We are run for dep in every month

but i am selecting for the plannaed dep run ,and iam seleting for text run also, excute the program, but dep is not running ,after iam seleting for the unplanned dep run dep is running , whty what is problem in planned dep plz exp

3 and what is fiscal year for asset accounting
these three ares will be effect at the time of dep

The above two query is worked in oracle 11GActually the first query I posted is not correct.
It should work better with
months_between(
   trunc(to_date(:dt_end,'DD-MM-YYYY'),'MM'),
   trunc(to_date(:dt_start,'DD-MM-YYYY'),'MM')

Job to run last monday of every month

Hello Experts,
I have to create job which should run last Monday of every month. We have function module to find last Friday of every month. I can add 3 days to get last Monday.
We have to specify the job or event in the "Start Condition" of the job, how can we achieve this?

Is there a way (or an app) that will allow me to set an alarm for the 29th of every month?

It's not an alarm per say but how about setting up a repeating appointment in the calendar app with an alert?

Latency is very high when SELECT statements are running for LONG

We are a simple DOWN STREAM streams replication environment ( Archive log is shipped from source , CAPTURE & APPLY are running on destination DB).
Whenever there is a long running SELECT statement on TARGET the latency become very high.
SGA_MAX_SIZE = 8GB
STREAMS_POOL_SIZE=2GB
APPLY parallelism = 4
How can resolve this issue?

Is the log file acknowledged by not applied? -- Yes...But Apply process was not stopped. it may be slow or waiting for something?

Two payroll run for employee in same month

Hello Experts,
Iam having one issue.Client requirement is,if a employee get transferred to other location in mid of the month,in that case his payroll should run say 15 days for previous location & 15 days for new location.Client says since ESI will be location wise so ,two payroll calcultion for a single month & cumulated result will be amount paid to Employee.Also when transferred employee should get new ESI esi code location wise but PF code will be same.
is that possible in system?
Please suggest some inputs.

How to close open POs which are open for more than two month

there is NO STD SAP program which will help u closing the open PO (more than two months)
you need to go each and every PO and mark it as Del completed (item level in deleivery tab)
but this is only stastestical indicator. System wont stop you creating further GR against such PO if any Qty leftout.
for example - PO order 10EA, you recd 8EA and marked the indicator , still you can make the GR for 2EA
there is SPRO setting as well to mark the PO as delivery completed once PO Qty and MIGO QTy is equal or with some variance . but this will work on real time
Another way to set the final invoice indicator in invoice tab
system will allow you to post the further invoices but all be blocked.
somebody need to go and verify the blocked invoices and take necessary action
This is again a manual activity, there is no such STD setting or T code exist
Another way is you can create a program with the help of abaper
built a logic on date / QTy and Amount and update the PO for del complete ( EKPO-ELIKZ) and final inv indicator (EKPO-EREKZ) by using BAPI PO change

Different maps for every month in FDQM for a single location/Entity

Hi,
Is it possible to have different account maps for each and every month in FDQM for a single entity/location.
The requirement is,client needs to change accounts map each and every month,for eg; if in Jan ,account 1 is mapped to X, in feb same account 1 is mapped to y.
Could any one tell me if this is possible in FDQM,if yes..how can we maintain different account maps for each period for one specific entity.

This is possible with the appropriate business process. FDM will apply the current map that exists to the current dataset. It will not retroactively change prior periods unless you specifically reprocess the maps (wither by reimporting data or by selecting Process Logic/Maps) for historical data.
So as a map is updated monthly, the historical data is maintained and the current data uses the "new" map. If for some reason the prior period does need to be reprocessed with the "old" map, you can use the restore function to bring the map back to what it was during that period.

System is not generating a spool request for Dep.?

Hi,
When I am running a test run with 'planned posting run' system is not giving me any error but when I am executing it in a "repeat run" system comes up with a message
"!! This processing can only be carried out as background processing !!
But when I go to (Jobs Overview screen) see the spool request system is not generating the spool request and Please help me out what's wrong is happening and what shall I do.
It is a new company code for the first time we are running the dep.
