Watch Dogs XBox One Pre-Order question

Yesterday, I was going to pre-order Watch Dogs for the XBox One through bestbuy.com. I added it to my cart and it also added in an item "Watch Dogs The Breakthrough Pack [ - Digital Download ]"
I ended up being in the area of an actual Best Buy store, so I went ahead and pre-ordered there by bringing up the cardboard item for pre-orders. On the receipt, it shows the pre-ordered item, but it makes no mention of any code that will be delivered when the game is released for the pre-order digital download. Will that apply to my pre-order or will I need to do something else? In the past when I've pre-ordered in the store, there was a notation on the receipt for whatever pre-order bonus that would be received.

Good question! For in-store pre-orders, codes for the Breakthrough Pack should be printed on the final sales receipt when you pick up your copy of the game. For BestBuy.com pre-orders, codes will be delivered by e-mail.

Xbox One Pre Order Fullfulment question

Ok I know you guys have answered these questions, a million times. I am wondering, I wont be able to attend the midnight launch. I plan on being there right when the doors open that morning. Will you guys have enough consoles for us. I forgot to say I did pre order. I cant imagine your stores not, because that would mean you sold all the pre ordered consoles at the midnight release. Which sounds crazy just typing it. I doubt that will happen any reisurance will help.

You should be fine. A lot of people are spazzing out and in panic mode.
If buy some chance you don't get it on Friday you will have it with in a few weeks.
Personally i would not try to be there at midnight and it isn't worth taking time off from work to get it.
I didn't pre-order an Xbox because my daughter said to wait on one becuase she wants to see which way all her friends go if they get a new system. If your going to change platforms this would be the time to do so.
If none of her friends go PS or Xbox One right away she would still play our Xbox 360 becuase if she cannot play with her friends she has no interest in a new system.
I did pre-order a PS4 that I am picking up tonight but it is a gift and not for home use.

Xbox One Pre Order Recepit Help

Ok so I pre orded my xbox one when it was announced. I just looked at my recepit to make sure its still there and I noticed something. Pretty much the entire recepit is faded. I am a little worried the store will give me a hard time about not being able to read it. After looking at it for about 10 mins, I can make out most of the numbers. However doesnt best buy ask you for your information like, name, phone number, ID. So they can find it like that corrrect. Also is there a way to see you pre order online if you pre ordered it in store?

Something I would recommend to you, and to anyone whose receipt is unreadable or misplaced: If you can, come into the store before the release event. It will save you time at midnight, and it will save the store some hassle on a day when there's going to be hundred of people streaming through the doors in a short amount of time.
If you aren't able to make it into the store before you pick up the pre-order, that's fine too; they can pull up your receipt at time of purchase, as the others have said. But if you can make it in early, it'll save you and the employees time and make everything run smoother.

Multiple Xbox One Pre-Orders

I was able to preorder 3 xbox one day one consoles on seperate days and have recieved 3 confirmation emails, one for each. Will I be able to pick up all three tonight at 12:01am? I plan to keep one, one is for my roommate and one is for a gift for a family friend. (no I am not that nice, I planned to sell it originally, but they offered to buy it from me at a small profit.) When i originally ordered them I did not see anything about a limit, but now I see it says limit one per customer. Anyone ever successfully pick up more than the limit on preorders?

Congratulations on pre-ordering an Xbox (or two, or three). I am sure that you are very excited for the midnight release of the system!
BestBuy.com did list a limit of one system per customer, which can be found here. That being said, it is possible that the store may cancel your additional orders for the system. However, if they haven’t been cancelled yet, it’s possible that it may not happen.

Thief xbox one pre order issue.

I pre ordered Thief on the 18th and went to purchase it today. I had a reward certificate that I wanted to use, and I planned on adding something to my total transaction to use the certificate. The young lady at the register said that she wasn't able to add the extra item due to the fact that it was a pre order. The certificate was higher than the game by itself and for me to use the certificate she needed to return the pre order and I needed to purchase everything together. Long story short I did not get my preorder dlc because she had to return it. I did purchase the game though. Not sure if someone can look into this situation or not?

Another iPhone 4 pre-order question

So, i am debating upgrading my 3g to the iphone 4. I say debating because i really love my phone but hate (with a passion) ATT! But i digress.....
I want to be able to get the phone (if i decide to upgrade) the day that it is available, the 24th. What is the best way to make sure that if i upgrade i get it the day it is available, in regards to pre-order. Does it make a difference if one goes to ATT, Apple or any other place that is taking pre-orders for the iphone 4 or if one pre-orders online? Just in case, i have made a reservation for 10:00 that day.

It's not a guarantee you will get it at your house on launch day since ya never know what can happen like shipping problems but there is a very good chance it will get there on launch day. I pre-ordered my 3GS last year online with apple.com and it was delivered to me at home on launch day but you have to make sure someone is around to sign for it.

PES 16 Digital Pre Order Question

Not sure if anyone knows but I will ask anyhow. I want to get the PlayStation Exclusive 20th Anniversary Edition but I am not paying £70 for it from Amazon. I have noticed with the 20th Anniversary Edition you get Neymar for myClub for keeps. Unlike the Day One Edition which costs £40. In the day one edition you only get him for 10 matches. PES is a game I will play all year round so I may as well buy it digitally as I know I will get my money's worth. However I noticed on the store page https://store.playstation.com/#!/en-gb/games/pes-2016-pro-evolution-soccer-digital-pre-order/cid=EP0101-CUSA02640_00-PREORDERBUNDLE01 it says you get Neymar but no mention of it being a loan player. So does anyone know if this is a lone player or a permanent one?

Good question! Currently only the physical console versions of Destiny are available for pre-order on BestBuy.com and in our U.S. retail stores. If a digital or PC version is announced at later date, then we'll update the game's main page to reflect this. Bungie may also make the game available through the PlayStation Store or Xbox Live Marketplace closer to the release date, but these versions obviously wouldn't benefit from any pre-order bonuses we offer.

Pre-Order Question

So I pre-ordered Titanfall for Xbox1, but I won't be in town when it comes out and one of my friends really wants to pick it up on the 11th at the midnight release. Is there any way to change the name on the pre-order, or would I have to cancel the one I have and create a new pre-order?

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but we don't currently offer a way to update the name associated with pre-orders. To have a friend pick up the game for you, you would need to cancel your existing pre-order and place a new one in their name. Also, remember that pre-orders must be picked up within 5 days of the title's release! If you aren't able to pick up your copy of Titanfall within that timeframe, then it will be returned to store inventory and made available for purchase to other customers.

IPhone pre-order question.

I pre-ordered my iPhone 4 to be picked up at the Apple Store in my area. I chose the 32G like I did last year, but I've never used more than 12G at one time, so I think it's a waist to get the 32G, so I'm wanting to know when I pick up my iPhone 4 32G, can they change it to the 16G? I've tried calling the Apple Store and Apple's main line and apparently they don't staff enough people to take calls when it gets busy. Apple's main line won't even let you wait to speak to a representative. If anyone knows the answer to my question, please respond.

Most likely they will not be able to answer your question now. I would think they will be willing to give you the 16 GB instead of the 32 GB you pre-ordered, but it's going to depend on the available stock in whatever store you're picking up at, at the time you get there. If they've sold out of the 16 GB model, then can't change your order.

Pre-Order Question - Audio

Since it might be soon I can pre-order for Canada I have a question some of you current owners might be able to answer. I want to use my iPad to take in our RV with us, to watch Movies and Tv Shows from our iTunes while we are on the road. I am assuming that with each synch it will keep track of what episodes have been watched, like my Apple TV's do? But more important is the audio for TV shows or Movies. While running on battery and with nothing to plug an iPad in to, how is the audio quality on the speaker for two people to watch a TV show with? Would it be possible to plug two sets of headphones into it? Is there a headphone jack? Any answers are appreciated - thanks in advance!

As you'd expect from a very thin device with very small speakers, the sound is not going to be great. It's adequate in my limited experience, but whether it would be loud enough in an RV for two people I'm not sure yet.
Would it be possible to plug two sets of headphones into it? Is there a headphone jack?
There is a headphone jack, and it might be possible to use two sets of headphone with an appropriate splitter (check places like Radio Shack). Perhaps, though, you could use a set of battery-powered speakers. That might be more satisfactory.

I have never pre-ordered a phone before so here's a few questions I have and maybe you have too.....
1. I am not the primary account holder on my Verizon plan, will this be a problem when pre-ordering?
2. Can I pre-order from the Verizon site or Apple site at 12:01PST/3:01EST?
3. Is one site better than the other to pre-order from?
4. Is there an option for pre-ordering a phone to pick up at the store?
I think that's all I have for now.

Another pre-order question. uk

I'm going to pre-order my iphone4 on the 15th, but how will the order process work with working out a monthly contract with 02/orange/vodafone.
I'm confused because if you look at the current store/iphone3gs you can only buy the handset and no contact involvement.
Does this mean that I will have to order through the 02 store itself and forget about apple.com
I will be a new 02 or orange customer and will require a new micro-sim plus my currrent number moved over from old network.

Pre-order question for iPhone5/Verizon

I have a quick question...
My wife and son currently have the iPhone4 with AT&T and they are now out of contract. I'm currently on Verizon. I want to change their carrier and pre-order the iPhone5 for both of them from Verizon. I want to add those lines to my existing Verizon account and transfer their numbers as well. Would I be able to do this through this through the Apple Store's web-pre-order system? (or possibly Verizon's?) or will I have to speak with someone about doing this?

IPhone 4 Pre Order Question PLEASE HELP !

I am sure there was 100 posts about this but I cant find the answer thats set in stone, even AT&T couldnt help me. I signed up with AT&T in April got an iPhone 3Gs. Obviously, I am not eligible for an upgrade. Now my first question is the text message said we can offer you a discounted iPhone upgrade at a higher price with a 2 yr commitment and a $18 upgrade fee. What is THAT price?! Also, due to some credit issues, I had to leave a $300 deposit with AT&T to start my contract with them, am I going to have to leave another $300 deposit ?! I want to pre order the phone on the 15th, so someone PLEASE help

The USUAL "higher price" discounted phones are $399 for the 16GB and $499 for the 32GB ($299 for the 8GB 3GS).
Only AT&T can tell you for certain whether another deposit is needed or whether the prices I quoted apply to you.

Assassin's Creed pre-order question

Hi, good morning body. I ordered Asssassin's Creed Unity in the last month. I used my brother-law's reward card and he could not pick up it today. I am the payer of this iteam. I am wondering can i pick my pre-order by use the receipt and my id. Hope you can give me some helps, i really want to play the game today. I apprciate your help.

As long as the purchase is in your name or you are listed as a Friends & Family pickup option for the order, then you should be able to pick up the game. Just keep in mind you will need to provide both the paying card, order number, and a valid photo ID at the time of pickup, as explained here:
