Webauth asking again for credntials

Hello Experts,
I am having an issue with webauth page.
I am using ISE as radius server and using sponsor account for guest account creation.
My Issue is: once I login with webauth i got internet connection but after few idle time (5-10min), I need to enter username and password again.
Can this problem can be solved??? I have guest acount for 1 year timepeariod and I dont want to enter crenditals again and again.
Is there any solution?
wlc- 2504, AP- 2602, ISE 1.1 version

Hi,
As long as a client entry is not removed from the WLC, it should not have to re web-auth.
Session timeout is a hard stop, so yes you could limit the session timeout to 12 hours. The other problem is that the WLC will "remove" a client by default after 5 minutes of an AP not hearing from the client. So a client who is shut down, or in power-save (no wireless packets), will be deauthenticated after the idle timeout period.
The user idle timeout is when you shut down laptop, or move away, so no deauthenticate frame was sent the client just goes silent. The idle timeout defines how long the WLC waits before deleting the client entry when it's not hearing AT ALL a single frame from the client.
But still I feel this is not you want, you want permanent connection to guest users but I think it is not possible now.

After downloading photoshop elements 12, the system started the install and asked again for the serial. install process will NOT accept the serial #

I purchased a software license for photoshop elements 12. I started the process to download the software and provided the serial number on the download card. Since the serial number provided was correct, the download started and completed. Once installed the system started to install the software. Again I had to supply the serial number. This time the system will NOT accept the serial number. I entered it again. Not accepted. I tried it again, this time with dashes. Again the serial number is not accepted. What do I do?

Is there any message provided when serial number is not accepted? If so, what does it say?

Having sent an e-mail I sometimes wait for an answer for a longer while so that I would like to repeat my question. That mail is stored in the "sent"-file. Clicking it, I can read it but not resend it, nor can I insert a leading line such as "resent on June 23...".
I manage that now using the forwarding button, however have to insert the address again.
In Microsoft Outlook "resend" is easily provided.

Aperture forgets it license and asks me for the serial number over and over again

Hi,
This is getting ridiculous to the point where I'm thinking of just ditching Aperture. It's continually forgetting is license and asking me for the serial number over and over again. I have the original serial number and an upgrade number when I upgraded to v3, but right now, it's not accepting either of them. What's going on and how do I fix it permanently?

Rob, have you upgraded to Aperture 3.4.3? This is supposed to have fixed the serial number problem:

Be sure to enter the serial number, when you are logged in from an account with Administrator priveleges - otherwise can it not be stored.
Aperture is installed for all users on your mac, so the serial number is written to the system library, not the user library, and this requires read/write access for administrators. Do you enter your serial number using an administrator account?
When did this start? Have you migrated your system from from another mac? Then you still may have an older ProAppSystemID file or Aperture cannot write to the System Library.
To stop Aperture asking for the serial number, first check, if you still have an old file "ProAppSystemID" in your System Library.
Quit Aperture.
Go to your MacintoshHD and open the folder "Library", then "Application Support", then "ProApps".
Remove the File "ProAppsSystemID" to the Desktop, if it exist and restart Aperture.
Reenter your serial number, hopefully for the last time.
Sometimes Aperture writes this file to a temporary directory, when it cannot write to the Library. If the above does not work, look at the temporary directory /tmp
Use the Finder's "Go" menu
Go > Got to folder and enter /tmp into the textfield. If you see the file there, move it to its proper location.
In this case you may want to repair the permissions on your system drive; you can do this using the "First Aid" tools in "Disk Utility" (located in Applications > Utilities)

Asking to buy again for previously bought application and Music.

I used to "Touch Hocky" from FS5, but after IOS6 upgrade asking me to upgrade and on click asking me to pay $1.99 again. Can't understand why I have to pay twice for same application. Same happened with one of my music, it was bought 2 years back. Attching the screeenshot. Is there anyway, I can see all my purchase items. Who to contact to reolve this type of issues ?

Then you or your son has encrypted the backup in iTunes. This password is 100% whatever you or him put in when you turned on to encypt backups (its a check box in iTunes) and it has nothing to do with that code that was on the iPhone (unless by chance he decided to make it the same thing).
Anyhow, you can guess at an encryption password as many times as you like. Since it's a local encryption, there is no way to reset it. You either get it right eventually and then the restore will complete and you can turn if off in iTunes after that (using the password that worked), or the backup will never be usable without the password.
Keep trying to guess it until you give up, then just move on with setting the iPhone us as new.

Each time you login, the iTunes Store asks you for your Apple ID and password but it shouldn't be prompting you to change your password. I am guessing that this error lies with the iTunes in your computer. Try uninstalling the iTunes app and reinstall the latest version:

not sure if you found a solution, but i am currently having a problem with playing "street fighting man" on beggars banquet. i'm continuously being asked to authorize my computer, and when i do, the song doesn't play and i'm still asked to authorize my computer.

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode
