User-exits after a PO is created

Hi Experts,
Is there any User-exit or a BADi which will trigger after a PO is created .....
The requirement is like a shopping cart is created for a catalog item and a PO is created in R3 and an output type EXTERNAL SEND will trigger and will send the smartform as an email to the vendor along with its line item (as we can attach document for each line item) attachments which exists in PO.
My Issue is its sending a mail missing one of the attachments in the PO.

Hi all:
Here is my situation, I want to create a change document object on table SWWWIHEAD, which is the table of workflow items. Whenever a workitem is created, I want to send the information of this item to an webservice outside of ECC.
The first thing come to my thought is the change document, and use the change document to link with an event. But we need to find the place to insert the code of call the function *WRITE_DOCUMENT generated by change document. Are there any one know if there are user exits that I can insert the code after a work item being created or updated?

Dear SAP-community,
I am looking for an user-exit that runs after the creation of a sales order. I need the created VBELN of the sales order and want start some additional functionality which should be triggered directly afetr saving?

I'm looking for a BAdI or user-exit after database commit for MIGO posting. I want to create a FI document after MIGO posting.
I already tried MB_MIGO_BADI BAdI but system gives a short dump. So I have to find a exit or BAdI after database commit.

User-exit after updating PO from Order response ?

Hi All,
We are looking for a user-exit after the Purchase order is updated from an order response.
With this user-exit we would like to trigger a WF to the user to carry out transaction YE22N, with the WF the user(PO creator) can execute and update the PO.
Any feedback, tips would be helpfull and for sure points reward.

Sorry for the confusion., try to explain here.
During the updation of PO from inbound ORDSP IDoc, we have a transaction YE22N to confirm if the changes in ORDSP is accepted or not.
So we would like to automate this so that after the PO is update/saved from ORDSP IDoc, then we can trigger a workflow to send email to the PO creator.
If its still confusing then, "I would like to know if there is a user-exit or if Workflow can be triggered after updating PO" ?

1. Method to implement would be POST.
2. Method POST has parameter IM_HEADER which is in reference to IF_PURCHASE_ORDER_MM.
3. This reference has method GET_CONDITIONS.
4. call this method to get conditions data.
5. Make all the changes based on the logic and use method SET_CONDITIONS to change the values.
User exit will be MM06E005.

User Exit after creation of Production Order

Hello gurus.
I would like to populate a table with the Production Order number once I create the document in transaction CO01. The problem is, I cannot find a user exit that can be executed after I save the Production Order number.
We use internal assignment of production order numbers, so we don't know the number of the document until it's created. I'd like to find a way to be able to get the number of the document, once it's created and add it in a custom table I created.
Is there a User Exit for this? Or maybe an alternative way of achieving this?

I would suggest you to create a custom table and custom program. The program should pick up the all the orders which were created from AFKO table, on successful completion of running the program it should update the custom table with the date and completion time. So next time when this program is run, it should pick up order who's creation date and time is greater than that in the custom table. You can schedule to run this program in background.

User Exit to call program to create IDocs.

Hi All,
For any creation/changes of material master using MM01/MM02 (after save ) one of the user exit will trigger.
From the user exit, I have to call the custom program to create MATMAS IDOCs.
if any failures in changes/creation of material master. It has to roll back eveything created by program.
Please let me know how to achieve this with out calling an event.

There are a number of standard methods to automatically create the IDOC. You can activate the change pointers and depending on need, use BD64 to create a distribution model, and create the necessary WE20 setups to create the outbound IDOC.
If you have to process the IDOC using custom logic, you can define that as well - although it's not clear why you need a custom generating program. You can insert code into one of the IDOC user-exits to manipulate the content if needed. Also, don't overlook the pre-delivered stuff from SAP that provides filtering out of segments and the like.
There are a few good SAP PRess books about doing ALE distribution -- if this is an unfamiliar area, it's worth the cost to buy one -- if you spend any time around IDOCS, you'll appreciate it.

User exit not getting triggered while creating the vendor

I wanted to extend the idoc(crermas01) according to my reqiurement.
But when I am trying to create a vendor using the IDOC cremas01 the user exit EXIT_SAPLKD01_001 is not getting triggered.
Can anybody tell me the reason why it is happening so...........

Is your Idoc generated after the execution?
Where is you break-point, it is inside EXIT_SAPLKD01_001. Please note FM EXIT_SAPLKD01_001 will not be called unless it is implemented using project (CMOD) and project is active.
