User exit not getting triggered while creating the vendor

Hi all,
I wanted to extend the idoc(crermas01) according to my reqiurement.
But when I am trying to create a vendor using the IDOC cremas01 the user exit EXIT_SAPLKD01_001 is not getting triggered.
Can anybody tell me the reason why it is happening so...........

Is your Idoc generated after the execution?
Where is you break-point, it is inside EXIT_SAPLKD01_001. Please note FM EXIT_SAPLKD01_001 will not be called unless it is implemented using project (CMOD) and project is active.

we are creating a workflow for PR Release which needed release strategy customization. so we are trying to set the release stratagy by changing the communciation structure CEBAN-USRC1 field.
for this, i had done the following things:
1. SMOD->M06B0005->components->EXIT_SAPLEBND_004->INCLUDE ZXM06U31 (double clicked) wrote few lines of code.
2. CMOD-> created a proj ZMM_PREL->assigned Enhancement M06B0005 under enhancements tab-> EXIT_SAPLEBND_004-> activated all
(User exit, project eveything).
Now my problem is when i create a PR, this user exit does not get triggered at all. I am working on ECC6.0 the same code which i did in Ecc5.0 for my previous client is still working fine.
Can anyone please guide me where i might have gone wrong?

HAve u verifiyed that the user-exit u r using is triggered whenever u create ou PR.?
First of all u have to put breakpoints at each and every user-exits provided for that transaction, then check which user exit is getting triggered when u carete ur PR. and thenafter write ur code in this user-exit only.

User-exit not getting triggered in VA32

Hello Experts,
Iu2019ve a requirement and Iu2019m working on Change Scheduling Agreement u2018t-code VA32u2019. According to requirement I need to capture all header data and data in Sales, Item Overview, Item Detail and Ordering party tabs. Iu2019ve set the break points in almost all the user-exits but only one FM (EXIT_SAPLV45L_002) of exit u2018V45L0001u2019 is getting trigger. Even though other exits/FM has all the tables as import/export parameters which I need but they are not getting triggered. Can anybody please tell me which user-exit / BADI I should use to capture the required data?

Thanks a lot Vijay for you reply. Iu2019ve seen user exits of MV45AFZZ include and looks like USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE is the correct user exit. But I havenu2019t use Includes before can you or anybody else please tell me how to write code in include. I know how to search an include in a program but not sure how to add code in the user exit.

User Exit not getting Triggered in Quality Server

Hi,
In FM 'IDOC_INPUT_DESADV' Iam using an User Exit 'EXIT_SAPLEINM_006' ,
which is getting triggered in Development server.But when I moved it to Quality,
The User Exit is not getting triggered.Thou the Exit is assigned to Enhancement
and that in turn is assigned to Project, still the problem persists.
Can any one suggest me what could be the problem.

Check the Project of that enhancement is active or not. not the enhancement.

Outbound IDOC not getting triggered while new master data is created

Hi Experts,
I am trying to trigger an outbound idoc for Cost Center master data when ever cost center is being created or cost center is being changed. (Usinf COSMAS)
I have successfully made use of change pointers and now able to trigger the idoc when ever Cost Center is getting changed. But while creating new Cost center, IDOC is not getting triggered.
I used the function module MASTERIDOC_CREATE_SMD_COSMAS for triggering the idoc.
Could one of you please let me what would have gone wrong? Since IDOC is getting triggered while changing the master data but not getting triggered while creating new master data.

Hello,
when you activate BD21 for a message type, it creates a entry in the SAP tables. that these Cost Centers have been sent already and any susequent changes to this will trigger a IDoc.
As for BD16, scheduling it wont help as, you need to specify the selection criteria, and i do not see how you will be able to dynamically get the selection criteria.
Try BD95, and BD59 to create a change pointer for a field, so when ever this fields is modified (new/updated) an idoc will be triggered.

Getting error while creating the variable of Schema Element type

Hi everybody,
For creating a variable of schema element type I am doing the following steps...
Select 'Variables' after right clicking on bpel process. IN this window, go to 'Create VAriable' then select 'Element' type. Now in Type Choose, I expanded the my imported schema files. And selected a element type, then click ok to create this variable... I am getting the message...
IN ORDER TO SAVE IMPORTED WSDL/SCHEMA FILES, YOU MUST HAVE A PARTNER LINK LOCATED UNDER THE CURRENT PROJECT DIRECTORY.
What is mean by that.
I have imported the schema files in project. AFter that I have imported them into the WSDL also. Now why I am getting error while creating the variable. However I can create variable directly in .BPEL file then everything is fine. And it is working also. But what is mean with the above error? Why I am not able to create variable through GUI?

The idea is that the jdeveloper is not very good working with directories with spaces on the directory name. If you move all your work to a directory without spaces, it will work smoothly. At least, it had worked for me.

IDOC - Function Exit not getting triggered

I am doing an inbound IDOC for the message type WMMBXY and using basic type WMMBID02.
This is for goods movement based on PO.
I am doing an enhancement in the includeof the function module exit EXIT_SAPLLMDE_002.
This exit is supposed to get triggered for the message type WMMBXY.
when i tested the idoc in we19 it is sucessfully getting posted. I want to check my code in EXIT_SAPLLMDE_002. I have set breakpoint and tested using we19. But this is not getting triggered. But the idoc is getting sucessfully posted but with a status message 56 An inbound partner profile could not be found( I am not sure if this has something to do with above problem).

Did you attach your exit to a CMOD project and activated the same(CMOD transaction)?
The error you see regarding the partner profiles is probably due to the non existance of a partner profile for your idoc type in we20 transaction.
Maintain the inbound partner profile in we20 transacttion.

Print program is not getting triggered when saving the application

Hi all,
My requirement is when i save the invoice using VF01 the print program should get triggered.
The print program is not getting triggered when saving the application even when i have configured the outtype and have attached the print program.
The setting "send immediately (when saving application)" is also checked.
I need to configure it for VF01 transaction.
The error message displayed was " please maintain output device in master data".

1. Defining Access Sequence(can use existing).
2. Defining Output Condition Type(can use existing). - Assigning the Driver Program and Form in processing routine.
3. Output Determination Procedure
4. Assign Output Procedure to Billing Types

Try the following in the ERP backend system:
Standard Hierarchy Inconsistencies
Issue: one Cost Center is repeating in more than one node in Cost Center Standard Hierarchy.
Update from SAP Global support, the following was the email received:
in transaction KSH3 please run both the ambiguity and completeness check(Menu -> Extras -> Check and Help functions).
If you think that your standard hierarchy is inconsistent you can check that as following:
Run transaction Extras -> Hierarchy - Master data -> Test. The result shows you if there are in consistencies. If that is the case run also Extras -> Hierarchy - Master data -> Comparison.
Alternatively, you can run the report 'RKCORRH1' (TN SE38).
Run both the Hierarchy->Master data->test and the
Hierarchy->Master data->comparison.
As stated above inconsistency message showed after Test. Run the comparison and you get a similar message.
Once the above two are run, again when you go to test, the inconsistency disappears.

But, the new pricing is not updated with the updated pricing procedure.

After installation I opened the Dot Net connector proxy client wizard . I followed the series of step during Dot Net connector configuration:
1. selected the SAP connector.
2. The next screen 'Enter Logon Information' comes where i entered the following information System as 'custom', host='IP address', Id='00' but by default it turns to '0' , client='800', user='user id' and password ='password'.
3. After clicking on Next button i am successfully logon into the SAP system.
4. The next screen in the wizard is 'selectall the remote function modules that you want to be part of your proxy object'. After selecting the SAP tables and clicked on Next button I am getting following error

User exit which gets triggered when a line item is deleted in va02

Hello all,
I am unable to find a User exit which gets trigerred when i delete a line item from va02.If I use the User Exits for saving data in Include MV45AFZZ the screen field VBAP-POSNR for line item is not getting accessed.All i need to compare the line item texts. Which means if any of these texts change then i need to write my logic. But the screen field name for all the texts is the same.Please guide me.

Whever you perform any actions on the line item, we have the user exit in MV45AFZZ, userexitxvbap. Whenever the the item is deleted the UPDKZ value in XVBAP value is set to 'D', else since you are using the transaction VA02, any change is recorded in YVBAP(for old values) and XVBAP(for new values), so using this two internal table you can write any necessary logic.
