User exit to open field for change / ready for input in delivery

Hi !
We need to open a field for change / ready for input in the header level of a delivery after it has been goods issued. Is there a BADi / User exit that can open a field for change / ready for input in the delivery after the delivery has been goods issued ?

Hi,
As per the SAP Process it is not recommendable to edit the closed delivery. In order edit the devlivery you have to cancel the post goods issue and then update the same.
So there is a option like in PBO user-exits, we can force the status fields values and open up the delivery fields. But this would lead to inconsitency.
If you are updating just any information, you can always use the Text fields in header or items to update at any time of delivery processing.

I am using user exit MM06E005 - Customer fields in purchasing document to validate the line items in PO and display the value at header level.
My requirement is when the user enters the line items and press enter the validated value should get populated at header level.I had included a tab (customer tab) in that the value should get displayed.
likewise for each and every line items the value should keep on changing.
And
I the field that i had added at header shows the value during the save but once we come out and enter again,it is not displaying the same.

Indeed the exit which you have specified MM06E005 comprises the enhancement for customizing fields and screens associated with it. may be you might not have activated the screen associated with the exit. the screen might have been created but missed while activating.

I think you're seeing standard SAP behavior. However, a discussion with your SD/LE functional team member might be beneficial. Personally, I don't think SAP supplies a way to "add back" to that quote. However, you might develop something that changes the quantity on the quote (essentially adds to the original quantity), based on the fact that a SO line got rejected.

Table to look for change documents for users

Looking at another of Tracy's other post (http://scn.sap.com/thread/3598947) she's trying to use ACL. Hence needing to know the tables to write joins/queries to hit tables within ACL
I've seen ACL used and have had the fun experience of Auditors using Google to find tables to perform checks on without context of what has actually been implemented in their particular system.

User Exit: AFAR0002. How to change value in field: ANLC - NAFAP?

At the moment I am working on custom Depreciation Key for which the depreciation for period (and subperiods) will be recounted and taken into account for depreciation posting.
I try to use exit AFAR0002 for this purpose.
I am able to count and change the value of depreciation for each subperiods. The problem is, that I cannot change the value of "Ordinary depreciation that is planned for the asset in the current fiscal year" for the pierod '000'. Due to this, in the last period of the current fiscal year system tries to reverse the sum of planned depreciation in previous subperiods. It simply tries to meet the "planned depreciation for fiscal year' with the sum of planned depreciation for subperiods.
example:
ANLC-NAFAP = 100.
Active Asset value = 1000
Depreciation for periods:
001     ->     -50
002     ->     -50
003     ->     -50
004     ->     -50
005     ->     -50
006     ->     -50
007     ->     -50
008     ->     -50
009     ->     -50
010     ->     -50
011     ->     -50
*012     ->     450
planned value -> -100
The questions are:
1. is it possible to change value in ANLC-NAFAP in this exit
2. How it sould be done.

I had run AFAR. The report changed to '0' the value of ANLC-NAFAP field - sth changed - thanks.
But I still have a problem to set this value to the sum of planned depreciation for each month. At the moment, in the last period the system tries to reverse all planned "sub"depreciation to '0' in total.
Is it any additional condition that has to be fulfilled in order to change the value of "Ordinary depreciation that is planned for the asset in the current fiscal year" for the pierod '000'?

MIGO Field display to ready for Input

Hi,
Field EBELN purchase order is made mandatory for movement type 541
When i am doing MB1B its ready for input
But when i am trying to post 541 using MIGO the field is display only
I tried Enjoy settings for MIGO but the field is not available in modifiable or influencing node
Is there any way i can add the field or other workaround solution?

The requirement here is to track the link between 541 and 542 ,
The processor PO is updated by user in PO field and also added the vendor field (custom) which is again updated by user
while doing 541 on saving exit finds out the latest PO number for combination of Vendor and material and updates it in one field
Hence 541 document always contain the processor PO ,and vendor PO
Normally client use MB1B for this but , if required MIGO can not be used because of this PO field constrain

User-exit that triggers everytime I change a line item and change condition

Hello Experts,
We are encountering an error wherein when we create a return order with reference
to an invoice and we create multiple line items with the same material, the succeeding
line items points to the wrong conditions in the reference invoice. Below is an example:
Original Sales Invoice 3010002390
Line Item No.     SKU          Quantity     Total Rebate Discount          Per Unit Rebate Discount
10          100315          10               128.07                    12.81
20          106666          10               128.07                    12.81

Return Order 1120000402 (repeatedly created with reference to the same sales invoice number)

For Return Order line 30, it should have picked the price 12.81 instead it picked 24.39,
which is the same line item with the original sales invoice.
I am using user-exit 'USEREXIT_NEW_PRICING_VBAP' and it triggers everytime I change the quantity of a line item.
But I tried to change the values in XKOMV and put 'U' in UPDKZ but it doesnt reflect when I view it.

PO User Exit to Populate Field Validity End During Creation

Hi Gurus,
I'm currently designing a program that will perform auto-deletion of Purchase Orders that have no GRs after the latest Delivery Date of the PO line items. Our client is very strict in managing their purchasing activities hence the requirement. I'm planning to use the Validity End field on the Header level of the PO. Now, what I want to happen is that during PO creation (whether via ME59 or ME21N), a user exit will auto-populate the Validity End field using a pre-defined formula that will add a couple of days (buffer) to the delivery date.
Is there such a user exit that can auto-populate Validity Start and Validity End?

I have a custom z table with a z field in it. This z field is linked with t800d data base table. when a report is executed using this t800d table they want text data from the z field, but it is not displaying . they said the possible solution would be defining a user exit. how can i do this?

I am working on Outbound IDOC interface for VA02 and VA01
I am using ORDERS05 IDOC type
i want to create one custom segment
and i want to fill that custom segment
but i am not able to find user exit to update this custom segment

I think you want to send order response for the orders created via Va01 or edited by Va02
To do this steps are:-
1) Use FM IDOC_OUTPUT_ORDRSP to send order response (ORDERS05)
2) Find the function exits in this Fm using search string as " Call Customer-function".
3) Use include in the exits to write code to append new segments to the IDOC. Look for the Tables parameter in the Exits which are of structure type EDIDD. Insert new Segment details in this table and your IDOC will be generated with required values.
