View Campaigns for BP outside of Interaction Center CRM 2007 / CRM 7.0

Hi Gurus
When using the Service Professional role for a given BP I would like to know what Campaigns he has been a part of.
It is very easy to view this in the Interaction Centre, but from the Service Professional Role I have not been able to view in CRM 2007.
Does anyone know if this can be doen for CRM 2007 or CRM 7.0

    Hi - After applying support packs we are unable to view confirmations created by users who are assigned a different cost center. I am only able to display confirmations of users who share my cost center.

  • Attachments in Adobe form for ISR in Employee Interaction center

    Hi Experts,
    I have a requirement to attach a document to Adobe form which uses ISR scenario.
    I am using the attachment option of PDF but the attachment is not going through.
    I am using standard ISR scenarion SEIC.
    Can anyone please let me know if there is any other method for attaching the doc. to Adobe form and send the Adobe form to agents inbox using Workflow.

    For first option {1. You may be able to use the custom event in the adobe form, and attach a script routine to this event to link the attachment to the PDF form.}
    Can you please let me know how we can add a custom Event for scripting?
    Also i dont know Java script so can you please provide me any reference from where we can start the coding/ writing a Script to add the attachments.
    For the second option { 2. Trigger a custom process instead of the ISR from the ESS.}
    What custom process can we use. Can we go ahead with HCM forms and processes to achieve the functionality?

    Hi Pulkit,
    it seems that you are using CRM 4.0 because it's closer in CookBook 4.0 then in CB 5.0...?
    There is one transaction which is not mention there, where you have to go and add to your user(or better to say to user which you use to connect to CRM_IC appl) that new profile(Z_COOKBOOK) you created.
    I don't know that transaction by heart, I'll do that tomorow lunch time (CET) tomorow...

  • No pop-ups with partner determination in Interaction Center Web UI

    Hi,
    We are working with SAP CRM 7.0 SP06 and have the following problem.
    In Interaction Center Web UI, when we create a sales order, the partner determination is triggered. But no pop-ups are shown to choose the right business partner. When we use Web UI for different Role (not Interaction Center), then we will get pop-ups to choose.
    So partner determination is alright, but pop-ups are not working for us in Interaction Center.
    I know when using SAP GUI Interaction Center, you have to implement SAP Note 487734 for getting the pop-ups. But this note is not relevant for CRM 7.0 and Web UI.
    Do you know what the problem is?

    In customizing go to:
    Customer Relationship Management => Interaction Center WebClient => Business Transaction => Define Business Transaction Profiles
    Then for your Business Transaction Profile go to 'Business Transaction Dialog Boxes' and mark the 'Allows Dialog Box' field.

    I am looking for any information about the Employee Interaction Center functionality within CRM 5.0.  Has anyone implemented this functionality within CRM 5.0 or customized their CRM 4.0 implementation for this?

    In BI 4.0, We don’t have the option of Interactive mode, the only modes for viewing WebI documents are as follows:
    1) Web:  it is similar to the Interactive mode in XI 3.1. It means that you will use the HTML interface in BI launch pad to create, edit and analyze documents.
    2) Rich Internet Application: This is similar to the Java Report Panel in XI 3.1.
    You are using the Java interface in BI launch pad to create, edit and analyze documents .
    But this requires the download of a Java applet.
    3) Desktop (Windows only): in this case you are using Web Intelligence Desktop to create and edit documents, a standalone interface that works outside the BI launch pad. But this requires an install on your local machine.
    4)  PDF: Same as in BO XI 3.1
    All view modes except PDF, have "Reading" and "Design" mode.
    When you view a WebI document, the default mode is "Reading".
    When you modify a WebI document, the default mode is "Design".
    The user should use the modify option or view > Design, if he wants to modify a report.

  • Session time out up to # hours for Interaction center

    Hi Experts,
    I want increase the web ui session time out up to # hours. I tried using SMICM and Technical Profile. But using these options i could not achieve such long session. I tried using RZ 11 icm keep alive parameter, but the effect will apply for all the applications in the CRM WEB UI. 
    I want do this for only Interaction center application not for all other application in CRM WEB UI .
    Please help me how I can do this.

    Hi Dinesh,
    This cannot be achieved without development enhancements to some standard SAP framework component, to introduce a "keep-alive" concept. If you are using a CMS for CTI or email integration, you need to ensure it supports keeping the communications session alive also.

  • Access sequence for Partner determination -Sales and Interaction Center CRM

    Dear experts,
    We use som transaction types both in our sales (t/c crmd_order) and in Interaction center (t/c CIC0).
    We though want the partner determination to act differently when creating this transaction in sales compared
    to when creating it in the interaction center. For example in the sales process we want the contact persons to be searched from the relationsship of the sold-to party but in customer service we do not want an automatic determination.
    There are some BADIs available that can be used in the access sequences as a source but can they be used to
    switch off some automatic determination when creating the transaction in t/c CIC0 whereas the automatic determination should work when creating the transaction in the sales process ie. t/c crmd_order?

    What we did is to remove the automatic determination on the transaction type that is used both in the sales process and Interaction center/customer service. The partner in question is only determined from the previous document in case you
    create a follow-up document.

    But in supply/demand the datas are showing outside this time limit.For example if I saw today (04-Nov-days),only 10days from today suggested order dates order should show.But it is showing even orders in dec also.Any setup we mssed?
    Please guide us

    First - the basic post installation steps are:
    1. sick t-code need to execute
    2. se06 --> Perform Post-Installation Actions
    3. RZ10 --> Utilities --> Import profiles --> Of active servers
    4. execute sgen T-code --> This will take some time
    5. setup STMS
    6. create client (If custom required)
    7. Take backup of the system
    For the solution manager client you could use the default created '001' client.
    Next you need to run the solman_setup template which 'sets up' the SolMan for usage.

    For installing the ECC system, only a install key(from SMSY) is to be generated from SolMan. But if you want to use the SolMan effectively, suggest you to run the entire solman_setup.

    We currently have Interaction center ( CRM application) integrated in our Portal ( EP 7.0). Due to some issues, we need to create an URL iview for Interaction center instead of a BSP application.
    Pls let me know what parameters should I mention to link interaction center in portal.
    For BSP ivew we just mentioned the application name and the backend alias.
    how wil this work if we need to make it work through URL iview

    I believe its not suggestable to remove that message also as it will be very very serious security threat for your machine,
    try -> tools->Internet options>Security->Local internet ->Custom level->Downloads->
    Automatice
    Automatic prompting for downloads.->enable and try enabling Active X check boxes also give it a try not sure it will work.

  • Accessing CRM Interaction center outside network

    Hi,
    I have a basic question for better understanding.
    We have CRM ISA and CRM Interaction center.
    Our customers are able to log in to the Online Ordering website through Internet.
    But the URL for CRM Interaction center is not working, if I try to log through Internet (It works only if Iam in client network or VPN)
    To me both are channels in CRM and in that case why it is behaving diffrently.
