Use operation in detail stamp
Hi!!
I am using jdeveloper 11.1.1.5
I had dragged and dropped departmentVO as af:table
I had also dragged and dropped EmployeeVO in my DetailStamp of my af:table. While doin so I have an arrow occurs on the left side of my table if i clck the arrow it roles down to see my employeesVO
My Scenario is Instead of the arrow i need an pencil which performs the edit operation that must be present at the right side of my table. If my user clicks the pencil it must roll down to show employeesVO then an changes must be updated in employeesVO
Most impt one is it should not allow the users to chnge in the af:table
How can i perform this couls anyone pls help me!!!

Adf table with detail stamp , not able to close the detail stamp
Hi
i'm using 11g adf jdeveloper.
I'm using adf table to display records of XXXVO.In table i have used detail stamp, in which i have drag XXXVO read-only form and used a ADD button which call a pop-up with createInsert of the XXXVO form with submit button.In pop i have used a drop downlist of other YYYVO. I have used another button Edit which call the same pop-up, using show pop-up.
Issue is when i run the application i can open the detail stamp and close but i couldn't get the selected record on the table in edit mode pop up. if i give partial trigger in pop-up of table id . den i'm getting the selected record in edit pop up. but detail stamp is not working .

Oracle supports the standard application protocol SMTP - it does not support a proprietary protocol like that used by Exchange that only works on the Windows operating system. It however provides you with the flexibility to code this yourself.
If you for example use Microsoft MAPI (Mail Application Programming Interface), you can integrate it with PL/SQL using the external procedure (extproc) feature of Oracle.
In a nutshell, extproc enables you to create PL/SQL wrappers for public DLL calls. I posted sample code that demonstrates this in {message:id=2271919}. The sample code is for calling a DLL interface on HP-UX, but the concept is identical on Windows. -
PO7.31 and BPM: Using Operation Mapping within BPM
Hello everyone!
I am facing an issue while trying the import/execute an Operation Mapping within a BPM. Have a PO 7.31SP07 installation (NWDS also on 7.31 SP07), and the process already have some working interface calls to PI, however still having issue while trying to execute the Operation Mapping:
1. After deploying the process, going to NWA -> SOA tab -> Application and Scenario Communication -> Application Communication -> select the process -> check the "localhost"/WS group for "Local System". The "Processing State" shows the error below:

2. During runtime, when trying to execute the OM automated step, on log viewer:

Please check the configuration details from the NWA. You may have not
assigned the Service Group to a Provider System, or the generation of
the configuration has failed.
3. Carried out the steps from the referenced links below. They are quite similar to each other, however still facing the issue:

Using NetWeaver PI’s Mapping in NetWeaver BPM
- Marked as "local provider" and WS;
4. Tried deleting, creating the automated step aswell reimporting the Operation Mapping.
5. Already reviewed the input/output mapping of the automated activity;
6. On ESR, the mapping works correctly.
7. Tried changing the outbound and inbound Service interfaces for the OM from stateless to stateless XI3.0, as well from synchronous to asynchronous.
At this moment I've completely ran out of ideas. Appreciate if anyone could give any insights, since I am running out of time with this project!

I'm facing the same type of problem.
Why would re-creating the BPM fix this issue ?. I fear I would spend all this effort for nothing.
What does your operation mapping wsdl:service > soap:address look like ? What does your NWA BPM application Communication Configuration look like now - before you had that red light - like I have now.
The WSDL that is generated from the imported Operation Mapping : what end point is expected here. My wsdl:service > soap:address location has a port of 50500 - which does not even exist!. How can it work Does this get automatically deployed onto the Service Registry?.
I have built and deployed this but I get a run time error when it executes the operation mapping. A technical error during invocation: Could not invoke service reference name.
I have seen in the deployed BPM's Application Configuration against the Consumed Service Groups an error against the associated service group

It almost seems that it wants me to publish the end point on the service registry - no idea how....but I none of the blogs and post indicate that I need to fiddle with this at all.

We are using FTP Connection in our SSIS Package which will take a flat file from the sharepath to another FTP Path.
We used SqlServerTableConfiguration to store all the connection. Initally we have stored only the below connection int he
SqlConfiguration table. ie only the server name

In the package properties we have selected "DontSaveSentivity" Option.

The issue should occur because the syntax of the ConnetionString property of the FTP Connection Manager is incorrect. In fact, the ConnectionString property is unnecessary. I suggest that you only use the four properties instead: ServerName, ServerPort,
ServerUserName, and ServerPassword.

Legal Entity Details in place of Operating Unit Detail in PO_STANDARD_XSLFO
Hi all,
I want to replace the Operting Unit name and Address, which is coming on first page of PO output for Communication, by Legal Entity name and Address.
In the XSLFO template above the Operating unit Details they had given the Legal Entity Name and Address(It is Commented).... What i did, i commented the Operating Unit Details and uncommented the Legal Entity details.....
but after doing this i am not getting legal Entity details in PO Output.. Its giving Blank on that place.....
anyone has any idea.. why it is not printing LE details......

I am not adding any extra field from myside.....
LE fields are present in template..... but they are commented there...
Operating Unit Fields are also present there.... But they are uncommented.....
It looks by seeeing the code of Template that we can use LE deatails in place of Operating unit details...
I just did reverse... Uncommented the LE deatails and Commented the Operating unit details...

Error in TCode S_ALR_87013431 "Confirmation Using Operation List" selection
Hello Experts,
I think I have encountered an error in the functionality of the S_ALR_87013431 "Confirmation Using Operation List" in ECC 6.0.
When I select the "collective time confirmation" checkbox, the intended functionality is (form the transaction help) "If you select this field, the report program enters the selection result directly in the collective entry screen, without previously displaying a list of results from which you can reselect."
However, if I check the box, the results still don't appear directly in the collective entry screen, but still as a list of results.
Is there some configuration missing? Have you encountered a similar error?

i think there is some problem with the transaction ,in easy access menu it is displayed as S_ALR_87013431 confirmation with operation selection.
i think same screen it has incorporated
you can use IW48 which fullfil your requirement

Best practices for using the 'cost details' fields

Please could you advise us to the best practices for using the 'cost details' field within Pricing. Currently I cannot find the way to surface the individual Cost Details fields within the Next Generation UI, even with the tick box for 'display both cost and price' ticked. It seems that these get surfaced when the Next Generation UI is turned off, but cannot find them when it is turned on. We can see the 'Pricing Summary' field but this does not fulfill our needs, as some of our services have both recurring and one-off costs.
Attached are some screenshots to further explain the situation.

If you need to configure dynamic pricing that may vary by tenant and/or if you want to set up cost drivers that are service item attributes, you should configure Billing Tables in the Demand Management module in 10.0.
The cost detail functionality in 9.4 will likely be changed to merged with the new pricing feature in 10.0. The current plan is not to bring cost detail into the Service Catalog module. -

Can't log in using Opera or Safari on a Mac
Login to the support forum fails using Opera 10.60 or Safari 5.1.2 on a Mac (OS X 10.7.2). It only works with Firefox 9.0.1. These are all up to date. How come SE has a forum where login is this brittle? What can be done about it? I don't want to have to use a separate browser just to log in to the forum.
I'm having the same problem with Opera 11.61 on Windows 7. When I try to login, the login window just goes to a blank page titled "Widget Callback" and it doesn't close. Logging in using Chrome works fine.
