User exit which gets triggered when a line item is deleted in va02

Hello all,
I am unable to find a User exit which gets trigerred when i delete a line item from va02.If I use the User Exits for saving data in Include MV45AFZZ the screen field VBAP-POSNR for line item is not getting accessed.All i need to compare the line item texts. Which means if any of these texts change then i need to write my logic. But the screen field name for all the texts is the same.Please guide me.

Whever you perform any actions on the line item, we have the user exit in MV45AFZZ, userexitxvbap. Whenever the the item is deleted the UPDKZ value in XVBAP value is set to 'D', else since you are using the transaction VA02, any change is recorded in YVBAP(for old values) and XVBAP(for new values), so using this two internal table you can write any necessary logic.

User Exit not getting triggered

Dear all,
we are creating a workflow for PR Release which needed release strategy customization. so we are trying to set the release stratagy by changing the communciation structure CEBAN-USRC1 field.
for this, i had done the following things:
1. SMOD->M06B0005->components->EXIT_SAPLEBND_004->INCLUDE ZXM06U31 (double clicked) wrote few lines of code.
2. CMOD-> created a proj ZMM_PREL->assigned Enhancement M06B0005 under enhancements tab-> EXIT_SAPLEBND_004-> activated all
(User exit, project eveything).
Now my problem is when i create a PR, this user exit does not get triggered at all. I am working on ECC6.0 the same code which i did in Ecc5.0 for my previous client is still working fine.
Can anyone please guide me where i might have gone wrong?

HAve u verifiyed that the user-exit u r using is triggered whenever u create ou PR.?
First of all u have to put breakpoints at each and every user-exits provided for that transaction, then check which user exit is getting triggered when u carete ur PR. and thenafter write ur code in this user-exit only.

User Exit RV60AFZZ not Triggered When Processing IDOC

Yes I'm creating invoice using delivery orders, inside the idoc function module I'm using bdc call transaction vf01 but somehow it does not trigger the user exit.
But when I do manual vf01 in sap, the user exit is getting triggered.
I cant figure out why this is the behavior of sap.

What is the Transaction or Program which gets triggered when file has been placed on application server to generate the Inbound IDoc from the same.
Please let me know the procedure to automate the process of generating Inbound IDoc when the file has been placed in application server path...

MASTER_IDOC_DISTRIBUTE fm is used to create a IDOC for outbound & for inbound
try this
you can use master_ale_distribute function module to create the idoc.but before that you need to populate two internal table to pass in to this function module.
1.it_edidc = this internal table tells the port,partner profile etc.this internal table having the same structure of edidc table
2,second you create the internal table conatains the data records.this table got the the structure of edid4.
3.populate these two internal table and pass this to this function module
4.you can populate the second internal table from your flat file by writing some upload program

User Exit during Sales Order Creation - New Line Item needed

I have a situation during the process of sales order creation. If a Material in a line item has say 27 EA and the Base Unit is EA. But the Sales Unit is CSE. Then whenever the user enters 27 EA and presses enter he should get two line items.
The first line item needs to convert to maximum number of CSE posible and the rest will be the second line item with the remaining EA. The order isn't important but that is what is needed. Question is how do I approach this problem and code my user exit accordingly and where do I code it.
I was looking at SAPMV45A and saw the program MV45AIZZ which is meant as a user exit for any PAI event handling. If anybody has encountered this kind of requirement can you please share your view on this.

The requirement is as follows :
PART 1:
Sales Order Enter:
1.     When a line item is entered on a sales order (VA01 or VA02), at enter, check the sales unit of measure (VBAP-VRKME).
     Do not check line items where item category (VBAP-PSTYV) = TANN, TAPS or ZTAP. TANN are free goods that should not be considered for consolidation. TAPS & ZTAP are lower level materials as a result of product selection. They will be attached to a higher-level material with an item category of TAX, which is relevant for consolidation.
     Do not check items where VRKME <> EA
2.     If VRKME = EA, go to MARM for MATNR.
3.     Go to record where alternate unit of measure (MEINH) = CSE, get the value from the numerator field (UMREZ).
4.     Divide the order quantity (VBEP-WMENG) by UMREZ.
5.     If the result is greater than 1.0, the customer has ordered more than one case and a new line item needs to be added to the sales order for the case quantity.
6.     Add a new line to VBAP for the same material with the case quantity. If not a whole value, the remainder of eaches (bottles) should update the qty on the first item on VBAP.
     Part 1 is relevant for order types ZCA, ZOR, ZSO, RE, ZSM
PART 2:
Batch Job to run prior to the Delivery Due List:
1.     Read VBUK for Delivery Status (LFSTK) = A (delivery not processed). Get all of the document numbers (VBELN).
2.     Go to VBEP for those document numbers to get the goods issue date for the order. There will be many records in VBEP for the same sales order. Look at all orders with a goods issue date (WADAT) of next day.
3.     Go to VBAK for those document numbers to see if there are multiple sales orders for the same Sold To party (KUNNR).
4.     For customers who have more than one order in VBAK, search all line items (for all orders). If there are no duplicate materials across sales orders, do nothing.
     Do not check line items where item category (VBAP-PSTYV) = TANN, TAPS or ZTAP. TANN are free goods that should not be considered for consolidation. TAPS & ZTAP are lower level materials as a result of product selection. They will be attached to a higher-level material with an item category of TAX, which is relevant for consolidation.
     Do not check line items where reason for rejection (VBAP-ABGRU) is not blank
5.     If there are duplicate materials, go through the same logic as in part 1. If the quantity across the sales orders adds up to greater than one case, add the appropriate quantity to a new line item on the first sales order.   If there is a remainder qty, update the line item on the first sales order with this qty. In this case, the quantities on the second sales order needs to be closed out with a reason for rejection code of 50, Line Item Consolidation. If there is no remainder, update the qty on this item directly.
     Part 2 is relevant for order types ZOR, ZCA, ZSM
     This batch job will have to be run manually for Day Pick orders. The end of this program should automatically kick off the delivery due list for Day Pick orders, shipping condition 02.
Business Justification:
The business requires that like order line items be consolidated to one line item prior to the order going to the warehouse for picking. This will aid in picking at the warehouse as well as result in the customer invoice not reflecting more than one line item for the same material. In the case where the customer has truly ordered more than a case, i.e;, 1 case, 2 bottles, the documents in SAP will still reflect 2 lines.

Which user-exit or BAPI triggered when a schedule line is changed

Does anyone know which user-exit, enhancement or BAPI is triggered when we do change on schedule line item?
Let's say, I have two line schedule line item, then I do change for delivery date. After triggered "Item Availability" button, system will accumulate confirmed Qty on first line and second line into first line. And then the second line will remain zero.
I need to know, which enhancement or user exit or any standard FM do this process.
I searched, but not found any user exit or enhancement that will go through.

But, the new pricing is not updated with the updated pricing procedure.

User Exit not getting Triggered in Quality Server

Hi,
In FM 'IDOC_INPUT_DESADV' Iam using an User Exit 'EXIT_SAPLEINM_006' ,
which is getting triggered in Development server.But when I moved it to Quality,
The User Exit is not getting triggered.Thou the Exit is assigned to Enhancement
and that in turn is assigned to Project, still the problem persists.
Can any one suggest me what could be the problem.

User-exit not getting triggered in VA32

Hello Experts,
Iu2019ve a requirement and Iu2019m working on Change Scheduling Agreement u2018t-code VA32u2019. According to requirement I need to capture all header data and data in Sales, Item Overview, Item Detail and Ordering party tabs. Iu2019ve set the break points in almost all the user-exits but only one FM (EXIT_SAPLV45L_002) of exit u2018V45L0001u2019 is getting trigger. Even though other exits/FM has all the tables as import/export parameters which I need but they are not getting triggered. Can anybody please tell me which user-exit / BADI I should use to capture the required data?

But I havenu2019t use Includes before can you or anybody else please tell me how to write code in include. I know how to search an include in a program but not sure how to add code in the user exit.

User exit not getting triggered while creating the vendor

I wanted to extend the idoc(crermas01) according to my reqiurement.
But when I am trying to create a vendor using the IDOC cremas01 the user exit EXIT_SAPLKD01_001 is not getting triggered.
Can anybody tell me the reason why it is happening so...........

Is your Idoc generated after the execution?
Where is you break-point, it is inside EXIT_SAPLKD01_001. Please note FM EXIT_SAPLKD01_001 will not be called unless it is implemented using project (CMOD) and project is active.
