Updating shopping cart merchant gateway info

I have been recently approached by a client that has an older site that was originally created on the ColdFusion platform, where the shopping cart merchant gateway has changed to a new provider and their merchant account credentials must be changed to continue taking orders. The original site developer is no longer available and I have been approached to make the update. I work with other Adobe Applications but am not too familiar with CF. Can anyone suggest where in the system I could change the merchant payment gateway credentials?
Thanks

chuckstefen,
There is little way of knowing for sure without seeing code for the entire site, which is not really possible via forum posts.  Depending on how the site was architected, the credentials could be stored anywhere in the code files (and possibly in multiple places).  However, since ColdFusion code is generally stored in "plain text" files, you can use any text file search tools to look for instances of the old credentials (maybe a user name or such).  That will at least get you started, and help determine if the credentials are stored in only one place in the code (ideally) or multiple places (not great, but still workable).

  • Why won't Firefox accept a "continue button", update shopping cart, or allow pieces to move in a game puzzle?

Stats: Intel iMac, running 10.6, Firefox 4 and now 8
This started happening about 2 months ago, first with Barnes and Noble trying to buy an item, then on Southwest.com for the puzzle pieces in a contest, and today on Jacquie Lawson cards with Preview. On Martha Stewart's website for the daily cookie recipe, the picture and Print function have disappeared. I will describe each one.
    1. On the Barnes and Noble site, I can search and put an item in the Shopping Cart. However, if I want to change the item/Update OR complete the purchase, the gear just spins and spins. I have to quit Firefox and use Safari.
    2. Southwest is running a 6 week contest. The past 2 weeks involve dragging a label to a suitcase and moving puzzle pieces around to complete a picture. I could not drag any items in both contests. So the entries for 2 weeks could not be submitted.
    3. On Martha Stewart's website, a recipe with food picture and a Print function no longer appear. This is a new behavior since upgrading to FF8. Here is the URL http://www.marthastewart.com/344826/pumpkin-whoopie-pies-with-cream-cheese-f?xsc=eml_cod_2011_11_10&om_rid=Nsg6jH&om_mid=_BOu9CwB8eBVWzk
    4. On Jacque Lawson's site. you can personalize a card, then Preview it. The Preview button did not work. http://www.jacquielawson.com/sendcard.pd

Could you test the site in Firefox's Safe Mode? That's a standard diagnostic tool to bypass interference by extensions (and some custom settings). More info: [[Troubleshoot Firefox issues using Safe Mode]].
You can restart Firefox in Safe Mode using
Help > Restart with Add-ons Disabled
In the dialog, click "Start in Safe Mode" (''not'' Reset)
    Any difference?

  • Classic scenario: Update shopping cart with changes in backend PO?

The Shopper would like to have visibility in their shopping cart (SRM 5.0, classic scenario) of changes made to the follow-on PO created in ECC6. Is it possible for the cart to be updated with changes made to the backend document, or would the customisation for this type of request be too complex?
Any advice would be appreciated, thanks!

    Hi,
Yes this report is reading the PO quantity and value and the history tab for follow-on documents such as GR or invoice.
Thus the SC history is updated.
    Kind regards,

  • Follow on document details not updating in shopping cart

    Hi Experts,
I created a shopping cart  and created PO as a follow on document  from sourcing cockpit after assigning vendor.
but Shopping cart is not updating with follow on document (PO)details even after running BBP_GET_STATUS_2 report also.
Is there any other settings required to do for updating shopping cart with follow on document details.
    Thanks,
    Bhaskar.

    Hi ,
Please check the repots ( jobs )  CLEAN_REQREQ_UP And BBP_GET_STATUS _2 are running..
Check in RZ20 is there any error message for the follow on document.

  • Display other shopping carts without change/delete possibility?

    Hi,
We are using SRM 5.0 and some users needs to display shopping carts created by other, without given the access to change and delete those shopping cart (should still be able to change/delete one's own shopping carts).
Anyone who has a solution on how to give users this authorization? Monitor Shopping Cart transaction displays all shopping cart, but the delete function is active.
    Thank you.
    Christina C-W

    Hi Christina,
    If i understand your requirement correctly, it is as follows;
1.) User shall be able to change/delete their own shopping cart.
2.) The same select user shall be able to view other shopping carts but will not be allowed to change/delete a shopping cart.
    <b>Solution:
1.) User shall be able to change/delete their own shopping cart.</b>
Analysis: The use can still continue to use the "Check Status" Transaction to change/deletre their own shopping carts.
<b>2.) The same select user shall be able to view other shopping carts but will not be allowed to change/delete a shopping cart.</b>
Analysis: Build a Custom Z role that will have access to the BBP_MON_SC (Monitor Shopping Cart Transaction). Use the BADI BBP_MON_SC and use the method, especially the one highlighted in bold below:
    BEFORE_SELECTION_SCREEN
This method is carried out before the selection screen is displayed.
Default values for the selection screen can be set in the following structures:
    CS_HEADER
    General Data
    CS_ITEM
    Item Data
Furthermore, you can define the functions available in the list or define whether icons are active or inactive:
    CS_HEADER-AUTH_TRANSFER
    Transfer Shopping Cart to Backend
    CS_HEADER-AUTH_GET_STATUS:
Update Shopping Cart with Data from Backend
    CS_HEADER-AUTH_ALERTS:
Display Error Messages from Monitor Shopping Cart
    CS_HEADER-AUTH_SC_DISPLAY:
Display Shopping Cart Overview or Items
    <b>CS_HEADER-AUTH_SC_CHANGE
Delete Shopping Cart/Shopping Cart Item, Change Erroneous SC Item</b>
Also, in the BADI, you need to make it specific to the Z-role that you had created, so that your standard monitor shopping cart transactions work for other standard or custom role in your organization.
    Hope this info helps !!

  • Shopping Cart is not Picking  Pricing from Inforecord.

    Dear All Guru's,
Kindly help me in this matter , as i m creating a Shopping Cart and I have also created an INFORECORD for the material which m using in this Shopping Cart. Here in INFORECORD i had maintained SCALES  in Pricing PB00 ( Gross Price ) , it is maintained as for Qty 1 the Price will be 500 EUR & for Qty 16 the Price will be 450 EUR.
As the Shopping Cart is created for Qty 16 , but even then the Price being picked is 500 EUR , But as per Scale Pricing the Price
picked should be 450 EUR as per Qty 16.
I m using this Scale Scenario first time in Shopping Cart , pl. guide me that is it really Possible to fetch Scale Pricing from INFORECORD to Shopping cart?
Also please guude that is there any mistake i had done in maintaining Pricing for Scales in INFORECORD ?

    Hello,
As far as I know, the standard behaviour about which price should be displayed in the SRM shopping cart when you have an assigned info record to the cart is that the price would not be fetched from the backend to the EBP system.
In SRM, the SC shows the product price and not the info record one (as you have assigned the product to the SC).
You can use BBP_DOC_CHANGE_BADI to fill the info record price during the shopping cart creation.
However, as your shopping cart takes the info record price, perhaps this behaviour has changed in new release.
Question 6 of FAQ note 550071 refers to this topic.
    Kind regards,
    Ricardo

  • Price in Shopping Cart

We are implementing classic scenario in SRM 7.0.  In our implementation we are not creating PRs from shopping but only POs will be created in ECC.
Even though Info Recrods are available and is shown in source tab on shopping cart, the price in the info record is not defaulted in the shopping cart.   Any suggestions on how to bring Info records price into the shopping cart?

  • Shopping Cart Commitment in Funds Managment

    Hello Gurus,
We are having an issue to update Shopping Cart Commitment in Funds Management. We are having SRM 702 with classic scenario active. Is it possible to post a shopping cart commitment in FM (ECC) without activating Business Function SRM, Procurement for Public Sector (SRM_PUBLIC_SECTOR_1) and SRM, Cross-Industry Functions (SRM_CROSS_INDUSTRY_1) and without Extended classic scenario.
When we activated those Business Function in one of our systems then it has some after affect on the existing functionality like Account Assignment Tab disappears in the Shopping Cart.
Also we are using shopping cart only for Non Stock PO and rest of the shopping cart gets triggered as a result og PR in ECC system.
It is not possible for us to switch on Extended Classic Scenario as client is not agreeing on the same.
Please share the views if anybody has worked on SRM with Funds Management.
    Thanks in Advance for support!

    Not in standard.
Check "Software Component Matrix for SAP SRM 7.0 EHP2" from Installation and upgrade guides for SAP SRM 7.0 EhP2
You will have to manage on your own SC commitment in FM.

  • How to deactivate/ignore R/3 info records when creating Shopping Cart?

Hi all and thanks for reading...
We have the requirement of ignoring/deactivating R/3 info records when creating Shopping Carts SRM , so that no Vendor is proposed in transactions BBPSC01/BBPSC02.
At the moment, when info records exist in backed, system is proposing vendor and other data and we want them to be completely ignored, both in classic and extended classic scenarios.
How can we accomplish that? Is it possible to use BBP_SOS_BADI or is this BADI only valid for SRM local sources of supply?
Has anybody had the same problem and solved it before?
Thanks in advance for your help, regards
    David

    Hi  David
Inforecord  is only source of supply for classic scenario only.
Find and Check Sources of Supply
    Use
With the Business Add-In BBP_SOS_BADI, you can search for and check sources of supply according to your own rules. These sources of supply include contracts, vendor list entries and product linkages. For this, the customer fields of the shopping cart or purchase order are transferred to the BAdI.
    Standard settings
The BAdI provides the following methods:
    1. BBP_SOS_INDEX_UPDATE_CHECK
Use: Check and update contract items in the source of supply table.
    2. BBP_SOS_SEARCH
Use: Search for sources of supply according to your own rules.
    3. BBP_SOS_CHECK
Use: Check and filter the sources of supply found by the standard search according to your own rules.
    4. BBP_SOS_PD_CHECK
Use: Carrying out your own additional checks when creating a shopping cart document item with an assigned contract.
    Activities
Implement the BAdI if you wish to determine or check sources of supply according to your own rules.

  • Info record mandatory for shopping cart creation in SRM classic scneario

    Hi Gurus,
We are creating shopping cart in our SRM 7.01 system in classic mode. We have not created any info record for the product category and vendor in the backend ECC system.
Do we need create an info record for the particular combination of material group/material and supplier in the ECC backend system so that the shopping cart in SRM classic scenario creates a PO directly in the system?
    Thanks and regards,
    Ranjan

    Hi Sam,
Thanks for your update. So, what you mean that the SRM shopping cart  with a direct vendor or contract can create a PO directly in the backend  system even if the backend system does not have nay info record for the particular combination of the material and vendor.

  • Backend Info Record data transfered to Shopping Cart

We are using extended classic scenario, SRM 4.0 SRM Server 5.0.
In our backend R/3 system we have standard info records created with material #, vendor, price UOM etc.  I would like to show the vendor, price, uom (from the backend info record)in the Source of Supply section of a shopping cart after entering the material # (product # in SRM language).  Also transfer the price and vendor to the shopping cart if desired.  Has anyone found a BADI or some other method to do this???
We do not use valuated materials so EPP_Get_Backend prices does not work for us.
    Thanks in advance

    Hi,
Try to implement the BADI "BBP_SOS_BADI" in SRM to assign the inforecord to SOS.Use the FM "META_INFORECORD_GETLIST" to get the inforecord from R/3.
Please find the necassary documenation of the BADI - BBP_SOS_BADI for your reference.

  • Commitment and budget value updation in R/3 from Shopping cart

    Hi,
I implemented extended classic scenario of SRM, so I create shopping in my SRM system and not anymore purchase requisition in SAP R/3. As a consequence in SAP R/3 all the controlling standard reports don't display any data about commitment from shopping basket.
SAP SRM only does budget check for shopping carts, but it doesn't post to funds management after the shopping cart's creation and approval. Our client requirement is to update commitment in funds management just after the approval of the shopping cart, just like purchase requisitions of MM does. Does anybody have passed through this problem? How can I solve it?
How can I get commitment from SRM in a standard or custom way?

  • Should the vendor in the Shopping Cart be updated from the Sourcing Cockpit

    Hi All,
hopefully an easy question for someone to answer.
When a vendor is assigned in the Sourcing Cockpit and the Purchase Order is created should the vendor be updated in the linked shopping cart?
    Cheers
    Chris

    Hi Chris,
All questions are welcome irrespective of the criticality so you are free to ask anything related to SRM.
The vendor will not get updated in the shopping cart if you assign a vendor at the time of sourcing while creating a P.O. The same can be checked out by selecting the Source of supply / service agents link in the check status for a particular shopping cart.
The source of supply field will only be populated when you assign the vendor at the shopping cart level and not during the P.O creation.
Hope this will make you clear.
