You need to supply the id of the version instance to the vm.updateVersion call.
You are currently supplying the id of the folder instance by the look of your code.
try something like :-
      s_Logger.log("Looking up last version");
      file = commonM.getItem(file.getId(),
        CommonUtils.newAttributeRequestArray(
          Attributes.LAST_VERSION));
      Item last_version = (Item) CommonUtils.getAttribute(
        file, Attributes.LAST_VERSION);
      s_Logger.log(last_version);
      s_Logger.log("Updating last version comment");
      last_version = versionM.updateVersion(last_version.getId(),
        new NamedValue[]
          ClientUtils.newNamedValue(Attributes.VERSION_COMMENT," ... comment")
        }, null);
      s_Logger.log(last_version);cheers

  • RFC-Call from a xslt/javamapping error

    Hi.
    We implemented an Szenario IDOC to Mail(attachement).
    Our incomming IDOC is a standard-IDOC from SAP.
    ISU_INTERVAL_USAGE_INFORMATION.ISU_VDEW_MSCONS
    our Target is an EDIFACT-File attached to a mail.
    We did this succesfully before in a similar Szenario with UTILMD-IDOCs to a CSV-attachement of a mail.
    Because there is no Mailinformation in these IDOCs, we do a RFC-Call to a backendsystem (SAP-ISU) wich delivers the information selected by the IDOC-number.
    This is the XSLT for this call:
      <xsl:variable name="maildata" select="emailadress:new($param1, $param2, $inputparam)" />
      <xsl:variable name="from" select="emailadress:getSenderEmailAdress($maildata)" />
      <xsl:variable name="to" select="emailadress:getReceiverEmailAdress($maildata)" />
      <xsl:variable name="cc" select="emailadress:getCcReceiverEmailAdress($maildata)" />
      <xsl:variable name="bcc" select="emailadress:getBccReceiverEmailAdress($maildata)" />
    when I test the Mapping in the Integration Builder, the RFC-call gives us the following error message:
    08:42:39 Teststart
    Creating XSLT mapping iDoc_MSCONS_to_Mail
    URIResolver called with href = iDoc_to_MSCONS.xsl and base = iDoc_MSCONS_to_Mail.xsl

    Hi Harald,
    I guess this is the IDEX package delivered by SAP?
    In the latest version of the package SAP also deliveres a package for eclipse to test the mappings.
    Also make sure that your data in IS-U (serviceanbieter) is maintained correct!

  • REST call from PDf form returns error

    I have created a very simple process that allows a user to enter data into a PDF form and submit the form for archiving.  In the process I have used LC Output to flatten the PDF and I am using the Sharepoint connector to create and archive the document.
    When I do this from the LC Workspace it works no problem.  I can go out the SharePoint and see that archive document and all of the data is there.  I now want to be able to host the form in another location and have the same functionality.  To do this I have change the submit button on the form so that it makes a REST call to the LC server in order to call the correct process.  To be sure that I had the right URL for the REST call I took it right out of the Adminui.
    I have tested the URL in a browser and the process kicks off no problems.  The issue is when I place the URL in a submit button and try to submit the form I get a message box back stating that there was an invalid server response and nothing happens.  I am not sure but I do not think that it is even getting to the LC server.
    I am using LC ES2 and opening the form in Acrobat 9.5.1.  As mentioned it is a very simple process as I am just trying to prove out that a LC process can be invoked using a REST call from a PDF.

    Hey Amr,
    thanks for your feedback. Let me write down some more facts about my environment so we might be able to track down what's going wrong:
    - Virtual PC using Windows Server 2012
    - SharePoint 2013 with September CU
    - Compatibility Level 15 Webapplication using Default "Claims Based Authentication" with form based authentication activated
    - Visual Studio 2013 Console Application .NET 4.5 x64 Build Target
    Writing down what my base configuration is seems to have brought light into the dark. As soon as I deactivated FBA authentication I was able to execute the request without any problems. So now I know what I have to look for. Thank you!
    Regards Andreas MCPD SharePoint 2010. Please remember to mark your question as "answered"/"Vote helpful" if this solves/helps your problem.

  • Custom Java class called from RTF template generates error

    We are running a report in BI Publisher and the report calls a custom developed Java class that is used to bind PDFs together and sent the result to another application.
    On the RTF template we have some XSLT that reads the input XML and sets a variable which is then passed to the Java class. We are however getting the following error when the report is called simultaneously 2 or more times:
    XML-22044: (Error) Extension function error: Error invoking 'JavaClassName': 'java.lang.Error: Cannot interweave overlay template with pdf input, combined number of pages is odd!
    I read this as the real cause of the error is the Java code but I'm not 100% sure. Also I don't understand what the error message means.
    Could someone help out please?
    Many thanks

    Since our this requirement is in Quotes module, its not using OAF. It is using plain JSPs and java classes.
    What i was thinking is, create the Option values as flex fields, and write a custom java class to fetch these data from the flex tables and use it in the JSP.
    The main problem we are facing now is,
    "...we wrote a simple java class, which establishes database connection, executes a simple insert & select query to our custom table. compiled & placed the class file under our new pkg structure under $JAVA_TOP eg. oracle.apps.xxx.quot.tmpl , bounced the apache."
    But when we tried to import this class in the jsp (which is being customized), the app just throwed Internal Server Error and we couldnt find any info in the Log file.
    Couldnt guess, why is this simple thing failing. Any idea ?

  • Webservice being called multiple times throws strange error

    This is something that just started occurring and doesn't make much sense to me.
    Using JDK 1.7 and doing the following:
    FlashlineRegistryTr registry = new FlashlineRegistryTrServiceLocator().getFlashlineRegistryTr(lUrl);
    ((Stub)registry).setMaintainSession(true);
    I can call registry.authTokenCreate(USERNAME, CREDENTIAL);  ONCE and it works fine.  When I immediately call it again, same command, it fails with the exception below.
    The issue has to do with setting the Maintain Session to true.  If I remove that line it works fine, however I need that in there.
    Any thoughts on where to even begin to look?

    One possible solution is store the LOV values in some scope while retrieving it first time from the web service.
    Next time whenever LOV is called then return the LOV values from the scope instead of calling the web service.
    psedo code:
            if (ADFContext.getCurrent() != null &&
                ADFContext.getCurrent().getSessionScope().containsKey("LOV_LIST")) {
                LOVList =
                        (List<SelectItem>)ADFContext.getCurrent().getSessionScope().get("LOV_LIST");
            } else {
                LOVList = this.populateVendorListFromWS();
                ADFContext.getCurrent().getSessionScope().put("LOV_LIST",
                                                              LOVList );
            }Hope it helps.

  • Webutil call from Developer 10g - 06508 error

    I'm trying to call webutil using the OC4J instance installed with Developer 10g. It appears as though webutil is already configured to work with the OC4J instance, but when I attempt to call it, I get the ORA-06508 error message. When installing Developer 10g 10.1.2.02, is webutil correctly configured? and do you just need to add the webutil.pll and subclass the webutil.obj in order to call a window's open file dialog?

    Although Webutil is installed by default with Forms 10g, it is not completely configured and will not work "Out of the Box". You must configure your installation for it to work propertly. I recommend you visit the Oracle Forms Webutil - Production Release web site and print the WebUtil Doc offered in HTML or PDF format. It only takes about 15 minutes to configure the Developer Suite to use Webutil, but you have to complete each task listed in the Configuring WebUtil section of the document - don't take any short-cuts!
    Hope this helps,
    Craig B-)

  • Calling labview 8.2 Vi from teststand 3.5 throws an error

    calling labview-8.2 vi in teststand-3.5 throws the following error.
    In the development environment, where Teststand 3.5 and LabVIEW 8.2 are installed, teststand file doesnt throw any error. However when the same sequence is deployed in a machine that doesnt have teststand and labview. (Both Teststand runtime engine and Labview runtime engine) are installed in the end machine.
    Trying the execute the sequence in the end machine throws the following error
    "Error loading step 'Call LabVIEW measurement module for amplitude imbalance' of sequence 'MainSequence' in file 'TSG06-Amplitude Imbalance.seq'.
    LabVIEW:  VI version is later than the current LabVIEW version."

    Hi,
    Should have also asked this question before.
    What is your LabVIEW Adaptor set too on the target system. Use ActiveX Runtime Server or LabVIEW RTE. If its set to use the LaBVIEW ActiveX Runtime Server which can be either the Operator Interface or the seperate ActiveX Server, then these are probably built with an early labVIEW.
    If so you would need to rebuild the server you are using.

    Got an (unlocked) iphone 4s from US
    As kb1951 states, unless this phone was purchased directly from Apple, it is not officially unlocked. In the US, only Apple sells officially unlocked iPhones. The message you got generally means your phone was hacked to unlock it...jailbroken...Apple's servers have detected such & are preventing your phone from activating...there's nothing wrong with the activation servers.
    You'll need a sim card from the carrier your phone is locked to in order to activate it. If you don't know what carrier, you'll have to call AppleCare in the US to determine this info. Be aware, US carriers will not authorize official unlocking unless you are a customer that used the phone on their network. Thus, there is most likely no way for you to get this phone officially unlocked.
    Good luck.

  • Business Rules security from EAS throwing error while adding locations

    Hi,
    Currently we are trying to provide security to the BR's from EAS. As a part of which, we are trying to add location to the BR's. When we expand the Planning node on Locations, it throws the error, "Cannot connect to the Planning server <server name>". When we expand the Essbase server, we do see the application and database, but after a long time, around 10 mins.
    After a call with Oracle, we have restarted the services RMI, EAS and planning in the sequence suggested. Also checked the RMI service, its running fine as well. Below is the error from hbrclient.log
    "2011-08-06 20:41:58, 076 Warn AWT-Eventqueue -0 com.hyperion.hbr.core.metadatamanagerserviceremote - cannot retrieve connected rppt element for planning/a01gidssapp2a"
    Hbrserver.log doesnt have any error. We also have performed reconfiguration of Planning services, but still no help.
    Appreciate if someone can help us resolve the issue, since we have to release the servers for Planning by tomorrow. Thanks in advance.

    I assume that you are using BR as calculation module.
    1. Try creating a new test user say HBRADMIN,
    2. Provide him the admin access to BR, Essbase and Planning App,
    3. Log into Planning Application,
    4. Check the HBR Plugin Data table in EAS schema/databse, see if there is any entries in that table,
    5. Now, Log into EAS console,
    6. Try creating a test BR,
    7. Select outline,
    8. Select Location,
    9. Add access.
    If there is no entry in the HBR Plugin table, try making a manual entry, below is an example:
         HP11113     11333     App1     HP11113     admin     AABPAAANAAEKAAEHAABPAADOAAAIAAFG     8/7/2011 1:05:16 PM
    AABPAAANAAEKAAEHAABPAADOAAAIAAFG is an encrypted password for 'password'.
    Cheers...!!!

  • (Rfc) error  when called from bitztalk side

    Hello,
    I developed an RFC for payroll posting .RFC is working properly at R/3 end, But it is throwing an error "Control Framework: Fatal error - GUI cannot be reached" when it is called from Biztalk side.
    Thanks in advance.
    venu.

    You could try to set the enviroment with something like:-
    30 5 * * * su - oracle -c rman...........
    HTH
    PS. The .profile must be executable in a non-interactive mode as there is no terminal associated when called by CRON. Maybe the profile could check this using the stty command.

  • Best way to throw custom error from SubVI

    Hi
    I was wondering how best to throw error messages from a SubVI.
    Say I have a toplvl VI called Caller.vi which calls Sub.vi. The toplvl vi whishes to use the Sub.vi's error out cluster to determine what to do - e.g. halt execution of the toplvl vi if the Sub.vi throws an error. Easy enough if the Sub.vi just have to pass errors from build in LabView functions and VI's, but how to do it if the sub vi has to throw a custom error upon some condition?
    Say the sub vi takes a certain number of inputs and that the inputs need validation before executing what ever the sub vi does. E.g. a certain algorithm implemented is only meaningfull if a>10.
    My own thought is this: Simply select between an empty/no-error error cluster and an error-cluster containing the wanted custom errorcode and description. The area circled in blue is the interesting part:
    Is that the worst idea you've iever seen implemented?
    The only other real suggestion I've been able to find (which originally adresses another issue, but shows a method for "throwing an error") is a VI posted in this thread: http://forums.ni.com/t5/LabVIEW/Throw-an-error/m-p/882575 which looks like:
    Please help me out guys How to throw a custom error which is not intended for the end-user, but intended to ease the life of a develper calling the sub-vi if he/she wishes to.
    Best regards
    Wuhtzu

    Thank you tbob. (EDIT: and thank you blawson)
    I know all about volunteering and having jobs to do - I participate in quite a few fora. I just thought that my topic was lost since after only 2 days it was on page 3 of the forum - but if page 3 isn't forgotten I will remember that next time and also if 2 days isn't patient I will also remember that
    To you answer: The error code should be negative, shouldn't it? Even though an indicator wired to error-out of a build in labview function will actually display error codes as positive... maybe it's diffrent form labview version to labview version. My v2010 manual reads:
    "You can define custom error codes in the range of -8999 through -8000, 5000 through 9999 or 500,000 through 599,999"
    So say I want to throw an error with error code 5687 - should I then wire -5687 or +5687 to the cluster?
    Thanks - Wuhtzu

  • Javascript call themebasedfoi.centerToTheme() throws error

    Hello,
    i am developing a poc for a customer and i am really pleased how easy it is to get a map set up and running. The map is created with the javascript api and is running in a browser window. The target is to integrate the map in biee dashboard. And this is working fine too. But i have a problem, that could be a showstopper: i want to center the bounding box of the map around the selected fois. Ther selection of the fois ist realized by parameters in the url and this is working fine also.
    If i insert the line
    themebasedfoi.centerToTheme();
    nothing happens and the error console of my browser throws the error

        <body onLoad="javascript:display_map()">
             <div id="map" style="width: 500px; height: 450px;"></div>
        </body>
    </html>With centerToTheme() i only get a gray square, without the map is displaying properly and with the setHomePoint() i get the right view for the map with no query parameters.
    I thank you in advance for every hint that helps me to solve this...

    Hi lqian ,
    Thank you for your answer. But now i get a gray square with the endless ticking clock. Could it be that the zoomToTheme() function is not able to work if the Base map and the themeBasedFoi are on different map servers? Because i am working on an intranet map server with a worldmap and an other intranet map server where i developed the themebasedfoi. And the map is working until i call setBoundingTheme(true).
    Perhaps i have to create a worldMap on the map server where i have development access?
    I think this code should work (slightly modified your code):
    var themebasedfoi;
    var baseMapEloc;
    function init_map(){
      //get the base map
      baseMapEloc = new MVMapTileLayer(...,myBaseMapServer);
      //create the theme:
      themebasedfoi = new MVThemeBasedFOI(...,...,myLocalDevelopmentMapServer);
      //setup your query parameters
      thembasedfoi.setQueryParameters(...);
      //tell MapViewer to automatically 'bound' the map extent to the results of this theme after it came back from server with FOI data:
      themebasedfoi.setBoundingTheme(true);
       //call the zoomToTheme function after the map is loaded
       themebasedfoi.addEventListener('after_refresh', center_map); // i got this from thread 875965 from melih you answered also
      //now add the theme to the MVMapView handle (which will initiate the theme AJAX request to the server):
      mapview.addThemeBasedFOI(themebasedfoi);
    function center_map()
       themebasedfoi.zoomToTheme();
    }Thank you so far :)
