Valuation as per sales order

hello everybody,
I want to evaluate the stock as per the condition mentioned below:
Suppose I have 50 Pieces of finished item in the finished goods store, cost of manufacturing per piece is Rs.100/-. So the total cost of this stock is 50*100 = Rs.5000/-.
I want to evaluate the stock as under:
Out of these 50 pieces 30 are alloted to 2 different sales orders. The sales price of the item in sales order A, qty 20 is Rs.200/- and that in sales order B, qty 10 is Rs.300/-. I want the system to calculate the stock value as:
20200 + 10300 + 20*100 = 4000 + 3000 + 2000 = 9000/-
How to configure for this scenario?
effective solutions will be rewarded.

This requirement is need for sending one ASN per PO to some of our customers. Can this be done through configuration. Please give me detailed steps.
    Thanks,

    Dear Kumar,
I think in SAP default it wont possible.
please check any user exits avilble in that scenarios if not you have to develop your own tab to add beside like po from no to to number or from date to to date

  • Default valuation type in sale order

    Hi,
We have some materials which are split valuated. We need to have default valuation type which will appear in the sale order when we create sale order for that material.
At present it looks that SAP does not have any provision to provide the valuation type defaults for sale order.
Does anybody know if we can set up default valuation types for sale order and how to do this?
Thank you for all your help.
    Thanks,
    -Shekhar

    Hi Shekhar
Please check wheteher split valuation is applicable for FG
Coz split valution is used in cases
Split valuation is necessary if, for example:
Stock from in-house production has a different valuation price than externally procured stock.
Stock obtained from one manufacturer is valuated at a different price than stock obtained from another manufacturer.
Different batch stocks of a material have different valuation prices.
Check whether the Valuation Class ,Catogory is assigned to the Valuation area.

  • One Delivery Per Sales Order

    Hi All,
We have a request from a single customer to only recieve one delivery per sales order.  Our usual process is to create an initial delivery when at least 70% of an entire order is filled, and then subsequent orders must be 90% of the remaining open  quantities.  This customer would like us to ship the first order per usual, but after this would like the rest of the order cancelled.
I have seen the "max partial deliveries" in the customer master, but after research and testing have found that this is for the item level only.  Our requirement is to not allow more than one delivery at the header level, not item.  Is this possible through standard configuration?
    Thanks for any help!

    Hi
You can attempt to do two things in order to resolve your issue..
    1. Create a program which will contain a BDC (with the help of your developer) to fill the reason for rejection for all the items in the sales order. The program will pick only sales orders which have a subsequent delivery in the documetn flow (VBFA). You can schedule this as batch job hourly or more frequently depending on the volume of business you do in a day
    2. Secondly, write a code in MV50AFZZ or may be your developer can search fora  suitable customer exit where you will set the status of the document (both header and item) to complete once delivery has been created for a sales order. This could be more complex than the first options because user exits always require extensive and through regression testing to make sure the changes do not affect other business processes.
    Hope this helps

  • Display of valuation type in sales order.

    Hi friends,
In the sales order the Valuation type feild is not being displayed. We wish to update this field manually in a sales order type. Which confiugaration can help me in getting this field activated.

    Hi,
As per your post, I understood,
Zreport has been developed which displays the details of Outgoing Delivery / Invoices & The price differences was trigger  point to create Debit memo request in the background.
In Dedit memo material used is BOM Main item & in addition you want to include the sub item details ( along with Valuation type) in debit memo req-
What could be the reason to include the sub items / valuation type- If you want to include- let the sub items explode in debit memo request rather than entering manually.
Is it working @ present OR to be proposed solution to the client ? if its proposed solution,I would rather suggest you to look for alternatives than going ahead.

  • Inventory Valuation based on Sales Order Costing

    Dear All
My client requirement is the inventory value should happen based on the "Sales Order Cost Estimate"
Kindly give the configuration steps, if it is possible in SAP
    Regards
    Anilkumar

    Hi rback59,
The information you have provided is very clear and accurate. Thank you. I am hoping that you can assist with a related problem I am facing:
We have sales order costing in place with the Material Ledger and multiple valuation. For financial reporting purposes, we have a legal valuation/local currency variant entered in our requirements class (46) and we are using this to value our sales order stock. The problem we are facing is that the requirements class allows us to enter only one costing variant. This means we are not able to create a cost estimate for our two additional valuation views (group and profit centre). As a result, we are forced to use the material standard price in the material master for the group and profit centre views which is not ideal.
Do you know if there is a way to create cost estimates in all 3 valuation views for a single sales order line item?
    Any pointers would be appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Ross

I extand some materials for another plant. i also maintain Valuation class, valuation category and valuation type in material master. When i create sales order and deliver it system is not picking valuation type automatically in delivery document due to which i m not able to do PGI. Please give me suggestion how to resolve it.

  • Valuation Strategy for Sales Order Costing

We are currently using valuated sales order stock in ECC 6.0. The "without valuation strategy field" on the requirements class is not checked. However, the valuation strategy varies for a material and for a sales order. Sometimes it is using valuation strategy 2 - cost from the production order cost estimate - which is desired and other times valuation strategy 3 - cost from the standard price field in the material master - which is not desired. When is the valuation strategy determined for a production order for valuated sales order stock?

Costing Variant is assigned to Requirement class
Requirement class is assigned to Requirement type
Requirement type is assigned to Planning Strategy
Planning strategy is assigned to strategy groups
Strategy group is assigned to MRP3 tab in Material Master
System picks the costing sheet in requirement class
In this way product will be costed for Make to Order sale order costing.

  • Multiple Sales orders in 1 delivery require 1 invoice per sales order

    Good day all,
Our current process utilizes order combination to pack multiple sales order into 1 delivery to reduce freight costs. We have found a drawback to this is that the billing document is being created only for the delivery which shows all of the sales order info but our customers require a billing document for each PO(Sales Order) as the current billing document makes it difficult for them to process. Is there a way to tweak SAP to allow this to occur, packing multiple sales order per delivery but billing is maintained per each sales order. I have search the forums for a while and I have not found an appropriate solution. Thank you for your assistance.

I have search the forums for a while and I have not found an appropriate solution.
Really surprised over this comments !!!!!!!!
Standard SAP creates billing split from the preceding document, if any of the following differs.
    a)  Payer
    b)  Billing Date
    c)  Foreign Trade Data
    d)  Credit Control Area
    e)  Exchange Range (in case of export scenario)
    f)  Actual GI Date from delivery
    g)  Payment Term
    h)  Inco Term
    i)  ITC Code (subject to specific routine)
    j)  Item Division (subject to specific routine)
So if any of these differs in your sale order, definitely it get split and of course, this depends on what routine you maintained in copy control VTFL for the field "Data:VBRK/VBRP".

  • List of invoices past due per sales order

    Hello community,
I am working on a report which is supposed to give me the following data:
Invoices which are past due (invoice #), corresponding sales order # and the consulting manager (CEM) for that sales order. The CEMs are maintained in table VAKPA.
I use table BSID and function module DETERMINE_DUE_DATE to get the invoice numbers, which works fine. However, I can't figure out how to make the connection to the SD side, especially to VAKPA.
There is a sales order number in BSEG for each invoice, but then again I can't join BSEG since it is a cluster table. I can do several nested selects over BSEG to get to the data from VAKPA, but the performance impact is too heavy.
I would think there is a better way to do this. Any suggestions?
    Regards,
    Eric

    Hi
The bill number is in the header data:
    BKPF-AWKEY (and perhaps in BKPF-XBLNR),
Here you can pick up sale order number from item data of bill: VBRP-AUGBEL
So you can pick up your partner from VBPA

  • How to prevent from creating multiple deliveries per sales order

    Hi,
Appreciate your help on the below.,
I do not want the users to create multiple deliveries for a single sales order. They should only be allowed to create one delivery and it can either be a full delivery or a partial delivery.
Is there any possibility in configuration to do this? I checked the customer master configuration, but it is only for sales order line item.. I only need one delivery for the entire order, regardless of whether it included all line items or not.
If the user tries to create a second delivery for the same order, it should ideally give an error message and stop the system from creating the second delivery
    Appreciate your help.
    Thank you.
    Keshini

    Thanks Marian for your feedback.
I tried this again, however it still works only at item level.
Say i have a sales order, with 2 line items with 50 each.
Say i create an delivery for only the first line item for 20, delivery gets created.. It doesnt allow to create the delivery for rest of the 30 on that line item,
However if i try to create a delivery for the second line item, it allows and the delivery gets created.
I only want one single delivery for the entire order.
    Thanks,

  • More than one service Performer per sales order position

    Hallo ByD community
We are using service type "Service - time and material" in our sales orders and we are using the integrated time recording in the self-service (time sheet) to track actual times for an sales order. For that you have to assign a service performer in the sales order position, so that the person is able to enter acutal times for this sales order Now it can happen that not only one person, but a team (or two or more people) has to record times for this sales order position.
is that possible and if not what would you suggest.
F.e.. in project management you can activate time recording for a project task for several people.
    Thank you :-)
    BR

    Hi  lisa ,
It is not possible to enter more than one service performer for a service in sales order .
But you can  perform the service with two people and have two service confirmations.
The time entered in service confirmation will be reflected in invoice only(if time and material).
Also you cannot enter the time sheet with respect to sales order , it is only valid for project task and
    and time types.

  • Deleting all linked documents per sales order/item

We have documents linked to our sales orders/items (which can be seen via CV03N).  I would like to run a batch program to selectively delete all of these linked documents.  There is a function module CV140_LINKS_DELETE that looks will do the trick if you supply DOKAR, DOKNR, DOKVR, DOKTL, DOKOB and OBJKY.  In our case DOKAR is 'ZQN', DOKVR is '00', DOKTL is '0000' DOKOB is 'VBAP' and OBJKY is a combination of sales order/line.  How would DOKNR be filled in if I want to delete all documents?
    Thank you.

In my case, I'm trying to delete the following:
    DOKAR = 'ZQN'
DOKNR = (can have 34 different values ranging from Q01-Q34)
    DOKVR = 00
    DOKTL = 0000
    DOKOB = VBAP
OBJKY = sales order/line - I have this in an internal table I loop thru
My issue is with the DOKNR value.  Is there a way to delete all document links for a sales order/line when you don't have a DOKNR value?

  • Manual quantity allocation per sales order

    Hi All,
    The requirement is as follows.
My client want users to allocate quantity for sales order manually so that they can control quantity allocation for sales orders when there is shortage of stock.
We do not want to use product allocation for this, So can anyone suggest if there is any other way to allocate the stock manually for sales order.
    Thanks in advance,
    JM

    Hi,
This can be acheived by enhancement.
You can use userexit MV45AFZB -userexit_source_determination for this.
You need to maintain the Z-table for all the bottleneck material with confirmation quatity column.
So everytime when you create a sale order for bottleneck material, system will check this table & irrespective of any order quantity, it will confirm the quantities mentioned in the table.
This way you can maintain the logic & fullfil the above requirement
    thank you

  • Delivery Split as per Sales Order Type

    Dear Gurus,
We have 2 sets of Sales Order:
    1) Normal Orders of type ZA1, ZA2, ZA3
    2) Return Orders of type ZR1, ZR2, ZR3
    The requirement is like this:
We want to have combined Deliveries for Normal Orders of type ZA1, ZA2, ZA3 and separate deliveries (i.e. 1 to 1 relationship) for Return Orders of type ZR1, ZR2, ZR3.
    Please help.
    Regards,
    Rakesh

    Option 1:
You can use userexit in mv45afzz to clear "order combination"  flag in return order.
If "order combination" flag is not activated, you always have one-to-one relationship between SO and delivery.
    Option 2:
Delivery split is caused by different delivery header data. (LIKP)
    There is a field LIKP-ZUKRL.
This field can be used to control delivery split.
You just need to set this field in your own copy routine, to decide whether to split the delivery.
    For example:
For return order type, you can fill this field with different value to lead to delivery split
