WE02 transaction

Hi All,
My webapplication server contains dual stack.
I have a JAVA Webdynpro application which is using java api to generate and send the IDocs.
I Idocs generated from Java API is being sent to a External R3 system which is configured in portal.
Since we are sending the Idocs generated directly to external R3 system, the Idocs are not being tracked in ABAP stack's (WE02) transaction of the WebApplication server.
Please let me know how to send Idocs, so that they can be tracked in ABAP stack.
Thanks & Regards,
Pavan

  • Idoc count not reflecting soon in WE02 Transaction

    Hi All,
We are working on one scenario where PI picks the file and posts the IDOCs to ECC.
When we were testing in Quality for multiple files the number of record count of IDOCs in WE02 transaction used to reflect with in seconds in ECC.
When we are testing in Production  IDOC count in WE02 is not getting reflected with in short time and its taking lot of time for processing IDOCs.
configuration with respect to PI is same, Any suggestions on this. Has any one faces this kind of instance.
    Thanks..

When we were testing in Quality for multiple files the number of record count of IDOCs in WE02 transaction used to reflect with in seconds in ECC.
When we are testing in Production IDOC count in WE02 is not getting reflected with in short time and its taking lot of time for processing IDOCs.
Pretty common issue...In quality system you didn't have teh same load as you have in production. What I mean is in production you have N number of other interfaces running and hence the load on PI server is more which results in the delay.
You can check this document for sizing & performance enhancement techniques which can increase the performance a bit(provided its already not implemented).

  • Problem with calling we02 transaction code from web dynpro

    Hello everyone,
I want to skip the initial screen of we02 tcode for this i have created the URL, provided the idoc number and
used the function code DYNP_CODE=ONLI for execute button.
    DATA : FINAL_URL TYPE STRING.
    CONCATENATE 'host' '.port' '/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui?~transaction=we02 DOCNUM-LOW='
                ls_itab-docnum ';CREDAT-low=' ' ' ';DYNP_OKCODE=ONLI'
                 into FINAL_URL.
I am trying to pass the idoc number internally and click on execute button...so that the end user can see the idoc display directly, rather than clicking the execute button manually. But, unfortunately the function code for execute buttong (ONLI) is not working. In WE02 tcode, provided input values are appeaing correctly but not triggering the execute button.
    Please help!
    Thanks in advance...

  • Idoc not showing in R/3

    Hi,
Iam Currentl running File to Idoc interface. Message is success in moni also and runtime workbecnh also. But when iam checking R/3 using WE19 tcode by giving date its not showing . It showing like no values found. Can anybody tel me what is the reason?

    Hi,
Dont seach with IDOC no in R/3. Check in WE02 transaction not WE19
Search by Date only ........then go under your INBOUND  IDOC type node in WE02 in ECC. Also Please check the ECC client no you are posting the IDOC.
Please be confirm in SLD your ECC business system client . And search the IDOC in ECC in same client no.
You can also chek in ID check Adapter Specific Message attributes for ECC business system & also click the Compare with SLD Option.
You can found this option after opening Business system in ID from menu.

    Hello,
If the IDoc is creaetd in systen with error or with anty status, you can view it via we02 transaction.
But if it's autorisation issue,i guess IDoc will not get created.

  • IDoc included in IDoc packet containing an error: transfer it separately

    Hi Gurus,
I'm having this problem in our ECC side. I already did what Michal said in his blog:
    /people/michal.krawczyk2/blog/2005/12/04/xi-idoc-bundling--the-trick-with-the-occurance-change
I have bundled the multiple IDOCs into 1 MATMAS.
But I'm still having the error IDoc included in IDoc packet containing an error: transfer it separately.
I've searched in the forums and none of them worked for me.
    Thanks in advance!

Disable packaging or change the Partner Profile on WE02 transaction to "process immediately" the IDOCS.
When you process the IDOCS in background mode, it will create packages (it is enabled by default), and in case any of them fail you won't be able to see the root cause, but will have to go to BD97 transaction to process them again. Therefore, please use the "process immediately" or disable packaging and then you will be able to either see the error or process it because it won't fail because of another IDOC.

  • Some of the error idocs are not falling into Workflow Inbox

  • File to idoc scenario error - not working yet :(

Hello! I'm trying to make changes in business partner record in CRM using idoc CRMXIF_PARTNER_SAVE_M01
I have an error 56 EDI: Partner profile not available.
In Control record in we02 transaction, I have right Partner number for Recipient information - logical system name like CRM has in SLD.  But there is no Port.
In Sender information I have right Partner number, like my filesystem business system has in SLD and have a port SAPP1D - but  I have nowhere entered it!
And one more little question. In we20 transaction am entering inbound parameters for partner:
    CRMXIF_PARTNER_SAVE
    CRMXIF_PARTNER_SAVE_M
    1) Is this right inbound parameters for my idoc?
    2) What Process code should I use ?

    Hi,
in XI in IDX1 transaction, maintain a port for CRM system specifying the CRM port and the client and the RFC destination from XI to CRM system.......moreover if you are using apply control record values from payload option in reciver IDOC comm channel, then in the IDOC control record in msg mapping map the sender port to CRM port, partner number as logical system of CRM ie C2DCLNT100 and partner type as LS..........then when you will re-run your scenario, your IDOC will have CRM port also in the control record..........
in CRM system your WE20 for LS for XI should have as an inbound parameter your IDOC - which i think you have already done.........
One more thing - put everything in uppercase letters everywhere in msg mapping in control record data, in we20 setting etc.

    Rajeev Gupta

  • Monitoring of failed Messages in XI.. Any one place to see them???

    Hi All,
Is there any place where we can see all the failed messages for particular week or particular month in XI.
Like in SAP, we can go and see in WE02 transaction where we can see all the failed idocs.
In the same way is there anyway where we can see the failed messages in XI??
I know in SXMB_MONI, we can see only the ones which fails at integration engine and in RWB , we need to select particular selections to go and see the failed ones at Adapter engine level.
As a functional people point of view, if they want to see the all the failed ones in XI.. which one place i can suggest to see them... instead of going 2 places like SXMB_MONI and Runtime Workbench.
    Waiting for your answers.
    Regards
    Deepthi.

From my point of view RWB is best option because you can filter messages there with error, with success and with all differenr options.
But in case of MONI sometimes, messages sometimes have problem on sender side and it may happen it will not be seen in MONI.
So RWB can be used for testing as well as viewing the message status.
but only the concern is functional guy should have knowledge of it, because it is only part of XI system and on other hand MONI is available on both R3 and XI.

  • Import Po tracking

    Hi all,
I have one doubt regarding Import PO tracking
How  can end user enter following details (dates) in PO.
    Client want following tracking details
Date of PO received by vendor.(Vendor Acknowledgment).
Vendor will send expected date of depature (ETD).
Date of lading (loading). Vessel Details.
    Starting date.
Expected date of landing (India) (manullay entered by end user)
    Bill of landing details.
    Confirmation from CHA agent.
    thanks and Regards
    Prakash T.

    Hi Luis,
    Scenario:
We use to do third party procurment and process is all about e-commerce business..
    1) When we get a customer request, let say for an laptop.
customer service and web related people will handle customer request and intimate concern team to create PO.
2)Then enduser will create an PO and send to third party (INGRAM MICRO)
This is nothing but 850 signal.
3)We receive acknowledgement by receiving 855 signal.
4)When they ship the lapton will receive 856 signal.
5)Finally, third party will claim invoice by sending 810.
Here, what i am trying to explain is whenever we send or receive signal ( outbound delivery or inbound delivery).
Unique Idoc number is generated. WE02 transaction - give idoc number - segment will have all the details like product, weight, bill of landing number, serial number etc..

  • RSETESTD program to purge IDoc entries won't delete certain IDoc records

    Hello experts,
I am in the mist of purging the IDoc entries in my system by using RSETESTD (WE11) program to delete the IDoc entries.
As far as I know, this program will delete the IDoc entries regardless of the status.
While doing the testing, I find out that when I filter the program to delete IDoc entries from certain date range (which results in WE02 shows there is an IDoc entries with the status 51 and 53 in the range that I selected), the program only select and will run the deletion for IDoc with status 51, but not 53.
It will show that "No IDoc is selected" when I tried to delete IDoc with status 53. I double check and I found out that in that date range that I selected from WE02 transaction, there is around 17 of IDoc records with status 53, which is not deleted/detected when I want to delete it using RSETESTD.
Can someone help to enlighten me on why this behaviour is happening please? Are there certain type of IDoc records that this program can't delete? I find out in other system, I have no problem to delete IDoc with status 53 records.
    Thanks and Regards,
    Shakir

  • IDOC Sales process

    Hi ABAPers
I am new to IDOC i want to send sales order to IDOC
i created Sales order how we can able to send that to IDOC and tell me the config process also step-by-step with screen shots
    Regards
    Ravi

    Hi,
If you wanted to send the Sales Order to IDOC, then you can use the below process:-
    1. You have an existing standard output type BA00
    2. Create a partner profile in We20 transaction under customer with partner role as SP
    3. In the outbound parameters give the following :-
        Message Type - ORDRSP
        Basic Type      - ORDERS05
Port       - Give the file port what ever has been already defined in your system or ask your basis consultant to create a port for you.
        Process Code - SD10
        Application - V1
        Message Type - BA00
All the above 3 fields will in the message control tab.
    4. Once you are done with the above settings then open the sales order and goto Extras -> Output -> Header -> Edit by giving Message Type BA00, Transmission Media as 6, and in the partner give the sold to party number
    5. Select that record and click further data button in the top and use 4 in the dispatch time and come back and save.
Then an idoc will be generated for the given sales order and you check the idoc in the WE02 transaction.
    Thanks,
    Mahesh.
