Waveform generation upon trigger start for one cycle

Hi there,
I am trying to generate one cycle of a waveform(triangle wave) upon recieving a trigger signal from another input.
I have the waveform generation working however it generates more than one cycle and also stops before a whole waveform is generated. The waveform generated can have a different duration than the trigger signal (frequency).
How would I change the program to have it generate only one waveform upon trigger.
Please see the attached VI in Labview 8.5.
Attached is also what the program should do as JPEG image diagram.

I played around with your vi for a little bit, and it seems that the easiest way to manipulate your data of the triangle wave is to wire an input to the sampling info of the vi. The input is looking for a cluster of 2 doubles, 1 being sampling rate, 1 being # of samples. In the vi I built, I just set rate to always be 1000 times the frequency, and the samples to always be 1000, giving you 1 period.

When we returned from a weekend trip, both emails were working. The obvious answer [to me anyway] is that the problem was with Roadrunner, not our minimac. The chances of finding out what the problem was with Roadrunner are slim and none.

Lightroom 3.x won't start for one user on my computer. Works fine for all others. Help?

I'm running Vista and LR 3.2. I have multiple users accounts on the same computer (my family members). Everyone is able to use LR except one user. Whenever he trys to launch LR, he gets an error message that says:
"Lightroom - Opening Catalog: IMG_0154.JPG.lrcat"
Directly under that is the MS Windows dialog box that says "LR 64-bit has stopped working" and to look for an online solution and close the program.
I really don't want to reinstall LR again unless I can do so without losing the catalogs from all the other users. It would be best if we didn't lose the catalog from the user that can't start LR, too. It's lotsa work to redo... Help on what to do?

Don't have a clue what's happening, but workaround
should eb possible bu creating a ne catalog then importing original into
new. Steps required:
1. User opens their accoun on PC
2. Hold down Alt key when launching Lightroom. A dialog should open that will allow you to switch catlogs or create a new one
3. Choose Create New Catlog. Give it a name (e..g the Users name). and make sure that it is located within the Users account area on hard disk (same location as original is probably best).
4. When Lr opens go to File menu and choose Import from Catalog
5. A dialog will open. Locate the old catlog (i.e. the lrcat file) and select.
6. Hit Choose button
7. Lightroom will check integretity and contents of old catalog. A dialog will open. Make sure all folders are checked.
8. Hit Import button.
9. Close Lr when catlog import is complete.
10 Reopen Lightroom. The new catalog should open by default

FF will not start for ONE Windows 7 User. All others work fine.

I try to start FF and it hangs. Loads into Project Manager, but no browser window.

So then I need to amend the title to "firefox.exe -P works on all Windows USERS except one.
Can I adjust the profile for User A from a Windows logon for User B?
type into the Run dialog "firefox.exe -P" and the system just stares at me...no UI, no GUI, no dialog, nothing.
and yes, I have uninstalled, uninstalled deleting profiles, started in safe mode, and uninstalled and removed all FF references from Regedit.
I've done everything short of a rollback to ver 2.0

Itunes does not start for one user but works for others on the same mac

All of a sudden my itunes does not fire up.
All other users on the same mac it is working fine.
I have deleted and reinstalled itunes.

Get DIO to trigger waveform generation

Hi,
I am trying to get a digital IO line to trigger waveform generation. I have a function call that invokes WFM_Op(), which is set up to trigger on one of the PFI inputs. This part works fine for an externally generated interrupt.
What I want to do is use one of my digital output lines, looped back to the PFI input, as the signal source. However when the call is made to the DIG_Out_Line() it hangs, it seems like it's waiting on the call to WFM_Op() to finish first. (Obviously my program is multithreaded)
It seems pretty weird that you wouldn't be able to do this, the two things should be separate.
Anyway if you have any suggestions or another method to attempt that's more to your liking please let me know.

I have one suggestions for you. I hope it works out for you:
Create two programs: one for waveform generation and the other one for outputting the digital signal out of one of the the DIO lines, or a second program which generates a pulse train, out of a counter.
I don't understand exactly how you are allocating the function calls.Are you placing the function calls one after the other; that is, first a WF generation one,and then a DIO function. Or, two separate sets of functions on different threads? If it is the first one, you will not be able to accomplish what you want.
If this doesn't help, let me know. If you can attach a simple code that depicts the problem, it would be great.

I recently purchased the new nano (7th generation) and I love it except for one issue. On my old 2nd generation nano, when I played podcasts, it would play podcasts one at a time. So if I had 20 episodes of a podcast on the device, it would stop at the end of each one.
With the new nano, I can select and play a podcast, but when it’s over, it goes straight to the next one without prompting. It keeps on playing all of the episodes of any podcast until you stop it manually. Setting the repeat function differently does not prevent episodes from being played automatically.
This can be very irritating when I only want to listen to one podcast. I’ve often fallen asleep listening to one episode of a podcast, only to be woken up hours later by the iPod working its way through all subsequent episodes. It is also annoying that any podcast which has started automatically in this way is marked as ‘played’ – even if you stop it within a few seconds. This makes it hard to keep track of what you have actually listened to.
Is there any way to set the iPod to play all the podcasts individually? I have read the User Guide from cover to cover, and can’t find a way of doing this.

Yes, I have had some unfortunate bad luck to have so many problems at the same time, but some of them are just things you cannot do on the new OS.

There's only a few things that could be my passcode, but because it disables for an hour, it is time consuming trying to figure it out. What do I do? I do not care about having to erase everything since it's new and there's nothing on it, but it was never synced with iTunes.

Disabled
Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.

I just downloaded and instaled firefox 4. Now, everytime I institute a command I get a po[p-up from Java script that tells me to uninstal set. I cannot go on untin I press ok and then I am good for one more command and it starts with the pop-up again.

I'm not even sure if this is an extension or plug-in and all I can tell you is what I have already stated. I can only make one command at a time and after each one I get a pop-up from Java script that says uninstal set. I must depress ok to move on, but only for one more command and it starts over again. This also happened when I tried to instal firefox 4 a couple months ago and I deleted the program and went back to an earlier version.

A much simpler solution would be to go into Settings > Store and turn off Automatic Downloads

Sorry for not getting back with you...
That moves only the iTunes media, not the iTunes library (which is really kinda nebulous).
iTunes library = iTunes folder and all the media, wherever it is located.
The /Music/iTunes/ folder contains the iTunes library.itl file, which keeps track of everything in iTunes.
I do however still have the original MAIN startup drive still in the computer, it's just not the startup.
This is good you still have it.
Try this...
Hold Option and launch iTunes.
Select Choose library... and select the /iTunes/ folder on the original drive. It should be in /Users/your_user_name/Music/.
Don't mess with anything. We can get it cleared up.

I have uninstalled and re-installed. No change with each user.
Crashes in safe mode as well (holding down shift)
No addons present in other user.
Have ran Malwarebytes and cleaned
Have ran CCCleaner and cleane all including registry entries with Firefox uninstalled.

Rajagopal.pngr :- It is only a holding charge, it is not a permanent charge. If it isn't refunded within a few days or so (and it quite possibly won't be over a weekend) then you can query the charge with Apple.
