteristic values means..u don't have data in Infoprovider...try to view data in InfoProvider with the same selections that u r executing the Query with.

    While you are saving billing document i think you got Express document (please check in Transaction code SBWP :- Business work place of particular user). As per me the number range has completed for the particular document type(might be excise invoice also, if u have excise invoice auto generation functionality)  that is why system is not able to update the invoice.

  • Unable to view my bill and now holding for a rep for 115 minutes and waiting...

    I also removed Fios voice in January and kept TV and internet. I have spent altogether more than 8 hrs with several representatives from both billing and ecenter where either they couldn't figure out why can't I view my bill and ecenter stated "we'll email you when we fix the problem" and this was three weeks ago. STILL TODAY I CAN'T VIEW MY BILL ONLINE NOR CAN I CHANGE ANYTHING ON MY ACCOUNT. THE DOUBLE BUNDLES PRICING CHANGES WHEN YOU TRY FOR THEM AND REP STATES ONLY FOR NEW CUSTOMERS. I DID HAVE A WONDERFUL REP JUST THIS AM TO TRY TO FIGURE OUT BUT NO LUCK AND NOW I'M SPENDING MY TIME WAITING AND WAITING FOR ECENTER REP TO ANSWER 121 minutes so far! THIS IS THE FINAL STRAW! IF THIS REP CAN'T FIX IT I AM GOING BACK TO MY PRIOR SERVICE! THAT'S A PROMISE. AND THE WHOLE "WE'LL EMAIL YOU WHEN IT'S FIXED" IT'S JUST A WAY TO GET RID OF YOU FOR THE MOMENT. WHAT HAPPENED TO VERIZON? I WAS EXTREMELLY SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE UNTIL A PROBLEM SHOWED UP!

  • Unable to view my bill

    Hi, I got BT broadband infinity a month ago but I still cannot view my bill, manage my payments or see my usage on MyBT. I can log in to MyBT without problems but all I'm seeing is a message telling me that it can "take up to 48 hours after your order has completed" until I can view my bill.
    I chatted with them in their support chatroom and talked to members of their support staff on the phone several times. I have sent them a screenshot of what I see. I have written a letter to them asking for a bill either online or on paper but but nothing has changed. They keep deducting money from my bank account without ever sending me a bill.
    Today I got another call from their call center while I wasn't able to pick up the phone. I called them back as requested but there is no way to even get through to the the person or department that called me. There's just a machine that doesn't know what it means to call back.
    They don't provide an email address either. This is the most difficult company to communicate with I have ever had to deal with. I don't even know why on earth they need to talk to me at all instead of just fixing the problem. There is nothing to talk about.
    Has anyone else had that problem and found a solution?

  • Unable to view my bill/log in with "correct" information

    I haven't been able to view my bill online in a few months.  I've logged in and a able to see my email with my verizon.com ID but when I hit "view bill" it brings up a message saying that I'm not logged in with my verizon.com user ID and that I must to that to continue.    Customer service hasn't been much help after two phone calls and chat.

    At r/3 end , we have a timestatement data  for an employee and moved that to a Cluster B1. so how does it reflect in the portal.

    Hi there,
    As of what I see it is an MSS scenario.In this you used a business package, iviews. There should be a webdynpro application or BSP application running at the front end to get this out.
    Now, as you mentioned at the R/3 end you have a time statement. So if your web  application is programmed properly, it will fetch the req. time data from backend. What you need to see is that the web application is bug free.
    You need to do some debugging there, if the right data is fetched.
    but before all this, you need to check if your portal worksets in the business package are set up properly, along with the iviews, pages.

    where the links appear, but when I click on the link, 99 times out of a 100 all I get is a solid bar of dark gray. (If I
    am willing to try 100 times, sometimes the bill will appear, but I don't have time for that!) I contacted customer service, but
    they said I should delete Acrobat X or that it was a computer issue. FWIW I'm using IE 8.

  • $1300 + Bill for months... Help

    I am running out of ideas of how to solve this problem. I have been a Verizon FiOS customer for 6 months. I have had to call Verizon Customer Service for 6 months about incorrect equipment and billing. The last 4 months have been especially difficult because my bill have been over $1,300. The issue is that I am being charged full price for equipment returned and rental charges for the same equipment I returned.
    I have repeatly called Verizon customer service to get help resolving this isusue. Every month customer service agents credit my rental charges, but an "off net team" has to fix the equipment issues.  I was told the issue would be resolved in 90 days... It is well over 90 days. Verizon customer service agents have even stated " we have received the equipment". I will give Verizon customer service agents the benefit of the doubt. I just called today and someone had credited my account the rental charges earlier in the day. However, why is it so hard for this "off net team" to fix my bill regarding equipment?
    There is no contact information for this "off net team", and no manager to speak with. How have other customers handled this problem? Should I contact the BBB? Get a lawyer?
    My fear is that if I do not follow through with this issue to completion and find acceptable solution; Verizon will try to collect $1,300 and take advantage of an average Joe.

    I am trying to do personalization and i want to disable the view or updates of salary screen from people screen to certian responsibility.Especially element entry values should not be modified or viewed for specific responsibility.How can we do that with personalisation.Its standard form and dont want to do the customization of people screen

    You should achieve this without personalisation. Use taskflows_ so that the people/assignment form for the people with restricted views does not contain a button to link to the salary or element entry screens.
    Also, you can set the system profile HR:User Type to HR Only to prevent the user accessing payroll related data.
    I suggest the first option is the best in this case.

  • Biller Direct User unable to view open bills Once DirectDebit is activated

    We are working on ECC 6 and we also have Biller Direct configured for the users to make online
    financial transactions.
    But we have two problems as of now.
    1. WHen ever the Direct Debit is activated for the user, the User is not able to see his open bills. Once we remove the
         direct debit authorization, again the Open bills are shown. We are facing this problem only after upgrade.
    2. Another problem is for some particular users, no open bills are shown at all, irrespective of whether the user has
        direct debit or not. I have debugged the RFC which returns the bills to Biller Direct. At the end of the Function module all the
        open bills are returned correctly. But they are not shown up on the Biller Directc screen.
    Can some one please tell us and hel;p us on what exactly is going wrong?

  • Unable to view source INTERNAL for Inventory Item in iProcurement R12.1.3

    I have setup an Inventory Item but when querying it in iProcurement and clicking 'Click here to select a source' does not display INTERNAL as a source. I am not sure if I have missed something in the setup. The item has an on-hand quantity of 8 so I would think the option for Internal would be visible. The item is set to Purchasable, and Internal Ordered. Thanks in advance for the assistance.

    2. make sure the category mapping exists in iProcurement Catalog Administration.

  • Unable to view Logon page for Infoview after successsful installation

    After successfull installation of BO Edge series on windows 2008 server, i am unable to see logon details in infoview.
    When i open with infoview URL, i can see only heading 'WELCOME TO BUSINES OBJECTS' in the page. I am unable to see
    user id, password and authentication options. I also installed integration kit without any errors.
    What else should i need to do , to get logon details.

  • Unable to view bill (or do anything, really, on the business website)

    I appear to be unable to view my bill. If I go to 
    https://business.verizon.com/
    Then click on "Go to my business", then type in my username and password, it sends me to the "Application Dashboard".
    Then, under Support, I click on "Pay my bill" and it asks me to login a second time. (??) If I do that, it sends me back to the Application Dashboard. A loop of death and nowhere a bill to be seen.
    Any help?

    I've had the same problem for over six months.
    Promises of call backs and emails, assurances that there's a IT ticket that will resolve it...
    Is Verizon really a technology company? Or would it be a better idea for them to stick with copper and leave the technology to cable? Or even to the power company. At this point I don't care which one. I never have a problem paying my cable bill or utility bill. Their websites always seem to work just fine.
    Why is it so hard to give money to Verizon?
