User exit while creating delivery (VL01N)

Hi Experts,
Is there any User Exit, While creating Outbound Delivery with reference to Sales order using VL01N,subitem cannot be created without the related H.Level item.
So my requirement is:
Check Higher Level Item (VBAP-UEPOS), If Higher Level Item value is set for an item, ensure that the related item that the Higher Level Item value refers to is also on the same delivery. If not, then issue an error that sub item cannot be created without the related HLI item.
How to achieve this, Any user exit ? Help will be appreciated.

When creating delivery , I have to check for some condition and depending upon this condition , the line items must not be included in the delivery .
I have acheived this by BADI LE_SHLP_DELIVERY~SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE.
if suppose any line items gets deleted in the delivery(based upon my condition) , and then if I look at the status of the slaes order(VA03) , it shows partially confirmed at the header level and the item which is rejected(in delivery) shows OPEN .
Can u tell me how to update the status of the sales order header and item level (if any item is deleted) during creation of delivery .

Hi,
Any userexit asks the access key for first time.(Not the case with customer exits). So no probelm. Get the access key from your BASIS team and implement the exit. I wonder that MV50AFZ1 is not implemented yet in your system. Is your SAP system new?
This is the most busy exit (Locked by some one at any time) in most of the systems:)

I think that creating your own VOFM copying requirement from SO to delivery and setting it in copy rules (tcode VTLA) you can achieve. Take an standard as a template and develop the algorithm.

User Exit or Badi for VL01N (before the delivery will be displayed)

Hello Togheter:
I have to change the sort order of the delivery items in VL01N before they will be displayed (not at the moment when they'll be stored on the database). Does anybody know any enhancement or user exit or BADI that i can use for this? I've tried with BADI LE_SHP_DELIVERY_PROC, but there is no methode which I can use for reordering the table XLIPS/LIPS before the delivery will be displayed.

Need to have an user exit for updating Delivery Block indicator for a Sales order Before creating its delivery
I have got an exit in Program SAPMV45A
MV50AFZ1
FORM USEREXIT_REFRESH_DOCUMENT.
that hits before processing the delivery block fro delivery (Correct me if i m wrong with this )
Now i want now how to change the Delivery Block indicator of Sales order in that exit

I am having similar scenario in which while pressing the save button delivery block should update if multiple schedule line exist.
Tried by two different approaches in various user exit without any success.
AFAIK we have two ways to achieve this functionality.
1) Count the no of rows in vbep. If greater than 1 then multiple schedule line exist and we can assign the value to VBAK-LIFSK(delivery block) as per our requirement.
This is not correct. If there are two line items both with single schedule line . This case total no lines in vbep will 2 and above condition will true which is incorrect.
2) There is a indicator for multiple schedule line (VBAPD-EPMEH , xvbap-epmeh ) if it is check then multiple schedule line exist and we can assign the value to VBAK-LIFSK(delivery block) as per our requirement.
If I write code in USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE.
Multiple schedule line indicator is not populate so can not use 2nd approach.
If I write code in USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT it of no use as vbak is updated before reaching this user exit.
If I write code in USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBAK as this user exit is also called while pressing the enter key for this I have use
the condition of fcode but it also fails in some condition.
If fcode eq 'SICH'.
Read table xvbap with key epmeh = 'X'.
IF SY-SUBRC = 0.
VBAK-LIFSK = '03'.
Else.
VBAK-LIFSK = ' '.
Endif.
Endif.
Please help me to get the desired functionality working for all cases.
1) One line item with multiple schedule line
2) Two line item with multiple schedule line
3) One line item having one schedule line and second one having multiple
4)Two line item both with single schedule line.

Error while creating delivery docuemnt

I have scenario of scrap sale, i have created metal sheets as a scrap material & created a sales order
now while creating delivery with VL01N i am getting following error:
Copying is not poss.because an entry is missing in Table TVCPL: ZOR ZLF &

Please guide me how can i proceed in this aspect.

While creating your new order type in VOV8 itself (in your case ZOR copied fron OR) there will be a dialogue box from the system is this entry relevent for copy controls
Have you given no there?
Similarly While creating your new delivery type in OVLK itself (in your case ZLF copied fron LF) there will be a dialogue box from the system is this entry relevent for copy controls
It looks like you have said a no there
Please delete your ZOR from VOV8 and log out of SAP and relog after 1 minute copy all relevent settings correctly
While creating order type itself if you mention that this is relevent for copy controls there is no need to go to VTLA at all automatic updation in VTLA will happen for your new order types

While creating delivery from Project thro CNS0, WBS is not flowing for a Material in delivery, in turn WBS is not flowing in Billing document for same material, in turn not allowing to Post the Billing document to Accounting.
Error while releasing Billing to the Accounting: Accounting Entry is not generated. Error Message:Assign Condition type

User id while creating a purchase order

I would like to know whether there is any option to enter the user id or user name while creating a purchase order. If so could anyone post on how to do that.

If you are creating PO in foreground, you dont have the option of giving user id.
But if you create POs in background using a scheduled job, then when you are scheduling the job, you can overwrite the default user id and give the user id you want. In this case all the POs created by the job, will have the user id created by you.
But if you have to create a PO through background job, you have to give the inputs to PO through some programs may be BDCs or LSMW.

How to handle user exits while using BAPI

HI experts can any one help me on how to handle user exits while using BAPI. Do we need to handle it explicitly or standard BAPI will take care of it??.

If you have added some fields using append structures for screen enhancements, then you have to use appropriate user exits to fill these data while calling BAPI. Some BAPIs have EXTENSION structures to fill the custom data which can be processed using user exists or enhancements.

Update Termination Error while creating Delivery

Hello Experts,
I am trying to create delivery with reference to Standard Order when I click on SAVE I am getting message that delivery is being created. But when I am trying to open the same delivery in change mode I am getting Update termination Error saying delivery not created.
So what I tried doing is while creating delivery I have given Picked quantity and done with PGI then i am able to save the Delivery successfully and table LIKP is also updated. But this is not always that I can do. In my production system, without doing PGI I should able to save Delivery.
Please could anybody help me on this ..is there any SAP notes?
PS: My system is upgraded from ECC 6.0 Ehp2 to ECC 6.0 Ehp7.
