Unknown error occured (-54) what am i supposed to do?
i just downloaded the new itunes, but when i want to sync pictures from my notebook, it says there's an unknown error (-54) what am i supposed to do? now there's no pic in my iphone other than the ones in my camera roll...
Open the Script Editor in the /Applications/AppleScript/ folder and run the following:

This issue is often due to a locked item in the iTunes library, which can be unlocked by running the script.

I was halfway updating my phone to iOs7 when it froze halfway through where it shows the apple symbol. So I turned it off and now it says that I have to connect to iTunes. So I did and it said it was in the recovery mode and should be restored. I restored it and then it come up with a message that says "iPhone cannot be restored. 1. Update to the latest iTunes - currently 10.4.1.
2. Disable ALL security apps (firewall, antivirus/spyware) running on your computer. Additional measures may be needed.
3. You may need to edit the Hosts file on your computer to remove references to gs.apple.com if you EVER used hacking techniqus or apps such as tinyumbrella.
4. Don't try to downgrade the iOS.
5. If the phone was EVER successfully hacked in the past (jailbreak, downgrade, unauthourized unlock) there may be nothing you can do now to fix this.

I have been trying for months to put iTunes on my laptop and kept getting installation errors in Windows 7. I gave up and just installed iTunes on my PC running XP.
Now I have to install Quicktime on the laptop and once again I get an installation error 0x800736FD.
All windows updates are fine, none failed.
I have removed all apple software from my laptop using CCleaner, common files and folders. Tried reinstalling and still the same error.
Could you offer any advice on how to get both quicktime and then iTunes working??

I am trying to save a large file on Illustrator CS6 and it does not save and instead says "Unknown Error Occurred." What do I do?
The file has 4 artboards with webpage designs. I tried to take two of the artboards, create a separate doc with those two, and save, but the result was the same.
However, I am able to save simpler, smaller files.
I need to not lose these files and I am afraid to quit and restart and lose my unfinished work.
Any advice?What happens if you choose this option?

Greetings all, I just completed loading about 60 minutes of DV, but the problem was that some of it was shot in 4x3 and some in 16x9. (My camera won't default to 16x9...so I forget to set it). I downloaded the file into DV-NTSC Widescreen. PROBLEM: s
