Verifing membership

I recently changed my membership from the full membership to the photography membership.  I now get a message when I open photoshop that states:  we are having trouble verifying you membership.  I check my account and made required changes but this message still comes up with the amount of remaining days.  Custormer services tells me that my photography membership has been activated.  What should I do now?  I am getting frustrated. Thank you for any help.

    I received an e-mail saying that I need to submit proof of student status within 7 days to verify my eligibility for creative cloud student membership, otherwise my membership will be cancelled.     We are users like you. We have nothing to do with your enrollment. You need to go to the Online Store to formally purchase and pay for the membership.

  • Rewards Account Verification Email

    Good day;
    I was setting up my BestBuy.com account, in which I tried to link my RewardZone Member ID. The verification email was sent to another email, an email I do not know of.
    I have two main doubts:
    1. How can I verify my account if the email was sent to an email that i do not know of?
    2. Does the verification email contain sensitive information such as my account's email and password?

  • A message that reads, "We are having trouble verifying your membership."

    Creative Cloud member.
    When I'd open Photoshop or InDesign recently, a dialog box opens telling me that it's having issues with the verification of my membership.
    I had already called customer support a couple of times and I'm still having the same problem.
    Help please!

    Well, that's no good! Not being able to access your account would certainly make placing an order online difficult, so I can imagine why you'd be concerned.
    I've had the chance to look into this situation and it appears that the reason why you may not have been receiving the verification message is because you have multiple BestBuy.com account, each associated with the same My Best Buy membership number and different e-mail addresses. I've broken the link between your My Best Buy membership and these duplicate accounts and have reset both passwords to address this issue, so please keep an eye on both your inbox and junk mail folders for a password reset notification. When you sign back in, you'll then need to re-link your My Best Buy membership details to the account you wish to keep moving forward.

  • Trying to export 2 hour film-internal verification error

    I'm using After Effects Cs6 with the latest updates... i7-920 16gb ram Win7 64... I'm trying to render the master copy of a 1080p 2 hour film with After Effects... I used Dynamic link to import a Premiere Pro Cs6 sequence... there's no fx other than a levels adjustment...
    Five separate times at random times during the exports the render fails with the following error
    "After effects error: Internal verification failure, sorry! {could not find itemframe we just now checked in}
    No other programs are running...
    Does anyone have any idea what is causing this error? Thank you!

    The source footage is 1920x1080 24fps Sheer Video RGB 10bit .mov files...I'm rendering it to the same format with 16bit 48k audio...
    I've been exporting a few different versions and a few rendered fine but half as many stopped with errors... I've never seen this error either... This part in the error about "just now checked in" made me wonder because I have a Creative Cloud membership on the PC that is rendering... I brought the PC online to authorize Cs6 but it has been offlne ever since.
    Does the creative cloud cs6 software periodically check in with Adobe on the internet and cause errors if there is no internet connection? I'll try bringing the PC online to see if that fixes it.

We've sent a verification email to:" and then, an old email address that I haven't had in years. And, all of the "change your email" windows have the correct address. How do I change the direction of the verification emails?

  • Won't receive verification emails

    Hello, I've been trying to access my account to view my rewards and need to input a verification code. This code never gets sent to my email, however I do receieve other emails from bestbuy. Is there a way to fix this so I can access my account?

    Thank you for taking the time to sign up for the forum and connect with us.
    You should not be having this much trouble while trying to login to your account, which should be a fairly simply process.  As you may read in similar threads on the forum, there are a couple things we can do that should allow you to login to your account.  We will want to temporarily delink your accounts (BestBuy.com and My Best Buy™) and reset your password; however, I would suggest we make sure your information is up-to-date first.
    With that being said, please send me a private message with the information listed below and I will make sure that everything on file is accurate.  We may end up needing to use an alternative email address if you are still unable to login to your account after updating your information, delinking your accounts, and resetting your password.  You can send a private message by clicking on the blue button in my signature that is labeled "Private Message."

  • Changing your verification email

    Ealrier this year i leant my computer out to someone so they could download Creative Cloud for a quick use of looking at Adobe InDesign, she downloaded both but logged into her account of the creative cloud i think, i cannot remember exactly what she but now whenever i download creative cloud for an account i recently bought membership it claims the verification email is sent to this previous persons email address rather than mine and i cannot change this using anything provided so far.

    Which Operating System you are using ?
    Also try deleting opm.db file which may allow you to enter correct email address

    Welcome to the Best Buy forum!
    There is a difference between the verification code need to login to BestBuy.com and the verification email needed to complete the linking process.  If you are able to login to BestBuy.com, then you can just ignore the verification code.  I noticed while looking over your account that you actually have two active My Best Buy™ accounts and one of them is already linked to your BestBuy.com account, which likely explains why you are not receiving the verification email.
    I would suggest that we look into merging your two My Best Buy™ accounts and then linking the primary account to your BestBuy.com account.  As long as the information shared by your two accounts matches, I should have no trouble merging them.   Before we can continue, I will need some additional information from you.  Please send me a private message with the information listed below, by clicking on the blue button in my signature, and I will see what I can do to help.
