Validation of MIGO items with some external data

Dear all
I need to check the items data entered in MIGO with some other data in another table before MIGO document is saved. I have tried MB_DOCUMENT_BADI . But it is not working. Wil anyone help me which badi I should use?

FPBW: Extract Open Items with a posting date in the future

Dear all,
I'm are currently searching for possibilities to extract Open Items with a posting date in the future from SAP IS-U 4.72 into SAP BW 3.5.
Currently I'm using the Business Content extractor 0FC_OP_01 together with the mass transaction FPBW in IS-U.
The problem I'm facing is within the mass transaction FPBW. I've have set the key date at 01.11.2007, but this job already runs for 52.000 seconds on the same database select-statement.
Does anybody know a possible solution to improve the performance of the statement below? (I pasted it from the process overview)

I have already tried to create an index on the following fields (in the same order):
- MANDT           Client
- AUGST           Clearing status
- GPART           Business Partner Number
- AUGDT           Clearing date

When you have created the Restricted keyfigures for Open Items, You have to add the date characteristic on which you are looking open item and add the variable there.Here you have to use a variable of type Interval and select the operator "<" the date of the Variable.If you go through, there are standard variable for keydate, which you can use directly.

How to make a single payment for different open items with same due date

Hi,
I have created a payment method and selected "Payment per due day " option in payment method company code settings.
Even I have selected that option, Payment will not happen grouping for the items with same due date
for ex : I have two open items with one due date and another open item with another due date so when I am trying performing F110 system should make a single payment for the item with same due date and seperate payment for another item.
But system making single payment for all items
Could you please suggest anything how to make a seperate payment with due date.

Please check Vendor Master data: FK02 ->company code data -> Payment transaction accounting: unflag 'individual payment'.
Make a test and let me know if it's okay.

Delivery is pulling items with different delivery dates from sales order

hi all,
i have a sales order with two line items with different delivery dates(eg 1st and 21st). material availability date for them is different. when i tried to create the delivery on 1st it is pulling the 2nd item whose delivery date is on 21st.
where can i control this.

let us take one example>materials A and B,
A delivery date is 22.01.2008(maintained in schedule lines in SO)
B delivery date is 30.01.2008(maintained in schedule lines in SO)
now i want to deliver material A on 22.01.2008
by default system will give you only material A in the item line
material B will not be displaced in the second line item
now i want to deliver material B on 30.01.2008
by default system will show me material B in delivery line item
if in case material A is not delivered then delivery will show you two line items
i.e., Material A and B

BEX - Get Open Items with a key Date

Im working with the Cube and ODS for AR Line items (0FIAR_C03- 0FIAR_O03) and i need to create a report that shows the Open items by Customer with a Key Date.
I did the query that shows all the open items by customer, and i want to know where can i put the filter to input a key date, and only shows the open items until that date.

Select List item with closest upcoming date

Hello!
I am creating a workflow for SharePoint 2010 using SharePoint Designer 2010. I do not have Visual Studio, and then ONLY tool I have is SharePoint Designer 2010.
I have a workflow and need to create a custom variable that is the title field of a Project list item.
The list items needs to be chosen by three criteria -
1) It needs to be an item where the project field = ProjectX
2) It needs to have a status that is not "Complete"
3) Iit needs to be the one where the Start Date is the closest to [Today]
That is, find which task in Project X is the next one to being.
Once again, this must be done in SharePoint Designer 2010, or with calculated columns.

I'm thinking that we can set the default view of this list such that it filters for Start Date >= Today and then sort by Start Date. When the Workflow runs through the list, if it uses the default view, then the first returned item will be what it uses.
I can't test that right now, but I think it's worth a try.

I have check logs then I am getting analytics server connection time out error.
Right now architecture of system having different analytics server and sharepoint server is also different. .
Let us know the better solution due to which i can able to schedule my reports.

MRP output for dual procured item with some existing firmed delivery items

we having an item (eg. A) which is dual procured one (i.e as Local & Subcontracting procurement).Because of capacity constraint at Subcontracting vendor we have negotiated with the Local Vendor in such a way that he will deliver 10000 for Aug, 50000 for Spet & 40000 for Oct & the balance requirement in the respective months should be procured through subcontracting vendor. Also for the above mentioned quantities already PO is created with delivery schedules as above for each month.now the requirement for A is Aug:98000, Sept:150000, Oct:150000, Nov:150000 & Dec:425000 & already there is a P.O for 98000 on Subcontracting vendor whose delivery is in Aug. with these requirements & above receipts (P.O on Local Vendor), we are expecting system to give a PR in Sept on Subcontracting vendor for 100000 piecies. But system is rescheduling the P.O on Local vendor in Oct & giving a PR (Subcontracting) for 60000 piecies. Can any help how should we restrict system not consider the Oct receipt for Sept Month & give a PR (Subcontracting) for 10000 piecies. I have tried the entire scneario with Quota Arrangement also. But system is again considering the Oct's P.O & subtracting the requirement & then splitting the remaining qty as per the Quota.
Can any one help please.

Rescheduling logic can be controlled via customization definitions (transaction OPPQ), in such a way that the system will not consider future receipts, or limit the horizon in which it happens.

Need help with some Coldfusion data structures

Hello,
I need to keep some sort of a list that contains a page, and then that page will have associated with it values. So,
if I have page 1, I may have values 240, 245, 300. Then, on to page 2, and I will have say, 344, 29, etc.
So, what I will have is something that "could maybe" be a 2 dimensional array where one of the elements is a list?
Or, do I set up a struct say, page.number and page.value list, and put that struct in an array?
Plus, the fun part is I have to save this bad boy in session. I've been looking around the web for some examples, no
luck. So, to reiterate:
I have a page number that has to be associated with a list. That entire structure needs to be in an array or list of
some sort, and stored in session.

"To Do" items with deadline dates as an input to iCal

I like the list of To Do's on the left hand side of the iCal window, but it would be more useful if the To Do items with specific due dates would show up in the calendar on the date the To Do is due to be completed.
Is there a way for the To Do items with due dates to automatically be posted directly into the calendar on the dates the items are due for completion? If so, how do I do that?
Appreciate any help or guidance on the organizing of To Do items in general.

no, there is no way to do that. what you can do is set up alarms for your to dos that send you an email or display a popup around the time they are due.

I just updated my latest java but the update is causing problems with some externale devices. So i would like to uninstall this latest java update and get back the previous one. That should solve to problems with my external device

Java 6 you can't as Apple maintains it, and Java 7 you could if you uninstall it and Oracle provides the earlier version which they likely won't his last update fixed 37 remote exploits.
Java broken some software here and there, all you'll have to do is wait for a update from the other parties.

Working with external data

Hi,
does anybody knows if there's a way to include external data within the extension without modifying the code?
Basically I need to deploy my extension using different settings (depending on user credentails).
It would be nice if were possible to inoculate an xml file or expand manifest.xml in order to add some external data without changing code every time.
Is there a right way to do this?

Please help someone to fine tune this query :-
Select ILLITM,ILDOC, ILDCT, ILTRDJ
FROM CRPDTA.F4111
where ILTRDJ in (Select max(ILTRDJ) FROM CRPDTA.F4111);
The above query is returning the latest transaction date with Item details.
But expected output is: Every Item with last transactional date.
Hope I am clear on the above requirement please.

you can use table alias for this

where tab1.ILTRDJ in (Select max(tab2.ILTRDJ) FROM CRPDTA.F4111 tab2);
or if you are using this query inside any PL-SQL block , you can use a variable to hold max(ILTRDJ) and then use this variable in query.

External data

Hi,
I have a speadsheet that is connected to a database ,this spreadsheet was sent to me and when i needed to update it i just click on Update Data (!) on the External Data toolbar in Excel,Can I do the same with staroffice? Also if i need to change anything(i mean some external data) i open Microsoft query within Excel(data-->GetExternalData--->Modify Query)can i do the same with staroffice?

Not knowing what database you're using, I can't be certain, but almost any database on mac or PC will export into a .csv file (comma separated values). And Numbers opens that quite handily.
