Hi, i was jsut trying to download a new ringtone through itunes and selexcted BUY. it then came up with a msg about upgrading to IOs before it could download..... Im not that tech savvy and dont even know what Ios is about, so could someone please explain how i download my tones??

You can backup to a Mac or PC via iTunes. Just make sure your iTunes Preferences/Devices is checked so it will NOT AUTOMATICALLY backup/sync when a device is connected. Click on your iPhone and Back it up. This will preserve your iPhones "current" content and settings.
I hope a larger display is in the works.

When Microsoft decided not to support Windows Media any more, they made Flip4Mac available for free. If you have not taken advantage of that free download, this might be a good time.
It may not completely solve the problem, but your Mac will play more with the free player. No need to pay for the Upgrades.

Make sure you have the most current version of itunes. The iphone 4 supports the most current version of iOS.

If the music on your iPod was downloaded elsewhere or ripped from CD's, you can't transfer that back to a computer or another iOS device, iPhones/iPads/iPods weren't designed for this. That has everything to do with music industry rights and legal stuff.

I deleted my old Email account because I wanted to create a new one, and I did. However, when ever I send an Email from the Mail app on my laptop it says the Email was sent from my old Email and I just can not get rid of it.

I deleted my old Email and only used my new Email to set up the Mail app on my laptop. And the old Email is completely dead, hotmail.com says the Email no longer excists when I try to sign back in to it however my Emails remain saying 'Sent from Jordan [*old Email*].

Are you using a original USB cable? if not, than it could be the cable. If you are charging the iPhone with your computer, sometimes the USB port where you plugged in the cable stops working. plug it into a different USB port.

I did not want it so uninstalled it immediately. I think in that process something was deleted that I need for iTunes but I do not know what. How do i figure out what is gone and recover it?

Try downloading and installing the free version of Malwarebytes AntiMalware. Update your MBAM definitions and then run a full scan of the PC. (Takes about 2 hour on my Lenovo.)
