Urgent PO short fall information

Hi all,
Here suppose i create one PO of 10 Quantity. And i received 5 quantity of it.

Here i want to close PO in Short fall. So i will go to ME22N and in Delivery Tab i will select Delivery Completed.
So how it will effect for further process. What about rest remaining amount? how it will show in report?

hi,
when u short close the po, by delivert completion tick, u r po shall not show in open list of PO's (WE101- selection parameter).
how ever u can create the GR by mentioning the same PO.
the best option is to manually reduce the PO qty, or mention the last delivery date in PO, along with short closing be activating the delivery completion tick

  • Urgent.... How to close short fall service PO?

    Hi All,
I created one Service PO of 1 quantity. And i received 0.80 Quantity of total PO.
Now i am not going to receive further 0.2 Quantity. And i want to complete this PO.
So how i can make it like Delivery Completed PO. Where i will select option for this or what is process for this.
    Regards,
    Zubin

    Hi,
You can actually set the Final Entry Sheet Indicator for the Service Entry sheet that has consumed 0.80 Qty in the ML81N transaction, which will in turn set the Delivery Completed Indicator in the PO.
Hope the above information would be of help to you.

  • Issue on urgent priority short dialing intra cluster

    Hello All,
I have an issue with short daling within the cluster, It seems CUCM takes 6 seconds to make the second phone ring even when a TP with urgent priority is hit. As fas as my observation appropriate translation pattern hit and it actions as soon as the user presses the digits, but cucm takes time in searching the called number and it finds the number only after 6 seconds and the phone rings. There is no issues with enblock dialling.
    Configuration: CUCM 8.5.1
    ANI : 3573257
    DNIS : 3573258
    * Cisco 7942 (3573257 in partition2 dialls 3 2 5 8) --> 3XXX TP with urgent priority, prefix 357 in partiotion1 --> Cisco 7942 (3573258 in partition2 phone      rings after 6 seconds)
    * Both the phone are under the same subscriber.
    * If I do enblock dialling I dont see any issues.
    Changes happened:
The issue happened after the site has been undegone some phones, partiotion, CSS and gateway changes with regard to implementing logical partitioning.
Kindly help me on this issue, earlier called phone rings as soon as the user do 4 digit short dial but now it has 6 seconds delay. I can post if you need the CCM traces here.

    I checked your traces.
in Enbloc dialing there is no potential match exist during digit analysis.

  • How to display a short term lock in a view?

    Hello,
I discovered recently the two checkin/checkout modes in sharepoint.
The long term ckeckout that the user choose explicitly to have and the short term check out when the user open an office document for modification.
This article describe the differences between the two modes: http://blogs.technet.com/harikumh/archive/2008/05/28/check-out-feature-of-sharepoint-2007.aspx
The short term checkout is perfect for my client needs. He doesn't want to checkout a document every time he opens it + a lot of user doesn't understand why to check-in a document when they have done their works.
Here is my problem: I would like to display the short term lock in my document library the same way the long term lock information is displayed.
By code I'm able to see who has acquired the lock and if it is a short term or long term lock:
    SPFile.SPCheckOutStatus
The column "CheckedOutBy" in by document library does not display anything for the short term lock. The document icon is not change to display a lock on it.
So I'm searching for an idea, how to be able to display this information in my view?
    Best Regards,
    Py

    Hi,
Theoretically you can do the following:
Create a custom web service based on the object model to get the value of vti_sourcecontrollockexpires metadata of a file remotely.
Create a custom field that display the information in edit and display view based on the of vti_sourcecontrollockexpires metadata using the object model in a label. Create a RenderPattern for the list view that contains a JavaScript block that calls your custom web service to display the short lock information.
I suggest you to read these basic articles that describe the process of custom field type creation:

  • Event Back ground scheduling information

    Hello Guru's
The start variant in the process chain has after event SAPXXXX. This is a user defined event. The process chain first executes the event and then executes the rest of the steps in the process chain. I would like to know the jobs performed by this event. What are the jobs or programs it is executing in the R/3 side and the BW side. And transaction code where we could see the entire code of the events.
Urgent need of the information,Ur Help is appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Sri.

in SM37 , you have a option for based on event to find jobs.. just keep job name * ..at the bottom After ABAP program...you have for event name tooo.. give the event name you are interested in it..and you find out all the jobs that are waiting for this event to trigger.
you would only get event name in SM64 but not detailed info abt programs or jobs in SM64

  • [URGENT] Business Account Closing Issue

I am the owner of a company which uses PAID skype accounts for business purpose. I recebtly received an e-mail from skype that tells me these accpunt are going to be closed (deleted) in 24 hours. Please contact me urgently.
Personally identifiable information redacted for privacy.

Hi, bodyinoita, and welcome to the Community,
Please contact Skype Customer Service to resolve this.  Here is a link to the instruction on how to contact Skype Customer Service via their secure portal: Contact Customer Service
Here are a few extra notes to guide you along the way ...
You will need to proceed through each step, one at a time. Sign on to the Skype website as requested. Choose the subject and topic which most closely matches the item you need assistance with. Then, continue past Step 2 of the instruction where several articles from the FAQ library will appear for you to review, and proceed to Step 3, Continue Support Request (the blue "button" appears at the lower right corner of the website page). You may also skip through Step 4 where you will be referred back here to the Community; no need to do this as the Community is where you started. When you complete the web-form and click Submit, your information is relayed to Skype and you will receive a reply via e-mail unless you are transferred to start an instant message chat session with a Customer Service agent.
If you experience difficulty reaching Skype Customer Service, try again using a different web browser. Also, look to approve a pop-up dialogue box which would connect you to start an instant message chat with a customer service agent. If you have pop-ups blocked in your browser settings, this will also impede reaching an agent.

    Elaine

  • URGENT : I am really pissed now

Dear Blackberry Users & if any one from the company's reading this post, please send a remedy for the problem that I am facing from past few weeks as it's my fourth handset that I got replaced from my dealer becasue of the constant screen flickering problem.
If anyone can suggest why it's happening would be a great help.
My Screen works properly & whenever I compose a message or add a contact or check my pictures,my screen turns full black without any notification & then comes back to its normal position & again after few intervals whenever I use it it turns black again 2-3 times after recovering to its normal state.
Blackberry people & their service center says that it's a hardware manfacture problem & I should go for a replacement. This' my 4th replacement now & I am facing the same problem with my BB Curve 3G,prior handsets that I used were BB 8520 & I faced the same problem.
BLACKBERRY PEOPLE or if there representatives worldwide have read this post of mine,do help me on this as I am tired of replacements.
Just drop me one genuine soluation to it.Earlier I was using my BB curve 8520 which I bought 6 months back & I am happy with it as I have never seen any screen goes blank while using applications.
Some people says it's BB Protect problem, but that can't be justifgied as I use BB Protect already on my 6 month old BB 8520 handset & It's working smoothly without any complaints.
I am really pissed beacuse of this SCREEN automatically going blank while u compose the sms ,add a contact or compose an email or look into pictures.
I need a genuine solution to it as don't give me the **bleep** that I my be pressing the ALT key accidentally as I know how each key functions.
Serious & genuine reply needed urgently.

    Warm Regards,
For Blackberry People & my sampathy to those who are facing the same problem"SCREE BLANK & blinks 2-3 times & comes back to its normal state & the cycle goes on & on as u use ur handset"

    Hi
This is a user-only forum so whilst it might be visited by someone from RIM, it most certainly can't be guaranteed.
That does not mean that a solution to your problems will not be forthcoming; it may well be.
    aman_vashishtha wrote:

There is almost certainly some issue between the OS and an app on THIS device. Just because it hasn't materialised on another device doesn't preclude this being the cause. Whilst themanufacturing process of any kind of product can result in a faulty batch, its pretty inconceivable to believe that you have hit upon that batch.
So, when you get a replacement, do you put the very same copy of the OS back on? (Either personally or at the dealer) and do you load any apps already stored on a backup? Me personally; I would have ditched all apps  and downloaded to PC, a brand new version of the OS after deleting the existing stored OS. Further, I would also delete/uninstall from the PC any trace of any RIM PC software. Then with no remants of the past, I would introduce new copies of the apps, 1 at a time only if the device was fully functioning. Soon as an app screwed the device, I would repeat the entire process WITHOUT that particular app.
There are many versions of the OS available and a vast number of apps; maybe sufficient that no 2 devices are alike.
Anyway, that was srerious and genuine thought and guidance, here is the process:-
This what I did to completely wipe my BB. I wrote this before starting and printed it off.
If your device is functioning, perform a backup now if you haven't already done so saving the file to a place and in a name that you can easily locate on computer.
I then uninstalled DTM and then deleted all other references to BB/Rim in Windows Explorer thus removing the OS for the BB from the computer in order to ensure that the version I would reinstall would be a brand new downloaded version.
Get the latest Desk Top Software (DTS)
    http://us.blackberry.com/apps-software/desktop/?CPID=OTC-DSKTPSW&cp=OTC-DSKTPSW
and install it on the computer.
Get the correct latest version of the OS
    http://us.blackberry.com/support/downloads/download_sites.jsp
    and save it to computer.
If the PC does not recognize the BB, You need to connect the via the USB cable. Then pull the battery from the BB.
With the battery pulled, connect the BlackBerry to the USB connector and as SOON as you see USB-PIN:UNKNOWN hit Next. You have to be quick. From there you can put the battery back in (make sure you install the battery or else when the OS update is completing and the device disconnects from the computer to reboot, it will lose the power provided by the USB connection and you will get an error and have to do it all over again!).
If you don't get it right the first time, try again (unplug from USB, pull battery, connect and hit Next while USB-PIN:Unknown is showing). You have to be fast and the timing is key, so it may take you three or four attempts.
To erase all the data on your BlackBerry device, complete the following steps.
    1) Download JL_Cmder from http://www.4shared.com/get/oqP9V-2Q/JL_Cmder_v19.html
    2) Install JL_Cmder to computer.
    3) Double check you have already backed-up the BB. If you DO NOT, you will lose ALL data.
    4) Make sure the DTS is closed and plug in the BB to computer via USB
    5) Go to the JL_Cmder on your computer and double click it to start. Now,this may take a few tries to connect, so keep trying until it does.
    6) On the first screen, Press any key to continue.
    7) Now, if your device uses a password, enter it now. If not, press "N"
    8) Press 4 to initiate the WIPE
    9) Press "Y" to continue
    10) Now type "blackberry" to continue
    11) On the BB you will see a white screen with a'507' Error. Don't worry, this is what you want! You are now ready to install the OS.
Launch the new Desk Top Software on the computer
1). On the home screen of the BlackBerry® Desktop Software, click Device > Update my device.
2). Click View Other Versions. Click the version of the new OS you previously downloaded.
3). Click Install. The DTM will install the OS and then provide you with a list of applications to install. If you have had difficulties with an app, do not install it.
Do not disconnect the device until the whole process is completed and the device has rebooted.
After 10 minutes reboot again by removing the battery whilst powered-on and leave it out for a couple of minutes.
Leave it again for 10 minutes. You should now have a fully functioning BB!

  • Sudden Motion Sensor -Disabled after fall?

    Hello.
My Mac Book Pro had a short fall the other day. About a foot onto a carpet. Everything seems to be fine with it other than the Sudden Motion Sensor. System Profiler shows that it is disabled, and SeisMac gets no readings, but the terminal "pmset" shows that is is enabled. I tried turning it off and back on using the terminal commands, but it seemed to make no difference. Thoughts? Is it possible that the fall broke the sensor but nothing else?
    Thanks
15" 2.0GHz Intel Core Duo MacBook Pro   Mac OS X (10.4.8)

It is possible that the drive was actaully damaged from the fall and it can no longer enable SMS. You can realisitcally do three things…
    1) Replace the drive yourself
    2) Do nothing
    3) Call AppleCare and tell them that your SMS is not working (whether you tell tham about the fall of not is your business although is in part what the SMS is for)

  • Loss of precision vs loss of information

    Hello,
Can anyone explain to me what is the difference between Loss of precision and Loss of information.
    Thanks in advance,
    Balteo

I think you can say Loss of precision == Loss of
informationWell I be damned, maybe the above's right after all.No.
At least not in the context of the JLS, which this discussion is based.
The terms apply to different things.
Search for the following in the above link.
The results for byte and short lose information about the sign and magnitude of the numeric values and also lose precision.
If I have the number -1.134 and I represent it as -1.100 then precision has been lost. Even though one might also say that information is lost that is not what it means in the JLS. And depending on where the number came from it might not be a loss of information for an application as well (if the number was only accurate to the 10ths place.)
On the other hand converting -1.10 to 1.10 is likely going to be a loss of information in all cases. And it is definitely a loss of information as defined in the JLS.

  • A Long Awaited Complaint.

It’s been around 2 years now that I've been with BT through thick and thin, and if there's one thing I can take away from the experience of this agreed contract, it would be the understanding that, just because they are the leading telecommunications company in the Britain, does not mean that they can replicate their success in the networking market. Actually I would go even further as to say that they are the most abysmal providers that us as UK citizens have to choose from.
    And this is why...
Lets first merit the genius in BT's marketing department who came up with the extraordinary phrase of "Up to <insert speed>". However clever this may have been to BT's success in providing "lightning fast" speeds, it has also been very deceptive and even in the most common of cases, forms of theft. I obliged to the fantastic offer of upgrading my 3mb line to BT's new "Up to 8mb" trap back in 2008, where it all began. My 3mb line quickly shunted down to a 2mb Line with fluctuations in speed and bandwidth matching the seasonal weather in the most frequent of days. Albeit, there were some days that the internet managed to hold a solidified speed for over an hour, but unfortunately for myself, this was limited to the express BT package of 0.5mb, with an upload rate replicating the speed it would take to physically send a small Chinese boy with each individual packet to the corresponding destination. Me being a professional gamer, who relies on the speed of my connection to function fully, it becomes a kind of 'slap in the face' to know that your alleged 'upgrade' has actually sent you back to the 80's.
The ironic thing is, that I don't mind if your packages have become more and more stretched, causing an awful rate to the individual person, I can live with that. What disgusts me the most, is how the company as a whole have attempted to delude the situation, to both their employee's and their customers. I would have no problem, if the renewal stages of my contract involved a phone call from a guy who was at least truthful on the situation.
"Good even Mr. Newman, my names ** from BT, I would just like to inform you on some changed within the operations of BT's internet service providence. No sir, we no longer run the fixated speeds that you are accustom too, as we have now enforced these new distance related speed markers, which will vastly benefit most people living in a detached house, built directly upon a BT exchange. Yes Mr. Newman, there is no conversion cost, you merely have to sign up to our new package with your consent. What is this package called you say?, well for you sir, we can offer you "Up to *bleep* All MB" for £19.99 a month. Oh thank you for your cooperation sir, have a good day"
Now that would be a lovely, honest conversation to participate in. One that when it ends, you don't feel as if your wallet is slowly dissipating, without you realising it. However, I must indeed move on before the prolific nature of my language escalates out of control. The next daunting aspect of what I now call "the BT all in one service", is the personnel within the technician side of the Customer Helpline. Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but does the word "technician" indicate that the individual waving this banner may have the slightest inclination as to how the inner workings of both the components used to connect to the internet and of the service they provide? Well I'll be damned. **** When I call up asking why at 4 pm my BT home hub duplo edition is now displaying the colours of the rainbow, I don't expect to be asked questions such as "What operating system am I using?", and whether or not I have rebooted my PC within the last 31 years. However, believe it or not, this isn't what makes me lose sleep at nights, because if there's one thing that any educated person looking for a timely response hates more than an idiotic question, is being introduced to a *** that has been programmed to automate responses according to your queries.
"Thanks for calling BT customer support, could I please take your first and last name?"
No ***, this is my 16th call today and for once, I don't think that the first line of my address Is really going to change the outcome of the 16th line-test you've run today. What happened to asking questions to human beings and been given a response that relates somewhat to an individual’s human intuition. ***
The next stage of BT's customer support line involves the procedural distribution of *** to the problematic household. Now, due to my father’s in depth knowledge of electronic wiring, I highly doubted the possibility of the fault being related to my individual household. Nevertheless, I proceeded with the booking of Mr. Fantastic’s time and waited patiently. When Joe Pasquale turned up, he found it irrelevant to even check the wiring of my house or even that of the router and the machines connected to it. Instead, the genius concluded that it was the main sockets "out of date" box that was causing the interference. Fair enough, me not being the most IT fluent child at the time, I allowed him to dismantle our main BT socket and install a new one free of charge, how wonderful. Once installed, he insisted that he was popping outdoors to check the exchange's currently set IP profile on my line, which could be a further problem limiting my connection. An hour passed, then a second... "Oh, I don't think he's coming back, let my just screw the new socket back on myself". Not only was this the most poor and unprofessional IT support ever given to me in person, but it was also completely incorrect. The wiring within the newly installed socket was completely disjointed with many cables being wired together with the incorrect colour pattern, meaning that our phone line was disabled for a day. 'No problem, I’ll get dad to fix it'
Of course, no positive changes occurred to my speeds, or to the random downtime events that occur. The placebo of sending out a technician obviously didn't tick the box in my books and unfortunately this is where I'm left now. I'm currently a student who is on the verge of moving out to a university that will obviously supply an internet connection far superior to what BT can offer to a home location. However, my parents and brothers who spend multiple ours surfing the net in a care free manner are being taking for what us southerners call "a ride". If there's one thing that I'm going to be demolishing before I leave, it will most certainly be the contract that I have so longingly wished to break in endless nights of rage. However, I will also attempt one more thing before I go...
A very relevant quote from the recent film "law Abiding Citizen":
"I'm gonna pull the whole thing down. I'm gonna bring the whole *bleep* diseased, corrupt temple down on your head. It's gonna be biblical."
Thanks for a wonderful two years,

    I would echo these sentiments.
I've been a "valued" BT Customer for between 3 - 6 years through various residencies.
As I became more reliant on my home broadband and became more aware of some of it's short falls, I found the response from BT to be occassionally brilliant (once), but mostly completely inadequate.
During this day and for the recent past, my internet decides to disconnect & reconnect frequently, without warning. This can be a nightmare when I am working from home but do I feel confident that I can call BT to have the matter resolved, no. I gave up on phoning BT after the last episodes I was put through. The only time I know find my phonecalls to BT to be easy and straightforward, is if I have to contact their billing department to make a payment. In these instances, there's absolutely no slouching or errors made.
My connection "ping" that I have to endure is somewhat frustrating and this leads me to my main encounters with BT..........
After completing some research, I once phoned to request that Interleaving be disabled on my broadband. Five phonecalls and 8 persons later, I finally got through to someone that knew what I was talking about, it was arranged, carried out and I was very happy.
Roll on a few months, and due to issues surrounding billing and account changes, BT decided to cancel my account. When i received this letter I phoned immediately, explained the situation and offered payment for any arrears there and then. I was responded to with something along the lines of "We have to follow protocol" and they proceeded to Cancel both my Broadband line & Home phoneline, and then put me through to another department so that I could then order a brand New package identicle to that which I had literally just cancelled. This meant that I had to wait a week on line tests etc again and something that I found even more moronic... a new router package, when clearly I already had one - which was working 5 minutes ago.... So they were obviously costing themselves money, but i suppose protocol is protocol.
From my "New" service was set up, my broadband wasn't great and I again phoned to ask if Interleaving could be turned off. This time I literally made and received over 20 phonecalls on the matter. They ranged from people not knowing what it was, people telling me to reboot, to try a different wire and then thankfully some people putting me through to their Technical Department. Each person I then spoke to in the Tech department checked my line and told me they would phone me back, i would sometimes receive a phonecall and they would tell me that interleaving would be disabled within 3-5 days. 5 Days later I would phone back and either there was no record of me phoning, or I would go through the whole procedure again (which involves being bounced about to the right department and explaining the whole story...). This happened too many times (at least 4) until I finally just gave up and started looking at other providers for when my contract ends.
I find when I call the call centres and get through to someone with a familiar accent, then I have more chance of achieving a successful outcome to my call. When I get through to the obviously outsourced call centres, you can actually hear them reading from a script rather than listening to bespoke issues and addressing the individual concerns that I raise. If they don't understand them then that would be fine, but at least arrange for someone that does understand to get back to me. And when promises are made to rectify a request (like the interleaving for instance) then i fully expect them to be fulfilled.
It's like when your parents tell you at school when you've done something wrong.... I'm past being annoyed with you, I just feel disappointed and you have let yourself down.

  • Is Business Objects is ROLAP tool?? If access datamart performance Decrease

    Hi Bo gurus,
i am getting good response from u guys. And keeping improving myself through SDN community. And i came with a different question as follows,
we have created datamart from the database,it does not have physical existence.we have created the target tables using data integrator.
Now we use BOXI R3.1 ,created the universe according to the business and generated the reports and dashboards from the datamart. Now whats the problem we are facing is that for generating reports in voyager we short fall of OLAP cube.As voyager can only access OLAP cube not the universe directly like reports.
Now the client have asked why we have not developed the datamart in OLAP cubes. But i replied that for creating universe there is no need of OLAP by using the datamart target tables itself we can create universe and generate reports.
But client says why u have not created in OLAP cube.If i also create which is best method to implement whether MOLAP or ROLAP is best ???
I am trying to convince that ROLAP is best as it can handel large database.
But client is saying if we implement MOLAP performance will be faster....
I have question whether creating universe on the top of OLAP will be faster and make some difference or directly from target tables(datamart-facts & dimension) itself work fine????
I have gone through some of sites telling that Bo is ROLAP tool icon_confused.gif and Cognous is ROLAP tool is that true.....
PLZ Give me some suggestion icon_idea.gif on this....
    Thanks in advance GURUS,

  • Report on Workcenter performance, capacity and requirement

    Hi All,
Could any one tell me how to build a report on workcenter performance and workcenter requirement and Capacity.
Is there any standard cube available for this? I already checked 0PP_C03 and 0PP_C13. I'm not sure whether these will suffice or not?
To calculate that I need to know how to calculate -
    Forecast work,
    Dispatched work,
    Undispatched work,
    Backlog Recovery,
    Short fall/Excess,
    Internal Resource and
    External ResourcePerformance(Overdue/Scheduled),
% of Activities which r in progress & with in schedule time and
% of Activities which r in progress & for which time is confirmed ( with respect to System status)
Does anyone already worked on this? Or could you please suggest me how to calculate the above.
This is an urgent requirement.Your help will be highly appreciated.
    Thanks in advance,
    isha

    Hi Sirisha,
I did work in PP functinal area sometime ago.
We had this kind of requirement, but achieved this through custom development.
Rightnow, the businesscontent is the good step to understand.
I suggest you to approach this as follows:
Take some PP orders, display some of them ..look at the the dates on the order..see if there are confirmations against orders and so on. look at operations and work centers..scrap percentage..so on
then go to RSA3 in R/3 side and give the PP extractor name, look at the key figure values and PP orders, thats how we can link what is in bus.content and our requirement.
If you have any questions, you may ask.
